Abstract

a parameter setting principle of closing delay time and closing confirmation time; in order to avoid the reclosing charging time of a 10kV feeder switch in a transformer substation, setting the closing delay time of a first load switch for 35s according to the out-of-substation line sequence, if the first load switch has a secondary reclosing function, setting according to 7s, and setting the closing delay time of each stage of load switches later for 7 s; setting the closing confirmation time of each stage of load switches for 5 s; setting the time of a main line load switch according to the time of a branch line provided with a demarcation circuit breaker;
parameter setting principle of brake-separating delay time: the opening delay time of the load switch is matched with the reclosing time of the upper-level power line, and the opening delay time is set to be 3.5S in order to ensure that the switch can correctly act when the line is in voltage loss;
parameter setting principle of voltage constant value: the voltage fixed value comprises two conditions of voltage loss and voltage; the voltage loss constant value is 25% of rated voltage setting, and the voltage loss delay time is set to be 0.5S; and setting the voltage constant value to be 80% of rated voltage, and setting the voltage delay time to be 0.5S.
