Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method, a system and a device for checking a toll collection vehicle based on an ETC portal system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The invention provides an inspection method of a toll collection vehicle based on an ETC portal system, which comprises an ETC portal with a first acquisition device and a bayonet with a second acquisition device, wherein the first acquisition device is a camera installed on the ETC portal, the second acquisition device comprises a front shooting camera installed on the bayonet, the front shooting camera shoots a vehicle from the direction of a vehicle head, the bayonet can be installed at two sides of a highway or arranged on the highway as a portal, and can also be installed on the portal of a speed measurement camera, and the like, and the inspection method comprises the following steps:
101: acquiring an information set of a passing vehicle through a first acquisition device to acquire a first vehicle information set;
specifically, a vehicle passing by a camera mounted on the ETC is shot, the model information of the vehicle and the license plate number information of the vehicle are extracted, and the collected vehicle information is collected into a first vehicle information set.
102: matching the first vehicle information set with data of a toll flow database;
the toll collection flow database can be directly obtained according to an ETC system, and comprises information such as the type of a vehicle, payment information of the vehicle, a CPC license plate number of the vehicle, an OBU license plate of the vehicle and an identification license plate of the vehicle, and the information such as the license plate number information contained in a first vehicle information set, the type of the vehicle and the payment information of the vehicle in the toll collection flow database, the CPC license plate number of the vehicle, the OBU license plate of the vehicle, the identification license plate of the vehicle and the like is compared and matched.
103: when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the data of the charging flow database, a first suspect vehicle list is obtained;
when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the data of the toll flow database, acquiring a first suspect vehicle list, and in order to match a more accurate first suspect vehicle list, performing matching by adopting a plurality of implementation modes including:
one embodiment provides that, when the first vehicle information set does not match the data of the toll flow database, acquiring a first suspect vehicle list comprises:
when the first vehicle information set is not matched in the charging flow database, a first missing vehicle information set is obtained;
carrying out placeholder recognition on the first missing vehicle information set to obtain a license plate information set with placeholders;
substituting placeholders in the license plate information set into any numerical values or letters to be matched with data of the charging flow database;
and when the vehicle information set is matched with the data of the toll flow database, removing the matched vehicle information set from the first missing vehicle information set to obtain a first suspect vehicle list.
The ETC camera is provided according to different manufacturers, and the license plate information in the acquired first vehicle information set is provided with a placeholder to shield one number or letter, so that under the condition that the license plate information with the placeholder is shielded, some license plates are charged in an ETC system, the charging data of the license plates exist in the charging process, but in the process of matching the first vehicle information set with the data of the charging process database, the inside of the first missed vehicle information set is acquired, the condition that the number or letter on the license plate is shielded by the placeholder cannot be identified, and the technical problem that some charged vehicles can be charged again is caused. Acquiring a license plate information set with placeholders by carrying out placeholder identification on the first missed vehicle information set; substituting placeholders in the license plate information set into any numerical values or letters to be matched with data of the charging flow database; and when the vehicle information set is matched with the data of the toll flow database, removing the matched vehicle information set from the first missing vehicle information set to obtain a first suspect vehicle list. The method and the device have the advantages that the charged vehicles with the occupation characters are removed to obtain the first suspect vehicle list, so that the problem of repeated fee deduction caused by license plate information shielding due to the occupation characters is solved, and the accuracy of inspection is further improved.
Another embodiment provides that the obtaining a first list of suspect vehicles when the first set of vehicle information does not match to the toll-collected database comprises:
when the first vehicle information set is not matched in the toll flow database, the second missing vehicle information set;
matching the second missing vehicle information set with any four digits of CPC license plate numbers of the toll collection flow database;
and when the second missing vehicle information set is not matched with any four digits of the CPC license plate number of the toll collection flow database, acquiring a first suspect vehicle list.
The method comprises the following steps that a camera of a first acquisition device possibly generates the condition that acquired CPC license plate numbers are incomplete, when some identified CPC license plate numbers are paid vehicles, due to the fact that the CPC license plate numbers are incomplete, the CPC license plate numbers are not matched in the process of matching data of a first vehicle information set and data of a charge flow database, the condition of repeated fee deduction is caused, and any four digits of a second omitted vehicle information set and the CPC license plate numbers of the charge flow database are matched; when the second missed vehicle information set is not matched with any four digits of the CPC license plate number of the toll flow database, the first suspect vehicle list is obtained, vehicles with incomplete CPC license plates can be re-matched, the first suspect vehicle list is excluded, the problem of repeated fee deduction is avoided, and the accuracy of inspection is improved.
Another embodiment provides that when the first set of vehicle information does not match to the toll-collected database, obtaining a first list of suspect vehicles further comprises:
when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the toll flow database, acquiring a third missed vehicle information set;
matching the toll flow database of the third missing vehicle information set with the first Chinese character and the last Chinese character of the license plate number removed;
and when the license plate number of the third missing vehicle information set is removed from the first Chinese character and is not matched with the toll flow database which is removed from the last Chinese character, obtaining a first suspect vehicle list.
