Abstract
温控式安全插座插排,本发明:温控式安全插座,插排,适用于需要监控负载温度或环境温度的用电场所。利用温控开关,到达设定温度可以自动断开或自动闭合的原理,实现对插座或插排切断负载同时实现声光报警。在普通插排或五孔插座中,增加本发明控制回路,其原理为电路首端接入市电,经过开关控制,串联一个常闭式温控开关,接入插排或插座的负载侧,当环境温度或者由于负载过载,短路,等原因引起的高温超过设定的安全温度时,温控开关断开,切断负载电源,防止温度继续上升,从而避免火灾的发生。同时在常闭温控开关首端并联一只常开温控开关,常开温控开关另一端接入一只声光报警器,声光报警器另一端接入N线,这样,当温度上升到设定危险温度时,在断开负载电源的同时,声光报警器发出声光报警,提示人们检查负载的安全问题,达到防火,安全用电的目的。

背景技术
利用温控开关,在适当温度由常开变常闭或常闭变常开的特性,控制负载侧的电路通断,达到保护负载侧避免温度超高烧毁设备或引起火灾的目的。
发明内容
在插座或插排中,增加本发明的控制电路,即市电首先经过开关,串联一只常闭式温控开关,然后接入负载侧,同时在常闭式温控开关首端并联一只常开式温控开关其另一端串联一只声光报警器,声光报警器另一端接入市电N线,当负载温度或环境温度超过设定的安全范围时,常闭温控开关变常开,切断负载侧电源,常开温控开关变常闭,声光报警器发出声光警报,提示使用者注意安全,达到安全用电,预防火灾的目的。

1.本发明:在插座或插排中,增加本发明的控制电路,即市电首先经过开关,串联一只常闭式温控开关,然后接入负载侧,同时在常闭式温控开关首端并联一只常开式温控开关其另一端串联一只声光报警器,声光报警器另一端接入市电N线,当负载温度或环境温度超过设定的安全范围时,常闭温控开关变常开,切断负载侧电源,常开温控开关变常闭,声光报警器发出声光警报,提示使用者注意安全,达到安全用电,预防火灾的目的。
