Under the 5G network, operators provide different slicing networks through a slicing management platform, rich and flexible slicing charging modes are provided according to service scenes of users, and the users can customize personalized slicing services according to service requirements. Although the 5G network can provide service features such as large bandwidth and low delay, it is difficult to meet personalized user requirements when the number of users increases or slices of the same type occupy more at the same time.
In this embodiment, the network slice reservation method is implemented based on the network slice system shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, the slicing system includes a network slice reservation apparatus 100, a network slice management apparatus 200, a network slice 300, and a network device 400.
Wherein, the network slice reservation device 100 is used for responding to a service reservation request initiated by a user and sending a service instruction to the network slice management device 200. Wherein, the user can send a service reservation request to the network slice reservation apparatus 100 through the terminal 500, and the terminal 500 can send the service reservation request to the network slice reservation apparatus 100 through a wired or wireless manner.
In some embodiments, the network slice reserving apparatus 100 classifies, plans, and generates a slice configuration flow of a group of users for the received service requests of one or more users, so as to avoid occupying a large amount of network signaling due to executing a service requirement of a single user, reduce signaling overhead, and improve network utilization. Wherein, the service request of the user can be sent out through the terminal.
In some embodiments, after receiving a service subscription request initiated by a user, the network slice subscription apparatus 100 generates a subscription template according to parameters provided by the user. The parameters provided by the user comprise a service identifier, a service type, a reservation time and a reservation position, wherein the reservation time comprises a reservation starting time and a reservation ending time. Where the reservation location is the geographic location where the user uses the slice. The service type refers to a network type used by the service, such as intelligent transportation, unmanned aerial vehicles, intelligent medical treatment, intelligent home, industrial control and the like. The service identifier is an identifier for identifying a service type.
In some embodiments, the network slice reserving apparatus 100 includes a receiving module, a data processing module, a storage module, and a sending module, where the receiving module is configured to receive a service reservation request initiated by a user, the data processing module is configured to process the service reservation request to obtain a reservation template, and the storage module is configured to store the service reservation request.
The network slice management apparatus 200 is used for creating, managing and arranging, instantiating and deploying network slices. Specifically, whether the current slice can meet the service reservation request of the user can be judged according to a reservation module generated by the network slice reservation device 100, and if the current slice can meet the service reservation request of the user, a message of successful reservation is returned to the network slice reservation device 100; and if the service reservation request of the user cannot be met, starting a slice configuration flow to perform network configuration. The slice configuration process may adopt an existing process, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The network slice management apparatus 200 performs network configuration and sends the configured customized slice to a network device 400, such as a base station, and a network element provides slice resources at a reserved time and a reserved position (location) according to the customized slice so as to satisfy a service request of a user.
In some embodiments, the network slice management apparatus 200 performs deployment according to the reservation time, slice type, and slice size provided by the network slice reservation apparatus 100, calculates the time for deploying such slices, deploys successfully before the user reserves the access time, and sends the user identity identifier to be accessed to the network element, and when the user sends a corresponding access request, the user is authenticated and then can access the corresponding terminal.
The network slice management device 200 may serve different service types, may allocate network resources or mobilize idle network resources to configure slices according to service requirements, and needs to consider group requirements to perform slice configuration in actual deployment, thereby reducing signaling overhead of single user cooperation, therefore, when slice customization and deployment, needs to perform requirement analysis of group users according to user requirements, perform centralized deployment on requirements of the same slice type at the same time and the same position, and reduce signaling procedures of single users.
The network slice 300 is a logical separation of the operator into multiple virtual end-to-end networks on a unified infrastructure, each network slice logically isolated from the radio access network, the bearer network, and then the core network to adapt to various types of applications. In one network slice, at least three parts of a wireless network sub-slice, a bearer network sub-slice and a core network sub-slice can be divided.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a network slice reservation method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the network slice reservation method includes:
step 201, a reservation template is generated in response to a service reservation request initiated by a user.
The service reservation request comprises a user identification, a service type, a reservation time and a reservation position. The user identifier is used to identify the identity of the user, and for example, the user identifier may be a mobile phone number or the like. The parameters of the user identification, the service type, the reservation time, the reservation position and the like are information input by the user through the terminal. The service type can be represented by a service identifier. The user identity may also be replaced by a terminal identity.
In some embodiments, the user initiates a service subscription request to the network slice subscription device through the terminal. The network slice reservation device generates a reservation template based on a service reservation request initiated by a user and according to a preset parameter format. The reservation template also comprises a user identifier, a service type, a reservation time and a reservation position.
In some embodiments, a user logs in client software through an APP installed in a terminal to browse and reserve a slice product, and sends a service request to a network slice reservation device.
In some embodiments, the network slice reserving device may rearrange the received user information according to the reservation template, that is, the network slice reserving device obtains the reservation information first, arranges the reservation information, and then performs subsequent processing, which may improve subsequent processing efficiency. Alternatively, the network slice reservation apparatus requests the user to input reservation information according to the reservation template. For example, when a user inputs reservation information through a terminal, the reservation information is input according to a format preset by the network slice reservation device, that is, when the network slice reservation device receives a service reservation request initiated by the user, the user is required to provide the reservation information according to a preset reservation template.
