As shown in fig. 3, further, a reminder module (not shown in the figure) is further included, and the reminder module may be integrated on the control module or mounted on the cabinet 9. The control module can control the reminding module to send out corresponding reminding signals according to the water flow information of the circulating water channel. Specifically, the water flow information includes at least one of a real-time temperature of the cooling water in the circulation water path, a water shortage in the circulation water path (i.e., a water level condition), and a water quality condition of the cooling water (i.e., a scale condition of the circulation water path). When the real-time water temperature monitored by the temperature detection module 5 is smaller than or equal to the temperature threshold value, the cooling water in the circulating water channel can be better used for cooling and radiating the air conditioning module, and the air conditioning module is controlled to be started to provide cold air or hot air for a kitchen, so that the environment of the kitchen is improved. When the real-time water temperature monitored by the temperature detection module 5 is higher than the water temperature set value, the control module controls the reminding module to send a temperature abnormal signal to remind a user of replacing cooling water or adding a refrigerating object to the water tank 1, namely adding ice blocks or food materials to be thawed, so as to ensure the water-cooling and heat dissipation effect of the air conditioning module.
Further, still include the lack of water detection module 6 of being connected with the control module electricity, lack of water detection module 6 sets up on cold water pipe 3 or basin 1 for whether monitoring circulation water route lacks water. In addition, the control module is electrically connected with the water pump 4 and is used for controlling the state of the water pump according to whether the circulating water path is lack of water. When the circulating water channel is lack of water, the control module controls the reminding module to send a water shortage signal to remind a user to replenish cooling water to the water tank 1 in time so as to ensure the water-cooling and heat dissipation effect, thereby avoiding the overhigh temperature of the space where the air-conditioning module is located and being beneficial to prolonging the service life of each part of the air-conditioning module; when the water shortage signal is sent out, if the water pump 4 is started, the water pump 4 is turned off first, then cooling water is supplemented, and if the water pump is in a turned-off state, the water pump 4 is controlled to be turned off and cooling water is supplemented to the water tank 1. When the circulating water path is not lack of water, the water pump 4 is controlled to start or maintain a starting state.
Preferably, the water shortage detection module 6 of this embodiment is a capacitive water shortage detection device, which is installed on the cold water pipe 3 and is used for monitoring the capacitance value of the cooling water in the circulating water path in real time, and the control module determines whether the circulating water path is in water shortage or not according to the monitored capacitance value. In addition, as the scale accumulated in the cold water pipe 3 increases, the quality of the cooling water flowing through the cold water pipe 3 changes, so that the capacitance value monitored by the capacitance type water shortage detection device changes, and therefore, the water shortage detection module 6 of the present embodiment further has a function of monitoring the quality of the cooling water in the circulating water path. When the capacitance value monitored by the water shortage detection module 6 is larger, the larger the scale deposit in the cold water pipe 3 is, the worse the water quality of the cooling water in the circulating water circuit is, and at the moment, the control module can control the reminding module to send out a descaling signal to remind a user to clean the cold water pipe 3 and/or the water tank 1. Therefore, the water shortage detection module 6 has the dual functions of monitoring the water shortage condition and the water quality condition, a detection part can be omitted, and the manufacturing cost is favorably reduced.
In other embodiments, a scale detection module can be additionally arranged, and the scale detection module is arranged on the cold water pipe 3 and is electrically connected with the control module, so that the scale condition of the cold water pipe 3 can be monitored, the workload of the water shortage detection module 6 can be reduced, and the service life of the water shortage detection module 6 can be prolonged.
As shown in fig. 2, further, the solar water heater further comprises a water receiving box 7 and a drain pipe 82, wherein the water receiving box 7 is arranged below the evaporator 24 and used for collecting condensed water generated by the evaporator 24, one end of the drain pipe 82 is communicated with the water receiving box 7, and the other end is communicated with the water tank 1 or a sewer. In this embodiment, an end of the drain pipe 82 remote from the drip box 7 communicates with the drain through the main drain pipe 83, so that the condensed water generated by the evaporator 24 flows into the main drain pipe 83 along with the drain pipe 82 and is discharged to the drain.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a control method of a sink kitchen air conditioner, which applies the sink kitchen air conditioner of embodiment 1, and the control method includes the following steps:
s1: entering a sink kitchen air conditioner control mode;
s2: setting a refrigeration gear or refrigeration temperature of the air conditioning module according to a user instruction;
s3: starting the water pump 4;
specifically, because of the both ends of cold water pipe 3 respectively with basin 1 intercommunication and constitute the circulation water route jointly, set up in cold water pipe 3's water pump 4 through the start for the cooling water circulation in the circulation water route flows, thereby guarantees that the temperature of cold water pipe 3 is the same with basin 1's temperature, has promoted the detection accuracy of cooling water real-time temperature in the circulation water route.
S4: acquiring real-time water temperature of a circulating water path;
specifically, the real-time water temperature of the circulating water path is monitored by the temperature detection module 5, and the monitored real-time water temperature is sent to the control module, so that the control module sends out a corresponding control instruction according to the monitored real-time water temperature.
