Abstract
The application discloses a vehicle history data detection method, a terminal device and a computer readable storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a vehicle history data query request, wherein the query request comprises vehicle identification information and query item information; according to the vehicle identification information and the query item information, historical data corresponding to the query item information is obtained from a local database; judging whether the time interval between the updating time of the historical data acquired from the local database and the current moment exceeds a set threshold value, if so, updating the local database by combining an external database corresponding to the query item information, and then returning the historical data in the updated local database; if not, the historical data obtained from the local database is directly returned. According to the vehicle historical data detection method, the local database is arranged for storing the historical data of the vehicle, so that the vehicle historical data can be conveniently obtained by an evaluator, and meanwhile, the local database is updated by using the external database, so that the comprehensiveness of the stored data of the local database is ensured.

Technical Field
The application relates to a vehicle history data detection method, terminal equipment and a computer readable storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of data processing.
Background
Automobiles have become a necessary vehicle for most families to travel in the society today. Considering the economics, personal conditions and fire explosions in the second-hand market, a significant fraction of people choose to purchase the second-hand vehicle. But prior to purchasing the second hand vehicle a clearer understanding of the profile of the vehicle to be purchased is required through the second hand vehicle's assessment report.
The second-hand car assessment refers to that a person who performs second-hand car technical condition assessment and value assessment evaluates the second-hand car to judge the price of the second-hand car for resale. At present, the second-hand vehicle detection and evaluation in the market is that an evaluator detects all parts of an actual vehicle one by one according to experience, and then the vehicle is evaluated by combining vehicle historical data and market conditions.
When the historical data of the vehicle is acquired, because the historical data can be derived from a plurality of databases, the evaluator must acquire relevant information from the data source, the workload of the evaluator is increased, and the working efficiency of the evaluator is reduced.

judging whether the time interval between the updating time of the historical data acquired from the local database and the current moment exceeds a set threshold value, if so, updating the local database by combining an external database corresponding to the query item information, and then returning the historical data in the updated local database; if not, the historical data obtained from the local database is directly returned.
Preferably, the local database is updated in combination with the external database corresponding to the query item information, and then the history data in the updated local database is returned, specifically:
acquiring historical data in an external database corresponding to query item information, wherein one or more external databases are provided;
judging whether the history data in each external database is contained in the local database, if so, directly returning the history data acquired from the local database without updating the local database; if not, the history data in the external database which is not contained in the local database is added to the local database, the local database is updated, and then the history data in the updated local database is returned.
Preferably, the vehicle identification information includes a vehicle identification number.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
acquiring the service life of the corresponding vehicle according to the vehicle identification number;
and judging whether the service life of the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identification number reaches the scrapping life, if so, clearing the historical data of the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identification number in the local database and sending out a scrapped prompt.

The invention also discloses a computer readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and the computer program realizes the steps of the method when being executed by a processor.
Compared with the prior art, the vehicle history data detection method has the following beneficial effects:
according to the vehicle historical data detection method, the local database is arranged for storing the historical data of the vehicle, and the historical data comprises risk information, maintenance information, violation information, whether water is soaked or not, whether fire is overtime information, loan information, engine overhaul information, part replacement information and the like, and the contained information is comprehensive, so that an evaluator can conveniently acquire the historical data of the vehicle to be evaluated. Meanwhile, the local database is also in communication connection with the external database, so that the local database is updated by using the external database, and the comprehensiveness of the stored data of the local database is ensured. Since the vehicle identification number has uniqueness, the present invention distinguishes vehicles for which detection history data is required using the vehicle identification number.
In order to ensure that the data provider and the user side of the vehicle history data detection method conduct trusted transaction, after the user sends out a vehicle history data inquiry request, an intelligent contract is established based on the request, and the intelligent contract can restrict the relative rights and obligations of the user and the data provider and ensure smooth proceeding of the transaction. Meanwhile, payment information is agreed in the smart contracts in order to guarantee the economic benefits of the data provider.