The camera may not recognize the Chinese characters or the wrong recognition of the Chinese characters during the collected license plate information, and the vehicles which cannot recognize the Chinese characters or the wrong recognition of the Chinese characters may have part paid, the information of the vehicles is already in the charging streamline database, and only the vehicles which can completely recognize the license plates are matched in the process of matching the first vehicle information set with the data in the charging streamline database, and the vehicles which cannot recognize the Chinese characters or the wrong recognition of the Chinese characters are mistakenly arranged in the first suspect list, so that the problem of repeated fee deduction of part of the vehicles is caused. Matching the toll flow database of the third missing vehicle information set with the first Chinese character and the last Chinese character of the license plate number removed; and when the license plate number of the third missing vehicle information set is removed from the first Chinese character and is not matched with the toll flow database which is removed from the last Chinese character, obtaining a first suspect vehicle list. The license plate number is matched with the license plate number without Chinese characters, and vehicles which are paid and cannot recognize the Chinese characters or license plates with wrong Chinese character recognition can be excluded from the first suspect vehicle list, so that the problem of repeated fee deduction is avoided, and the accuracy of inspection is improved.
Another embodiment provides that when the first set of vehicle information does not match to the toll-collected database, obtaining a first list of suspect vehicles further comprises:
when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the toll flow database, acquiring a fourth missing vehicle information set;
repeatedly matching the fourth missing vehicle information set with any three-digit number of CPC license plate numbers, OBU license plates and identification license plates of the toll flow database;
and when the fourth missing vehicle information set is repeatedly matched and is not matched with any three digits of the CPC license plate number, the OBU license plate number and the identification license plate number of the charging flow database, a first suspect vehicle list is obtained.
Due to network or some system factors, the ETC system may cause a delay in the process that the received fee is transmitted to the toll flow database, so that some vehicles may have paid, but the first vehicle information set is not matched with the data in the toll flow database, so that some paid vehicles fall into a suspect vehicle list due to the problem of the ETC system, and the vehicles are repeatedly paid. Repeatedly matching the fourth missing vehicle information set with any three-digit number of CPC license plate numbers, OBU license plates and identification license plates of the toll flow database; and when the fourth missing vehicle information set is repeatedly matched and is not matched with any three digits of the CPC license plate number, the OBU license plate number and the identification license plate number of the charging flow database, a first suspect vehicle list is obtained. The repeated matching can be performed once in ten minutes and three times of repeated matching, namely 30 minutes, and the times of repeated matching and the time interval of the repeated matching can be selected according to the actual ETC network delay condition, so that the problem of repeated fee deduction caused by the delay of the ETC system is avoided, and the accuracy of inspection is improved.
Another embodiment provides that when the first set of vehicle information does not match the toll-free database, obtaining a first list of suspect vehicles comprises:
when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the toll flow database, acquiring a fifth missing vehicle information set;
matching the fifth missing vehicle information set with the data of the special duty vehicle database;
and when the fifth missing vehicle information set is not matched with the data of the special service vehicle database, acquiring a first suspect vehicle list.
The special service vehicle database is generally vehicles belonging to departments, such as police vehicles, military vehicles, fire trucks and the like corresponding to a connection vehicle management, and the vehicles do not need to be charged through an ETC system, so that the vehicles need to be excluded, the special service vehicle is prevented from being used as an object in a first suspect vehicle, and the fifth missing vehicle information set is matched with the data of the special service vehicle database; and when the fifth missing vehicle information set is not matched with the data of the special service vehicle database, acquiring a first suspect vehicle list. The special service vehicle is prevented from being used as a target of the missed payment vehicle, and the checking accuracy is improved.
Another embodiment provides that the obtaining a first list of suspect vehicles when the first set of vehicle information does not match to the toll collection flow database comprises:
when the first vehicle information set is not matched in the toll flow database, a sixth missing vehicle information set is obtained;
carrying out placeholder recognition on the sixth missing vehicle information set to obtain a license plate information set with placeholders;
substituting placeholders in the license plate information set into any numerical values or letters to be matched with data of the charging flow database;
when the vehicle information set is not matched with the data of the toll flow database, acquiring a seventh missing vehicle information set;
repeatedly matching the seventh missing vehicle information set with any four-digit interval first preset time of the CPC license plate number of the toll collection flow database;
when the seventh missing vehicle information set is repeatedly matched and is not matched with any four digits of the CPC license plate number of the toll collection flow database, an eighth missing vehicle information set is obtained;
matching the toll flow database of the eighth missing vehicle information set with the first Chinese character and the last Chinese character removed from the license plate number;
when the license plate number of the eighth missing vehicle information set is removed, the first Chinese character is not matched with the toll flow database without the last Chinese character, a ninth missing vehicle information set is obtained;
repeatedly matching the ninth missing vehicle information set with any three-digit interval second preset time of the CPC license plate number, the OBU license plate number and the identification license plate number of the toll flow database;
when the ninth missing vehicle information set is repeatedly matched and is not matched with any three digits of the CPC license plate number, the OBU license plate number and the identification license plate number of the charge flow database, a tenth missing vehicle information set is obtained;
matching the tenth missing vehicle information set with the data of the special service vehicle database;
and when the tenth missing vehicle information set is not matched with the data in the special service vehicle database, acquiring a first suspect vehicle list.
All the technical problems to be solved are solved one by one, so that the accuracy of the inspection in the embodiment of the application can be further improved, and the condition of missed payment of the vehicle is avoided.

