Description

Application testing method and application testing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to an application testing method and an application testing device.
Background
Secure Element (SE), a generic term for hardware secure element embedded with microchip, is a communication entity capable of small operations and storage that can operate independently, and generally has high security. SE has a very wide range of applications, for example, in the form of a financial Integrated Circuit (IC) card, a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, a bank U shield, a transportation card, an electronic passport, and the like. Among them, an application program running in an SE is called an SE application (SE applet), and generally, one or more SE applications may run on the SE. For example, a financial IC card runs a payment application of a bank, and a traffic all-purpose card runs a bus payment application. As intelligent user terminals (e.g., mobile phones) have become more powerful, SE has become more widely used in user terminals. For example, SE applications such as bus payment applications and bank payment applications are installed on an SE of a mobile phone, and corresponding functions of the SE applications such as the bus payment applications and the bank payment applications can be realized through the mobile phone.
In the development process of the SE application, when a software engineer debugs a related service flow of the SE application, the SE application may often be tested only with hardware support of the SE corresponding to the SE application. However, a certain time is required for upgrading the SE corresponding to the SE application in the smart terminal such as the mobile phone, which increases the development period of the SE application. Therefore, it is desirable to provide an application testing method and an application testing apparatus, which implement testing of related services of an SE application without deploying a hardware entity card of the SE application in an intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone, and further shorten a development period of the SE application.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described below based on examples, but the present invention is not limited to only these examples. In the following detailed description of the present invention, certain specific details are set forth. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without these specific details. Well-known methods, procedures, and procedures have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the present invention. The figures are not necessarily drawn to scale.
Fig. 1 shows a system architecture diagram in the related art. As shown in fig. 1, the system 100 includes: a user terminal 110 and a card management platform 120, wherein the user terminal 110 includes three layers of application environments, which are: a Rich Execution Environment (REE) 111, a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) 112, and a Secure Element (SE) 113. The user terminal 110 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a wearable device, an in-vehicle device, an Augmented Reality (AR)/Virtual Reality (VR) device, a notebook computer, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like.
REE111 is the operating environment provided by the android system layer for various applications of user terminal 110. The TEE112 is a hardware security execution environment, and provides functions of security protection of system codes and data of the user terminal, security access of external devices, and the like. The TEE112 is an operating environment coexisting with the REE111 and the like on the user terminal 110, and provides a security service to the REE 111. The TEE112 has its own execution space, with a higher security level than the REE 111. The SE113 is a secure element built into the user terminal 110, which can enforce the security level of the user terminal 110. SE113 provides functions such as secure storage of private information, secure execution of important programs, and the like. TEE112 is a framework running in user terminal 110 that provides security between REE111 and SE 113. For example, for some small payments, a Virtual Private Network (VPN) of a corporation, etc., the required security protection is not strong, and a separate SE113 is not required for protection, nor can it be directly placed in the REE111 to prevent attacks due to the openness of the REE 111. For applications with high security level requirements, security protection may be provided by SE 113. For example, a bank APP may be installed on the user terminal 110 by downloading an installation package through an application marketplace, and a user may process related banking services through the bank APP. The bank APP also has a function of installing a mobile phone shield. Then, the user can install the mobile phone shield by operating the corresponding option. In order to ensure the data security of the mobile phone shield, the user terminal 110 will install the data with high security requirement in the mobile phone shield into the SE113 in the form of an application (applet). When the user terminal 110 is installed, first, the user terminal applies for an auxiliary security domain (SSD) from a server of an issuer (manufacturer of the electronic device) of the SE113 through a server of a service (bank), and installs an application program of the mobile phone shield in the auxiliary security domain, so as to manage data with high security requirements in the mobile phone shield. The hardware of the user terminal 110 is connected to the SE113 via the SPI interface. The REE111 is connected with the SE113 through an Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) API interface. TEE112 interfaces with SE113 through a secure element API interface. The android system layer realizes access and control to the SE113 through the REE111 and the TEE112, and provides a secure access interface for SE application. Card management platform 120 communicates with user terminal 110 to manage the relevant SE applications.
In the related technology, in the development process of the SE application, a software engineer directly tests related services of the SE application by relying on the SE113, and debugs and corrects an application program of the SE application according to a test result. Before testing the relevant services of the SE application, the SE113 needs to be set up for the user terminal 110 to provide the system 100 as shown in fig. 1. However, because hardware procurement and removal of SE113 requires a certain period of time, upgrading the hardware of SE113 in user terminal 110 often requires a certain period of time, which increases the development cycle of SE applications.