The reservation template is a template provided by the network slice reservation apparatus, and may be set by a developer or modified by an operator.
Step 202, judging whether the current slice can meet the service requirement of the user or not based on the service type, the reservation time, the reservation position and the historical use data of the wireless side slice, and obtaining a judgment result.
The network slice management device analyzes the service type, the reservation time and the reservation position according to the template, obtains the historical use data of the wireless side slice at the reservation time and the reservation position, and judges whether the current slice can meet the service requirement of the user or not based on the analysis of the service type, the reservation time, the reservation position and the historical use data of the wireless side slice to obtain a judgment result.
And the judgment result comprises that the current slice can meet the service requirement and the current slice can not meet the service requirement. And when the judgment result is that the current slice cannot meet the service requirement, the network slice needs to be redeployed.
For example, the base station corresponding to the user's terminal includes a base station a and a base station B, when the network slice management apparatus receives the subscription template, the network slice management apparatus obtains the recent service conditions of the base station a and the base station B according to the service type in the subscription template, for example, obtains the slice deployment condition and the service condition of a last week or a last few days, and determines whether a slice corresponding to the service type exists, and whether the usage rate of the slice is within a set range, if the usage rate of the slice is within the set range, the determination result is that the current slice can satisfy the service requirement; and if the utilization rate of the slice is not in the set range, judging that the current slice cannot meet the service requirement.
Step 203, returning the reservation message based on the judgment result.
In some embodiments, the network slice management apparatus performs different actions based on the determination result. For example, when the current slice can meet the service requirement of the user, a reservation success message is returned to the user, and the service requirement is sent to the base station, and the base station provides slice resources of the required service type for the user at the reservation time and the reservation position. When the judgment result is that the current slice cannot meet the service requirement of the user, the network slice management device reconfigures slice resources, which specifically includes: and producing a new slicing request, wherein the slicing request comprises information such as use time, use place, slicing type and the like, the use time corresponds to the reservation time, the use place corresponds to the reservation place, and the slicing type corresponds to the service type. The network slice management device creates a slice based on the new slice request, instantiates the created slice and obtains an instantiated slice; and then returning a reservation message to the network slice reservation device, and instantiating the slice to be deployed to the base station at the specified position so that the base station provides the corresponding slice resource service to the identified user at the reserved time.
Referring to FIG. 3, in some embodiments, step 202 includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
in step 301, historical usage data of the wireless side slice is obtained based on the reserved location.
The network slice management device acquires historical usage data of the wireless side slice based on the reservation position. For example, if the reservation location proposed by the user corresponds to base station a and base station B, the network slice management apparatus acquires slice history usage data of base station a and base station B in the reservation time period.
Step 302, analyzing the service type, the reservation time, the reservation position and the historical use data of the wireless side slice to obtain an analysis result.
In some embodiments, the analysis is performed based on the service type, the appointment time, the appointment location, and the slicing history usage data of the wireless side to obtain analysis results. The analysis result includes slice resources required by the user to subscribe to the service and slice resources available at the wireless side.
And 303, judging whether the current slice can meet the service requirement of the user or not based on the analysis result, and obtaining a judgment result.
In some embodiments, it is determined whether the current slice can meet the business requirements of the user based on the analysis result, wherein the determination result includes that the current slice can meet the business requirements and that the current slice cannot meet the business requirements. And when the judgment result shows that the current slice cannot meet the service requirement, the network slice needs to be redeployed.
For example, the base station corresponding to the user terminal includes a base station a and a base station B, after the network slice management apparatus receives the subscription template, the network slice management apparatus obtains the recent service conditions of the base station a and the base station B according to the service type in the subscription template, for example, obtains the slice deployment condition and the service condition of the last week or last several days, and determines whether a slice corresponding to the service type exists, and whether the usage rate of the slice is within a set range, if the usage rate of the slice is within the set range, the determination result is that the current slice can satisfy the service requirement; and if the utilization rate of the slice is not in the set range, judging that the current slice cannot meet the service requirement.
Referring to FIG. 4, in some embodiments, step 203 includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step 401, generating slices based on the reserved time, the reserved position and the service type.
The network slice management device generates slices based on the reserved time, the reserved position and the service type according to the slice requirements of the user, namely, the reconfiguration of network slice resources is carried out.
Step 402, instantiating the slice to obtain an instantiated slice.
The instantiation refers to a process of creating an object by using classes, classifying according to a service reservation request initiated by a user, then generating a slice, and then instantiating the slice to obtain an instantiated slice, wherein the instantiation can be performed in an existing manner.
And step 403, sending the instantiated slice to the base station, so that the base station provides services according to the instantiated slice.
The network slice management device sends the instantiated slice to the base station, so that the base station can carry out slice configuration according to the instantiated slice, and network slice service is provided for the user at the reserved time.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, step 203 comprises:
step 501, obtaining the reservation template of the same service type.
