The fault-tolerant control module of the maximum thrust state two-degree-of-freedom mu controller group calculates and obtains an adaptive two-degree-of-freedom mu controller by utilizing a plurality of internally designed two-degree-of-freedom mu controllers according to an input health parameter h, and the two-degree-of-freedom mu controller generates a control input vector u according to a difference e between a reference input r and a measurement parameter y.