Based on this, the embodiment of the present invention provides an application testing method and an application testing apparatus, which implement testing of relevant services of an SE application under the condition that the SE of the SE application is not deployed in an intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone, and further shorten a development period of the SE application.
FIG. 2 shows a system architecture diagram of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the system 200 includes: a user terminal 210, a card management platform 220 and an analog card 230, wherein the user terminal 210 includes two layers of application environments, which are: REE211 and TEE 212.
The REE211 is an operating environment provided by the android system layer for various applications of the user terminal 210. The TEE212 is an operating environment coexisting with the REE211 and the like on the user terminal 210, and provides security services to the REE 211. The TEE212 has its own execution space, with a higher security level than the REE 211. Card management platform 220 establishes a secure channel. Here, the REE211 and the TEE212 provided in the user terminal 210 communicate with the card management platform 220 through a secure channel, and the card management platform 220 communicates with the emulation card 230 through a secure channel. The emulation card 230 emulates all the functions of the secure element implementing the application to be tested (SE application). The emulation card 230 is deployed on a third party platform, which includes: the system comprises a windows platform, a linux platform and a cloud. The card management platform 220 manages the analog card 230, and the android system layer realizes access and control over an application program to be tested (SE application) running on the analog card 230 through the REE211, the TEE212 and the secure channel, and provides a secure access interface for the application program to be tested (SE application).
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of an application testing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The application testing method of the present invention is described below in conjunction with the system 200 shown in FIG. 2. As shown in fig. 3, the application testing method of the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
in step S310, the analog card 230 is activated. The simulation card 230 simulates and realizes all functions of the secure element running the application to be tested, and the application to be tested is downloaded in advance in the simulation card 230.
In step S320, the card management platform 220 transmits a communication connection request to the analog card 230.
In step S330, the emulation card 230 establishes a communication connection with the card management platform 220.
In step S340, the emulation card 230 transmits connection success information to the card management platform 220.
In step S350, after the emulation card 230 initializes the setting, an application to be tested (SE application) is downloaded from the card managing platform 220.
In step S360, the emulation card 230 returns a download success message to the card managing platform 220.
In step S370, the card managing platform 220 establishes a channel for the user terminal 210 to access the analog card 230. Among them, the REE211 and the TEE212 provided in the user terminal 210 communicate with the card management platform 220 through a channel, and the card management platform 220 communicates with the analog card 230 through a channel.
In step S380, the user terminal 210 transmits a communication connection request for establishing a communication connection with the channel to the card managing platform 220.
In step S390, the card managing platform 220 establishes a communication connection of the user terminal 210 with the channel. After establishing the communication connection of the user terminal 210 with the channel, the REE211 and the TEE212 may communicate with the card managing platform 220 through the channel.
In step S3100, the card management platform 220 transmits the connection success information to the user terminal 210.
In step S3110, the user terminal 210 sends a test command to the card management platform 220. The test instruction herein is a test instruction of the secure element by the user terminal 210, for example, a test instruction of related services such as secure payment of an application to be tested (SE application), and when the user terminal 210 needs to test related services such as secure payment of a secure element running an application to be tested (SE application), the user terminal 210 forwards the test instruction of the secure element to the card management platform 220.
In step S3120, the card management platform 220 forwards the test instruction to the emulation card 230.
In step S3130, the application under test (SE application) running on the analog card 230 executes the test instruction.
In step S3140, the analog card 230 transmits the execution result of the application program to be tested (SE application) to the card managing platform 220.
In step S3150, the card management platform 220 forwards the execution result of the application program to be tested (SE application) to the user terminal 210.
It should be noted that the analog card provides a communication interface for enabling the card management platform to access the analog card. The card management platform realizes the connection access with the simulation card, performs functions such as application management on different simulation cards and the like, and provides a communication interface for the user terminal to access the card management platform. The user terminal realizes the communication interface of the REE and TEE access card management platform. By the application testing method of the embodiment of the invention, the test of related services of the SE application can be realized under the condition that a hardware entity card of the SE application is not deployed in the user terminal, and the development period of the SE application is shortened. When the SE hardware is provided, the SE application can be quickly accessed and verified at a user terminal of a hardware entity card for deploying the SE application.
When the simulation card is used for testing the relevant service operation condition of the SE application, different parameters can be set for the simulation card to carry out multiple tests, the test results of the multiple tests are subjected to statistical analysis, and the application program of the SE application is debugged and corrected according to the statistical analysis results to obtain the SE application with the optimal performance index.