The vehicle history data detection method of the present invention includes:
step 1, acquiring a vehicle historical data query request, wherein the historical data query request comprises vehicle identification information and query item information.
The vehicle identification information comprises a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or a license plate number, preferably a vehicle identification number, wherein the vehicle identification number has uniqueness and comprises information such as a manufacturer, a year, a vehicle type, a vehicle body type, a code, an engine code, an assembly site and the like of a vehicle; the query project information includes one or more of risk information, maintenance information, violation information, bubble information, fire information, loan information, engine overhaul information, and part replacement information. The user or the evaluator can select the category of the item information to be queried according to the requirement of the user or the evaluator.
And step 2, acquiring historical data corresponding to the query item information from a local database according to the vehicle identification information and the query item information.
The query item information can be one or more of risk information, maintenance information, violation information, soaking information, fire information, loan information, engine overhaul information and part replacement information, and the specific query item can be selected according to requirements.
Step 3, judging whether the time interval between the updating time of the historical data obtained from the local database and the current moment exceeds a set threshold value, if so, updating the local database by combining an external database corresponding to the query item information, and then returning the historical data in the updated local database; if not, the historical data obtained from the local database is directly returned.

The problem of missing history data caused by the fact that only one external database is used and history data in the query item are contained in other external databases is avoided.
In order to ensure that the data provider and the user side of the vehicle history data detection method perform a trusted transaction, the embodiment further includes the following steps between step 1 and step 2:
and step 1-2, establishing an intelligent contract according to the vehicle history data query request, wherein the intelligent contract comprises payment information.
The payment amount in the payment information is determined according to the inquiry item information, and each inquiry item information corresponds to one payment amount. The method for detecting vehicle history data according to the present invention is described in the example in which the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) provided by the user is SALFA5BG1CH313878, the inquiry item information is the risk information, and the threshold is set to 6 months.
Firstly, acquiring a vehicle identification number and inquiry project information, then establishing an intelligent contract according to the vehicle identification number and the inquiry project information, wherein rights and obligations of a user and a data provider of a local database are contracted in the intelligent contract, and meanwhile, payment information is also contracted in the intelligent contract, and the payment information is determined according to the inquired risk information.
After receiving the intelligent contract and completing payment according to the contract, the user inquires historical data corresponding to the project information from a local database; the risk information in the local database is found to be updated to 1/6/2019, and half a year from 19/12/2019. At this time, the local database needs to be updated with an external database to ensure the comprehensiveness of the detected information. The external databases used are a safe car insurance database, a pacific car insurance database and a Chinese insurance database respectively. After detection, the vehicle with VIN being SALFA5BG1CH31387 and to be detected has 3 risk records in safe vehicle risk, namely 2016, 1, 20, 2018, 3, 10 and 22. The local database only has two records of 2016, 1, 20, 3 and 10, so the risk record of 2019, 10 and 22 is added into the local database, the local database is updated at the same time, and the risk information in the updated local database is returned for the user to review. Because the related insurance records are not in the pacific vehicle insurance database and the Chinese insurance vehicle insurance database, the local database is not affected. And the user receives the risk record result, the performance is successful, and the intelligent contract is ended.
In order to avoid that the local database stores excessive historical data of the scrapped vehicles, the method for detecting the historical data of the vehicles occupies the storage space of the local database, and further comprises the following steps:
acquiring the service life of the corresponding vehicle according to the vehicle identification number;
and judging whether the service life of the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identification number reaches the scrapping life, if so, clearing the historical data of the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identification number in the local database. And when the vehicle history data query request corresponding to the vehicle identification number is received after clearing, sending out a scrapped vehicle prompt.
The embodiment also provides a terminal device, which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to realize the steps of the method.

if so, the local database is updated by combining with the external database corresponding to the query item information, and then the history data in the updated local database is returned, specifically:
acquiring historical data in an external database corresponding to query item information, wherein one or more external databases are provided;
judging whether the history data in each external database is contained in the local database, if so, directly returning the history data acquired from the local database without updating the local database; if not, adding the history data in the external database which is not contained in the local database to the local database, updating the local database, and then returning the history data in the updated local database;
if not, the historical data obtained from the local database is directly returned.
2. The vehicle history data detection method according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle identification information includes a vehicle identification number.

The vehicle history data detection method according to claim 1, wherein the inquiry item information includes one or more of risk information, maintenance information, violation information, water soaking information, fire passing information, loan information, engine overhaul information, and component replacement information.
4. The vehicle history data detection method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising, after acquiring the vehicle history data inquiry request:
establishing an intelligent contract according to a vehicle historical data query request, wherein the intelligent contract comprises payment information;
and after payment completion information is acquired, acquiring historical data corresponding to the query item information from a local database according to the vehicle identification information and the query item information.

returning the performance failure information when no historical data corresponding to the query item information exists in the updated local database;
and returning successful performance information when historical data corresponding to the query item information exists in the local database or the updated local database.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the smart contract further includes a refund condition, the refund condition being a performance failure.
8. A terminal device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method according to any of claims 1-7 when the computer program is executed.
9. A computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, characterized in that the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
