the card issuing module is used for generating a prepaid card with a plurality of sub-cards according to the card opening information, the processing module associates the sub-cards in a network account mode to form the prepaid card, and the processing module acquires the prepaid card and sends the prepaid card to the insurance application module;
the insurance application module is used for establishing insurance information for each prepaid card, the processing module acquires the insurance information for storage, the processing module acquires the dynamic consumption information of each prepaid card for storage, the processing module acquires the claim request and then calls the dynamic consumption information, the dynamic consumption information comprises the payment information and the balance information of each prepaid card, and the processing module sends the dynamic consumption information to the claim module;
