Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defect that the thermometer is easy to fall off from the armpit of a child because the child cannot be actively matched with the armpit for measuring the body temperature due to the good movement or fear of the child, and the technical problem to be solved is to provide the pediatric armpit temperature measurement auxiliary device which can fix the thermometer in the armpit of the child and can facilitate the measurement of the body temperature of the child.
(2) Technical scheme
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an auxiliary device for measuring the temperature of the armpit of a child for pediatrics, which comprises: a fixed block, one side of which is connected with an elastic belt; the adjusting buckle is arranged on the elastic belt; the fixed block is provided with a tightening mechanism; and the adjusting mechanism is arranged on the fixing block.
Preferably, the tightening mechanism comprises: the other side of the fixed block is connected with a slide rail; the rack is connected with the sliding rail in a sliding manner; the rack is rotatably connected with the hinge column; the hinge column is sleeved with a guide rail; the guide rail is connected with the arc plate; the mounting rack is connected to one side, close to the slide rail, of the fixed block; the placing pipe is connected to the mounting frame.
Preferably, the adjustment mechanism comprises: the other side, close to the slide rail, of the fixed block is rotatably connected with a hinge rod; the hinged rod is connected with a pawl which is matched with the rack; the elastic piece is connected between the pawl and the fixed block.
Preferably, the device further comprises a fixing mechanism, wherein the fixing mechanism comprises: one side of the fixed block, which is close to the hinge rod, is connected with a supporting rod; the guide rod is connected to the support rod; the guide sleeve is connected with the guide rod in a sliding manner; the spring is connected between the guide sleeve and the support rod; the guide sleeve is connected with a vertical plate; the vertical plate is connected with a rubber ring; the elastic rope is connected between the rack and the guide sleeve.
Preferably, the anti-drop device further comprises an anti-drop mechanism, wherein the anti-drop mechanism comprises: one side of the arc plate is connected with a binding belt; the hanging ring is connected to the bandage; the other side of the arc plate is connected with a hook.
Preferably, a locking mechanism is further included, the locking mechanism comprising: the nut is connected to the placing pipe; the screw rod is arranged in the screw nut in a matched mode.
(3) Advantageous effects
1. The adjusting mechanism and the tightening mechanism are matched, so that the thermometer can be fixed under the armpit of the child, the arms can be folded, and the body temperature of the child can be conveniently measured.
2. The cooperation between fixed establishment, locking mechanical system and the tightening mechanism three can further be fixed the clinical thermometer, prevents that the clinical thermometer from rocking.
3. The anti-falling mechanism and the tightening mechanism are matched to further fix the arms of the children, so that the arms of the children are prevented from moving.

The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Example 1
An auxiliary device for measuring the temperature of the axilla of a child for pediatrics is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises a fixing block 1, an elastic belt 2, an adjusting buckle 3, a tightening mechanism 4 and an adjusting mechanism 5, wherein the elastic belt 2 is connected to the left side face of the fixing block 1, the adjusting buckle 3 is arranged on the elastic belt 2, and the tightening mechanism 4 and the adjusting mechanism 5 are respectively arranged on the fixing block 1.
Tightening mechanism 4 is including slide rail 41, rack 42, arc 43, guide rail 44, hinge post 45, mounting bracket 46 and place pipe 47, 1 leading flank of fixed block is connected with slide rail 41, the last sliding connection of slide rail 41 has rack 42, rack 42 right-hand member rotary type is connected with hinge post 45, the cover has guide rail 44 on hinge post 45, be connected with arc 43 on the guide rail 44, 1 leading flank of fixed block of slide rail 41 upside is connected with mounting bracket 46, mounting bracket 46 top is connected with places pipe 47.
The adjusting mechanism 5 comprises a hinge rod 51, a pawl 52 and an elastic sheet 53, the hinge rod 51 is rotatably connected to the front side face of the fixed block 1 on the upper left of the slide rail 41, the pawl 52 is connected to the hinge rod 51, the pawl 52 is matched with the rack 42, and the elastic sheet 53 is connected between the pawl 52 and the front side face of the fixed block 1.
