本发明公开了一种甲醛检测仪,其甲醛检测传感器连接USB转换模块和单片机处理器,USB转换模块对甲醛检测信号进行滤波,单片机处理器将采集到的甲醛检测信号进行处理后输出甲醛检测信息;所述单片机处理器连接OLED显示屏,OLED显示屏显示甲醛检测信息;所述甲醛检测传感器、单片机处理器和OLED显示屏由USB供电模块提供电源,使用时只需插入USB接口得电便可即时工作,获得检测甲醛检测信息输出至OLED显示屏,不仅携带方便且易于操作,随时随地能够进行检测应用,实时动态地显示出甲醛测量值,广泛适用于普通人群日常使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于空气质量检测领域,具体是涉及用于检测室内甲醛参数的仪器。
背景技术
如今在人们的日常生活和工作中,室内空气中甲醛已经成为影响身体健康的主要污染物。根据国家相关标准,关闭门窗1小时后,每立方米室内空气中,甲醛释放量不得大于0.08毫克;如达到0.1-2.0毫克,50%的正常人能闻到臭气;达到2.0-5.0毫克,眼睛、气管将受到强烈刺激,出现打喷嚏、咳嗽等症状;达到10毫克以上,呼吸困难;达到50毫克以上,会引发肺炎等危重疾病,甚至导致死亡。长期接触低剂量甲醛可引起慢性呼吸道疾病,引起鼻咽癌、结肠癌、月经紊乱、细胞核的基因突变,DNA单链内交连和DNA与蛋白质交连及抑制DNA损伤的修复、妊娠综合症、新生儿染色体异常、白血病,引起青少年记忆力和智力下降。
专业的甲醛检测设备检测原理生涩难懂,操作方法复杂,不易掌控,传统的甲醛自测盒要么是一次性检测,容易造成资源浪费,另外就是多次检测用,但是多次检测用自测盒存在操作不便,没进行一次新的检测需要重新量取反应试剂,浪费时间。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种易操作、便携性强、实时显示测量值的甲醛检测仪。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种甲醛检测仪,包括甲醛检测传感器,所述甲醛检测传感器连接USB转换模块和单片机处理器,USB转换模块对甲醛检测信号进行滤波,单片机处理器将采集到的甲醛检测信号进行处理后输出甲醛检测信息;所述单片机处理器连接OLED显示屏,OLED显示屏显示甲醛检测信息;所述甲醛检测传感器、单片机处理器和OLED显示屏由USB供电模块提供电源。
进一步地,所述USB供电模块连接电池,USB供电模块为电池充电。
进一步地,所述电池与单片机处理器之间连接升压芯片,升压芯片对内外部供电方式进行切换。
实施本发明技术方案,通过设置USB供电模块和OLED显示屏,使用时只需插入USB接口得电便可即时工作,USB转换模块和单片机处理器处理后,获得检测甲醛检测信息输出至OLED 显示屏,不仅携带方便且易于操作,随时随地能够进行检测应用,实时动态地显示出甲醛测量值,广泛适用于普通人群日常使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1所示,甲醛检测仪主要由USB供电模块、OLED显示屏、甲醛检测传感器、单片机处理器、USB转接模块和升压芯片U2(SX1308)等元器件组成。
甲醛检测传感器将甲醛含量转换成电信号,甲醛检测传感器的芯片U4采用HCHO型。单片处理器对采集到的甲醛检测信号进行处理后输出甲醛检测信息。USB转接模块的芯片U3采用CH340G型,单片机处理器的芯片U1采用ATtiny44A型。OLED显示屏、甲醛检测传感器和单片机处理器均由USB供电模块提供5V电源,升压芯片U2(SX1308)对内外部供电方式进行切换。甲醛传感器与单片机处理器连接,单片机处理器通过串行信号通信,OLED显示屏与单片机处理器连接。USB供电模块还用于为电池充电,电池为检测仪电路供电。
USB供电模块接通后,通过拨码开关S1切换异步串口通信或者串行信号输出,USB转接模块的晶振Y1(12MHZ)工作,同时对其进行供电及滤波,获得检测甲醛检测信息输出至OLED 显示屏。
拨码开关S1连接USB转接模块芯片U3(CH340G)的TXD脚、RXD脚、UD+脚和UD-脚。甲醛检测传感器芯片U4(HCHO)的UART TX脚和UART RX脚连接单片机处理器芯片U1(ATtiny44A)的TXD脚和RXD脚。单片机处理器芯片U1(ATtiny44A)的SX脚连接升压芯片U2(SX1308)的EN脚,单片机处理器芯片U1(ATtiny44A)的SCL脚和SDA脚连接OLED 显示屏。

1.一种甲醛检测仪,包括甲醛检测传感器,其特征在于:所述甲醛检测传感器连接USB转换模块和单片机处理器,USB转换模块对甲醛检测信号进行滤波,单片机处理器将采集到的甲醛检测信号进行处理后输出甲醛检测信息;所述单片机处理器连接OLED显示屏,OLED显示屏显示甲醛检测信息;所述甲醛检测传感器、单片机处理器和OLED显示屏由USB供电模块提供电源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甲醛检测仪,其特征在于:所述USB供电模块连接电池,USB供电模块为电池充电。
3.根据权利要求2所述的甲醛检测仪,其特征在于:所述电池与单片机处理器之间连接升压芯片,升压芯片对内外部供电方式进行切换。