In some embodiments, the network slice management apparatus acquires a group of users required for a same type of slice of a reserved location within a reserved time, and generates a reservation template.
Step 502, generating slices based on the reserved time, the reserved location, and the service type.
The slice requirements of the same service type are uniformly arranged to generate slices so as to reduce signaling overhead of single user cooperation.
Step 503, instantiating the slice to obtain an instantiated slice.
Slice instantiation can be performed in an existing mode, and an instantiated slice is obtained.
And step 504, sending the instantiated slice to the base station, so that the base station provides services according to the instantiated slice.
In some embodiments, the instantiated slice is sent to the base station for the base station to perform slice configuration according to the instantiated slice to provide slice service at the reserved time.
As shown in fig. 6, this embodiment further provides a network slice reservation method applied to a network slice reservation apparatus, where the method includes:
step 601, receiving a service subscription request initiated by a user.
The service reservation request comprises a user identification, a service type, a reservation time and a reservation position. The user identifier is used to identify the identity of the user, and for example, the user identifier may be a mobile phone number or the like. The user identification, service type, reservation time and reservation position are the information input by the user through the terminal.
In some embodiments, a user initiates a service subscription request to a network slice subscription device through a terminal.
At step 602, a subscription template is generated based on the service subscription request.
The reservation template comprises a user identification, a service type, a reservation time and a reservation position.
Step 603, the reservation template is sent to the slice management platform, so that the slice management platform can judge whether the current slice can meet the service requirement of the user based on the service type, the reservation time, the reservation position and the historical use data of the wireless side slice, obtain a judgment result, and provide reserved slice resources based on the judgment result.
The network slice management device analyzes according to the template, such as service type, reservation time and reservation position, and obtains historical use data of the wireless side slice, and then judges whether the current slice can meet the service requirement of the user based on the analysis of the service type, the reservation time, the reservation position and the historical use data of the wireless side slice, and obtains a judgment result.
And the judgment result comprises that the current slice can meet the service requirement and the current slice can not meet the service requirement. And when the judgment result shows that the current slice cannot meet the service requirement, the network slice needs to be redeployed.
In other embodiments, after step 603, the method further comprises:
after the appointment time, the slice is recovered, step 604.
And the user logs in the network at the reserved starting time, and the network element provides the user with the slice corresponding to the service type to serve the user. After the reservation end time, the network slice management apparatus may retrieve the slice so as to participate in network distribution again, and other users provide services.

The network slice reservation device generates a reservation template based on a service reservation request initiated by a user and according to a preset parameter format. The reservation template also comprises a user identifier, a service type, a reservation time and a reservation position.
In some embodiments, the network slice scheduling apparatus may rearrange the received user information according to the scheduling template, that is, the network slice scheduling apparatus obtains the scheduling information first, arranges the scheduling information, and then performs the subsequent processing, which may improve the subsequent processing efficiency. Alternatively, the network slice reservation apparatus requests the user to input reservation information according to a reservation template. For example, when a user inputs reservation information through a terminal, the reservation information is input according to a format preset by the network slice reservation device, that is, when the network slice reservation device receives a service reservation request initiated by the user, the user is required to provide the reservation information according to a preset reservation template.

Fig. 9 is a flowchart of a network slice reservation method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the network slice reservation method includes:
in step 901, a user initiates a service subscription request through a terminal.
The service reservation request comprises a user identification, a service type, a reservation time and a reservation position. The service type can be represented by a service identifier. The user identity may also be replaced by a terminal identity.
Step 902, generate a subscription template based on the service subscription request.
The reservation template is a template having a fixed format generated by the network slice management apparatus based on the reservation request. The subscription template includes a subscriber identity, a service type, a subscription time, and a subscription location.
And step 903, acquiring historical data of the wireless side slice usage based on the reserved position and the reserved time, and analyzing the historical data, the service type and the reserved time to acquire an analysis result.
In some embodiments, the wireless side slice usage history data is obtained based on the reservation location and the reservation time, and then the history data, the service type, and the reservation time are analyzed to obtain an analysis result.
And 904, judging whether the current slice can meet the service requirement based on the analysis result.
Step 905, when the current slice can meet the service requirement, sending a slice reservation request to a base station, wherein the slice reservation request comprises a user identifier, a service time, a service identifier and a slice type; and simultaneously returning a message of successful reservation to the user.
Step 906, the base station reserves the corresponding network slice resource.
Step 907, the base station waits for user access.
When the user accesses the base station, the base station verifies the user through the user identification, and when the user passes the verification, the base station accesses the terminal.
And 908, when the current slice cannot meet the service requirement, customizing the slice according to the slice requirement of the user.
And step 909, acquiring a user group with the same type of slicing requirements at preset time and preset position, arranging the slicing requirements of the user group, and generating the customized slices.
Step 910, instantiating the customized slice, and then configuring the slice to a base station in a preset position.
After step 910, step 906 is performed until the end.