S5: judging whether the acquired real-time water temperature is less than or equal to a temperature threshold value, if so, entering the next step, otherwise, adding a refrigerant into the water tank 1 and returning to the previous step;
s6: starting the air conditioning module;
s7: judging whether the acquired real-time water temperature is greater than a set water temperature value or not;
s8: if the acquired real-time water temperature is greater than the set water temperature value, the refrigeration power is reduced, and if the acquired real-time water temperature is less than or equal to the set water temperature value, the air conditioner continues to operate according to the set refrigeration gear or refrigeration temperature of the air conditioner module.
It can be seen that the control method of basin kitchen air conditioner of this embodiment, it makes the cooling water circulation in the circulation water route flow through starting water pump 4, and compare through the real-time temperature that monitors with temperature detection module 5 and temperature threshold value, and control air conditioning module to start or add the refrigeration thing to basin 1 based on the comparison result, realized carrying out accurate control to the real-time temperature in circulation water route, the cooling water of control circulation water route is lower, in order to guarantee can be better to air conditioning module cooling heat dissipation, thereby improve the cooling radiating effect of water-cooling mode.
And, through the real-time temperature change judgement of monitoring according to temperature detection module 5, the automatic switch refrigeration gear reminds the user to reduce the temperature, has prolonged the refrigeration time simultaneously, need not stop refrigeration work and reduces circulation water route temperature, guarantees refrigerated continuity, improves user and uses the experience.
Further, if the acquired real-time water temperature is greater than the set water temperature value, the step of reducing the refrigeration power further comprises the following steps:
sending out a reminding signal, wherein the reminding signal can be a graphic signal, a text signal or a picture and text signal displayed by a control panel or a sound signal sent out by a loudspeaker;
it is determined whether or not the refrigerant is added to water tub 1, and if so, the flow returns to step S7, and if not, it is determined whether or not the cooling is finished.
Specifically, when the control module judges that the real-time water temperature of the circulating water path is greater than the water temperature set value, the real-time water temperature of the circulating water path is higher, the cooling and heat dissipation effects on the air conditioning module are poor, the system automatically reduces the refrigeration power of the air conditioning module to reduce the water temperature of the water cooling system, the continuity of refrigeration and the use experience of a user are guaranteed, and a prompt signal is sent to remind the user to manually replace the cooling water or add a refrigerant into the water tank 1 or send a control instruction for automatically replacing the cooling water for the water tank 1. When the control module judges that the real-time water temperature of the circulating water path is less than or equal to the set water temperature value, the real-time water temperature of the circulating water path is lower, and the cooling and radiating effects on the air conditioning module cannot be influenced.
Specifically, whether to add the refrigerant to the water tank 1 is determined by whether to perform display through the control panel and to provide a user with a choice of yes or no.
More specifically, whether the refrigeration is finished or not is judged to be displayed through the control panel and provided for a user to select yes or no.
Specifically, if the cooling water replacement mode is adopted, the faucet on the water tank 1 can be controlled to be opened to supplement new cooling water to the water tank 1, meanwhile, the drain port of the water tank 1 is controlled to be opened to drain the heated cooling water in time, and the cooling water is replaced by adding water and draining water simultaneously, so that the real-time temperature of the circulating water path is reduced. If adopt and add the refrigeration thing mode, compare with the change cooling water mode, its effect that reduces the real-time temperature of circulating water route is quick more, showing, can also practice thrift the water source simultaneously, avoids wasting water.
Further, the step of judging whether to finish the refrigeration further comprises the following steps:
if not, returning to the step S7, so that the continuity of refrigeration and the use experience of the user can be ensured;
if yes, the air conditioning module is closed, and the water pump is closed in a delayed mode.
Further, if the acquired real-time water temperature is less than the set water temperature value, the method further comprises the following steps after the step of continuously operating according to the set refrigeration gear or refrigeration temperature of the air conditioner:
judging whether to finish refrigeration;
if not, returning to the step S7, if yes, closing the air conditioning module, and closing the water pump in a delayed manner, so that the continuity of refrigeration and the use experience of a user can be ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, in step S3, the starting the water pump 4 includes:
s321: starting the water pump 4;
s322: judging whether the circulating water path is lack of water, if so, entering the next step, and if not, entering step S4;
specifically, the water shortage detection module 5 is used to monitor whether the water in the circulation water path is short of water, if the water is short of water, it indicates that the water tank 1 needs to be supplemented with cooling water, and if the water is not short of water, the operation goes to step S4 to monitor the water temperature in the circulation water path. Preferably, the water shortage detection module 5 of the embodiment is installed on the water tank 1, so that the water storage capacity of the water channel system is effectively ensured to be enough under the condition of no water shortage, and the frequent water adding times are favorably reduced.
S323: the water pump 4 is turned off and cooling water is added to the water tank 1, and then the process returns to step S321.
