The air conditioner is in an operating state (refrigeration) in 365 days in one year, even in summer, the temperature is about 20 ℃ at night sometimes, the temperature also meets the requirement of the working environment of indoor communication equipment, and the air conditioner is started, so that the favorable conditions that the outdoor low temperature can dissipate heat and reduce the temperature in three seasons of winter, spring and autumn and in early and late summer are ignored, unnecessary waste of electric energy is caused, and the operating cost is high.

when the central processing unit monitors that the internal temperature of the machine room exceeds 40 ℃, the central processing unit controls the air conditioner control circuit to send out an air conditioner starting control signal, and an air conditioner is started to refrigerate, so that the internal temperature in the machine room is cooled;
and when the internal temperature of the machine room is lower than 40 ℃, controlling the air conditioner control circuit to send out an air conditioner closing control signal and closing the air conditioner.