The device can be used when a child is to be measured for body temperature. Firstly, the elastic band 2 is sleeved in front of the chest of a child, the tightness degree of the elastic band 2 can be adjusted through the adjusting buckle 3, the placing tube 47 is located under the armpit of the child, then the thermometer is placed into the placing tube 47, and the thermometer is tightly attached to the armpit of the child. Then, the parents can fold the arms of the children, then push the arc-shaped plate 43 leftwards, and when the arc-shaped plate 43 moves leftwards to be tightly attached to the arms of the children to fold the arms, the arc-shaped plate 43 can be stopped moving. The arc-shaped plate 43 moves leftwards, the guide rail 44 and the hinge post 45 drive the rack 42 to move leftwards, and after the rack 42 stops moving leftwards, the pawl 52 can clamp and fix the rack 42 through the elastic sheet 53, so that the rack 42 is prevented from moving rightwards; so can be fixed with arc 43, prevent that arc 43 from moving right to can make the arm be in always with children's arm is fixed and fold the state, prevent children's arm and remove, and then can fix the clinical thermometer in children's armpit, can be convenient for carry out the body temperature measurement to children. After the body temperature measurement is finished, the hinge rod 51 is rotated to enable the pawl 52 to release the rack 42, the elastic sheet 53 is compressed, then the arc-shaped plate 43 is reset to move rightwards to release the arm of the child, then the thermometer can be taken out of the placing tube 47, and finally the elastic belt 2 is taken down from the chest of the child. So the adjustment mechanism 5 and the tightening mechanism 4 of this device cooperate, can fix the clinical thermometer in children's armpit, can make the arm fold to can be convenient for carry out the thermometer to children.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2-3, the fixing device further includes a fixing mechanism 6, the fixing mechanism 6 includes a supporting rod 61, a guide rod 62, a spring 63, a guide sleeve 64, a vertical plate 65, an elastic rope 66 and a rubber ring 67, the front side surface of the fixing block 1 on the upper side of the hinge rod 51 is connected with the supporting rod 61, the right side surface of the supporting rod 61 is connected with the guide rod 62, the guide sleeve 64 is slidably connected on the guide rod 62, the spring 63 is connected between the left side surface of the guide sleeve 64 and the right side surface of the supporting rod 61, the top of the guide sleeve 64 is connected with the vertical plate 65, the top of the vertical plate 65 is connected with the rubber ring 67, and the elastic rope 66 is connected between the front side surface of the rack 42 and the front side surface of the guide sleeve 64.

When the rack 42 is reset to the right, the rubber ring 67 can be reset to the right under the action of the spring 63.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 2, the anti-falling device 7 is further included, the anti-falling device 7 includes a strap 71, a hanging ring 72 and a hook 73, the strap 71 is connected to the rear side of the arc-shaped plate 43, the hanging ring 72 is connected to the front end of the strap 71, and the hook 73 is connected to the front side of the arc-shaped plate 43.
After the arms of the child are folded, the hanging ring 72 can be hung on the hook 73, so that the arms of the child can be further fixed through the binding band 71, and the arms of the child are prevented from moving back and forth. After the body temperature measurement is completed, the hanging ring 72 is taken off from the hook 73.
The device is characterized by further comprising a locking mechanism 8, wherein the locking mechanism 8 comprises a nut 81 and a screw rod 82, the nut 81 is connected to the top of the placing pipe 47 in an embedded mode, and the screw rod 82 is connected to the inside of the nut 81 in a threaded connection mode.
The screw 82 can be screwed to move the screw 82 downward, so that the thermometer can be further fixed by the screw 82 to prevent the thermometer from moving. When the thermometer is to be taken out, the screw rod 82 is moved upwards to reset and release the thermometer.