The method comprises the steps of matching a second vehicle information set acquired through a front shooting camera, removing vehicles which are paid in a charging flow database in the second vehicle information set, obtaining a first vehicle information set which is collected by first vehicles which are not paid, acquiring third vehicle information through a rear shooting camera, removing vehicles which are paid in the charging flow database from the third vehicle information set, obtaining a second vehicle information set which is not paid, collecting the first vehicle information set which is not paid and the second vehicle information set which is not paid, and obtaining a second suspect vehicle list. Some vehicles that the preceding camera of clapping missed the bat can complement through the back camera of clapping, have avoided some vehicles to clap the camera in the front under the condition of not shooing, can not inspect, lead to the condition of missed payment.

According to the above-mentioned embodiment of the second collecting device, it is further provided that, when the second vehicle information set is not matched with the data of the toll flow database, acquiring the first vehicle information set of missed payment includes:

a second matching module 205 for matching the second set of vehicle information with data of a toll-flow database;
a second suspect vehicle module 206, configured to obtain a second suspect vehicle list when the second vehicle information set is not matched to the data of the toll flow database;
and a third suspect vehicle module 207, configured to aggregate the first suspect vehicle list and the second suspect vehicle list, and obtain a third suspect vehicle list.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 3, an inspection device 30 for toll collection vehicles based on an ETC portal system comprises a processor 300 and a memory 301;
the memory 301 is used for storing a program code 302 and transmitting the program code 302 to the processor;
the processor 300 is configured to execute the steps of the method for checking the toll collection vehicle based on the ETC portal system according to the instructions in the program code 302.
Illustratively, the computer program 302 may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory 301 and executed by the processor 300 to accomplish the present application. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution process of the computer program 302 in the terminal device 30.
The terminal device 30 may be a computing device such as a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, and a cloud server. The terminal device may include, but is not limited to, a processor 300, a memory 301. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 3 is merely an example of the terminal device 30, and does not constitute a limitation of the terminal device 30, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some of the components may be combined, or different components, e.g., the terminal device may also include input-output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.

