Abstract
The invention discloses a misoperation-preventive locking device for a grounding wire of a power transmission line, which comprises: a wire clamp and a ground clamp; the wire clamp comprises a wire clamp main body and a mechanical locking key which is detachably arranged on the wire clamp main body; a hanging ring is fixed at the tail end of the mechanical locking key; the hanging ring is used for hanging the wire clamp; the ground clamp comprises a ground clamp frame and a ground clamp lifting screw, the ground clamp lifting screw is installed on the ground clamp frame in a threaded connection mode, a key hole is formed in the upper end of the ground clamp lifting screw, and the mechanical locking key is matched with the key hole of the ground clamp lifting screw. When the grounding wire is installed, the grounding end is installed firstly, and then the wire end is installed; when the grounding wire is removed, the wire end is taken first, and then the grounding end is taken. The electric shock accident caused by the reversal of the operation flow is avoided.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of power equipment, and particularly relates to a misoperation-preventive locking device for a grounding wire of a power transmission line.
Background
The installation of the grounding wire is an important technical measure for the power-off maintenance operation of the power transmission line and is an important guarantee for ensuring the personal safety of operating personnel. At present, the operation of hanging the ground wire on the power transmission line has a great potential safety hazard, if the ground end and the wire end are not required to be firstly installed according to the regulations of electric power safety work regulations (line part) of national grid companies in the operation process of installing the ground wire, residual electricity and induced electricity on the line can threaten the human body. The existing grounding wire device cannot control the operation sequence, so that the field operator is restricted from hanging the grounding wire according to the safety requirement, and the condition of firstly installing a wire end and then installing a grounding end can be avoided only by the subjective cognition of the operator on the operation specification. This is difficult to handle in practice and is prone to dangerous behaviour where the operator touches the ungrounded power equipment conductors.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a misoperation-preventive locking device for a ground wire of a power transmission line, which aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, the conventional grounding wire device cannot control the operation sequence to restrict the operation that field operators must hook the ground wire according to safety requirements, so that dangerous behaviors of the operators contacting ungrounded conductors of power equipment are easy to occur.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a device for preventing false locking of a ground wire of a power transmission line, including: a wire clamp 1 and a grounding clamp 2; the wire clamp 1 comprises a wire clamp main body 11 and a mechanical locking key 12 which is detachably arranged on the wire clamp main body 11; a hanging ring 13 is fixed at the tail end of the mechanical locking key 12; the hanging ring 13 is used for hanging the wire clamp 1; the grounding clamp 2 comprises a grounding clamp frame 21 and a grounding clamp lifting screw 22, the grounding clamp lifting screw 22 is installed on the grounding clamp frame 21 in a threaded connection mode, a key hole is formed in the upper end of the grounding clamp lifting screw 22, and the mechanical locking key 12 is uniquely matched with the key hole of the grounding clamp lifting screw 22. The front end of the mechanical locking key 12 is an unlocking part 121, the middle part of the mechanical locking key is provided with an external thread, the wire clamp body 11 is provided with a threaded hole, and the front end of the mechanical locking key 12 is inserted into the threaded hole of the wire clamp body 11; and rotating the mechanical locking key 12, wherein the middle part of the mechanical locking key 12 is matched with a threaded hole of the wire clamp main body 11, and the mechanical locking key 12 is installed on the wire clamp main body 1. The unlocking member 121 is in a rectangular parallelepiped shape; the key hole of the grounding clip lifting screw 22 is a rectangular parallelepiped groove. The upper part of the grounding clip lifting screw 22 is of a smooth round rod structure, the lower part of the grounding clip lifting screw is provided with external threads, and the bottom end of the grounding clip lifting screw is a cake-shaped crimping part 221. The grounding clamp frame 21 comprises a groove 211, a threaded hole is formed in one side wall of the groove 211, and the grounding clamp lifting screw 22 is in threaded connection with the threaded hole of the groove 211.
The invention improves the prior grounding wire device, the hanging ring at the outer side of the wire clamp 1 is designed into a detachable mechanical locking key 12, the upper end of the lifting screw rod 22 of the grounding clamp is designed into a smooth cylinder, and the upper end of the cylinder is made into a key hole matched with the mechanical locking key 12. The lifting of the grounding clamp lifting screw 22 can be controlled by the mechanical locking key 12, and the grounding clamp lifting screw 22 can be adjusted only by screwing the mechanical locking key 12 into a key hole at the top end of the grounding clamp lifting screw 22, so that the grounding clamp 2 is fixed on a grounding body. The tail end of the mechanical locking key 12 is fixed with a hanging ring 13, so that the grounding clamp lifting screw rod 22 can be conveniently fastened, the hanging ring which can be connected with an insulating rod is the only hanging ring on the wire clamp 1, and the insulating rod can be hung only through the hanging ring 13 on the wire clamp.
Therefore, in the operation process, an operator must first take off the mechanical locking key 12, fix the grounding clamp 2, then pull out the mechanical locking key 12, screw back the wire clamp 1, and then perform the hanging operation of the wire clamp 1, so as to ensure that the grounding end is firstly installed and then the wire end is installed when the grounding wire is installed. Similarly, when the grounding wire is removed, the wire clamp 1 must be removed, the mechanical locking key 12 must be inserted into the keyhole of the grounding clamp 2, and the grounding clamp 2 must be released, so that when the grounding wire is removed, the wire end must be removed first, and then the grounding end must be removed. The operation forces the operator to remove the mechanical locking key first, fix the grounding end, screw the mechanical locking key into the key hole outside the conductor clamp, and then perform the conductor end hanging operation.
The transmission line articulates the ground wire when the maintenance operation that has a power failure, mainly is for: (1) introducing residual charge on the transmission line into the ground; (2) the electric transmission line is prevented from generating electric shock accidents due to reverse power supply or induced electricity; (3) prevent the power transmission by mistake; (4) the operation of the operating personnel in the range of the ground wire is ensured, and the risk of electric shock is avoided.