when the second vehicle information set is not matched with the data of the charging flow database, a second suspect vehicle list is obtained;
and collecting the first suspect vehicle list and the second suspect vehicle list to obtain a third suspect vehicle list.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the ETC portal system is used for checking the missed payment vehicles,
the second acquisition device comprises a front shooting camera and a rear shooting camera;
the second vehicle information set is a vehicle information set obtained by shooting a front camera;
when the second vehicle information set is not matched with the data of the toll flow database, acquiring a second suspect vehicle list comprises:
when the second vehicle information set is not matched with the data of the toll flow database, a first missed-payment information set is obtained;
acquiring an information set of the passing vehicle by a back-shooting camera to acquire a third vehicle information set;
matching the third set of vehicle information with the second set of vehicle information;

when the fourth vehicle information set is not matched with the data of the toll flow database, a second missed-payment vehicle information set is obtained;
and collecting the first missed payment information set and the second missed payment information set to obtain a second suspect vehicle list.

when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the data of the toll flow database, acquiring a first suspect vehicle list comprises:
when the first vehicle information set is not matched in the toll flow database, acquiring a first missing vehicle information set;
carrying out placeholder recognition on the first missing vehicle information set to obtain a license plate information set with placeholders;
substituting placeholders in the license plate information set into any numerical values or letters to be matched with data of the charging flow database;
and when the vehicle information set is matched with the data of the toll flow database, removing the matched vehicle information set from the first missing vehicle information set to obtain a first suspect vehicle list.

when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the toll flow database, acquiring a first suspect vehicle list comprises:
when the first vehicle information set is not matched in the toll flow database, a second missing vehicle information set is obtained;
matching the second missing vehicle information set with any four digits of CPC license plate numbers of the toll collection flow database;
and when the second missing vehicle information set is not matched with any four digits of the CPC license plate number of the toll collection flow database, acquiring a first suspect vehicle list.
5. The method for inspecting the missed payment vehicle based on the ETC portal system according to claim 1,
when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the charging flow database, the obtaining a first suspect vehicle list further comprises:
when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the toll flow database, acquiring a third missed vehicle information set;
matching the toll flow database of the third missing vehicle information set with the first Chinese character and the last Chinese character of the license plate number removed;
and when the license plate number of the third missing vehicle information set is removed from the first Chinese character and is not matched with the toll flow database which is removed from the last Chinese character, obtaining a first suspect vehicle list.

when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the toll flow database, acquiring a first suspect vehicle list further comprises:
when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the toll flow database, acquiring a fourth missing vehicle information set;
repeatedly matching the fourth missing vehicle information set with any three-digit number of CPC license plate numbers, OBU license plates and identification license plates of the toll flow database;
and when the fourth missing vehicle information set is repeatedly matched and is not matched with any three digits of the CPC license plate number, the OBU license plate number and the identification license plate number of the charging flow database, a first suspect vehicle list is obtained.
7. The method for inspecting the missed payment vehicle based on the ETC portal system according to claim 1,
when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the toll flow database, acquiring a first suspect vehicle list comprises:
when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the toll flow database, acquiring a fifth missing vehicle information set;
matching the fifth missing vehicle information set with the data of the special duty vehicle database;
and when the fifth missing vehicle information set is not matched with the data of the special service vehicle database, acquiring a first suspect vehicle list.

when the first vehicle information set is not matched with the toll flow database, acquiring a first suspect vehicle list comprises:
when the first vehicle information set is not matched in the charging flow database, a sixth missing vehicle information set is obtained;

substituting placeholders in the license plate information set into any numerical values or letters to be matched with data of the charging flow database;

repeatedly matching the seventh missing vehicle information set with any four-digit interval first preset time of the CPC license plate number of the toll collection flow database;
when the seventh missing vehicle information set is repeatedly matched and is not matched with any four digits of the CPC license plate number of the toll collection flow database, an eighth missing vehicle information set is obtained;
matching the toll flow database of the eighth missing vehicle information set with the first Chinese character and the last Chinese character removed from the license plate number;
