Abstract
The invention relates to a shallow sea oil and gas production control device and an installation method thereof, wherein the shallow sea oil and gas production control device comprises: the oil and gas production control module comprises a sealing fixing plate and a seabed fixing plane; the oil gas production control module is hermetically fixed on the sealing fixing plate and used for monitoring the working condition of the whole control device; the two opposite side surfaces of the sealing fixing plate are respectively provided with at least one positioning joint, and the positioning joints are matched with fixing pins arranged on the seabed fixing plane for use and are used for fixing the sealing fixing plate on the seabed fixing plane; the positioning joint comprises a fixing part and a guide part, the fixing part is vertical to the sealing fixing plate and is of a tubular structure with one closed end and one open end, and the open end faces downwards; the guide part is arranged at the opening end of the fixing part and used for guiding the fixing pin to be inserted into the fixing part, and the top of the guide part is positioned below the bottom surface of the sealing fixing plate. The method only needs simple sealing and positioning design, and does not need a professional platform and a professional underwater robot, so that the cost is saved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a shallow sea oil and gas production control device and an installation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of shallow sea oil and gas production.
Background
The underwater control module (SCM) is used for producing data and underground data of underwater facilities and controlling the opening and closing of an underwater valve. The system mainly completes data production of an internal pressure sensor, a throttle valve position indicator, a downstream pressure/temperature sensor, an annulus pressure sensor, a downhole pressure/temperature sensor, an upstream pressure/temperature sensor, a multiphase flowmeter, a chemical injection metering valve, a corrosion detector, a sand sensor and the like, and sends information to a water surface master control station. Generally, in the underwater installation process of the underwater control module, the underwater control module is lowered through a complicated and expensive lowering platform, then the butt joint of the hydraulic joint is realized under the assistance of an underwater robot, and the locking and fixing are completed by adopting a special locking tool. The oil gas production control system in the method has the advantages of complex structure, high cost, strong specialization and long time consumption in the installation process.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a shallow sea oil and gas production control device and an installation method thereof, which only require simple sealing and positioning design, and do not require a professional lowering platform and a professional underwater robot, thereby saving costs.
The shallow sea oil and gas production control device adopts the following technical scheme, and comprises: the oil and gas production control module, the sealing fixing plate and the seabed fixing plane; the oil gas production control module is hermetically fixed on the sealing fixing plate and used for monitoring the working condition of the whole control device; the two opposite side surfaces of the sealing fixing plate are respectively provided with at least one positioning joint, and the positioning joints are matched with fixing pins arranged on the seabed fixing plane for use and are used for fixing the sealing fixing plate on the seabed fixing plane; the positioning joint comprises a fixing part and a guide part, the fixing part is vertical to the sealing fixing plate and is of a tubular structure with one closed end and one open end, and the open end faces downwards; the guide part is arranged at the opening end of the fixing part and used for guiding the fixing pin to be inserted into the fixing part, and the top of the guide part is positioned below the bottom surface of the sealing fixing plate.
Furthermore, four sides of the sealing fixing plate are provided with at least one positioning joint.
Furthermore, the bottom of the sealing fixing plate is provided with a plurality of auxiliary positioning pins which are uniformly distributed, and after the positioning joint is fixed with the fixing pins, the auxiliary positioning pins are inserted into the corresponding positioning pin holes on the seabed fixing plane and used for limiting the degree of freedom of the oil and gas production control module in the horizontal direction.

Furthermore, a protective cover for protecting the dry-type electric connector is arranged at the top of the case.
Furthermore, the control device also comprises a plurality of wet type electric connectors, each wet type electric connector is respectively connected with a hydraulic connector, the wet type electric connectors and the hydraulic connectors are both fixed on a hydraulic connector mounting plate, and the hydraulic connector mounting plate is perpendicular to the sealing fixing plate; the wet electrical and hydraulic connections are used to make electrical and hydraulic connections between the control device and other subsea oil and gas production facilities.
The invention also discloses an installation method of the shallow sea oil and gas production control device, and the shallow sea oil and gas production control device adopting any one of the above methods comprises the following steps: s1, arranging a fixing pin and a positioning pin hole on the seabed fixing plane, and determining the position of the seabed fixing plane; s2, fixing the oil and gas production control module on the sealing fixing plate, and lowering the sealing fixing plate to the position of the seabed fixing plane; s3, finely adjusting the position of the sealing fixing plate to enable the positioning interface of the sealing fixing plate to correspond to the position of the fixing pin, inserting the fixing pin into the positioning interface, and locking the fixing pin through the locking piece; s4, inserting a plurality of auxiliary positioning pins of the sealing fixing plate into the positioning pin holes of the seabed fixing plane, so that the sealing fixing plate is fixed on the seabed fixing plane.

The shallow sea underwater control system fixed by the locking device is firm in fixation and not easy to fall off, and can better meet the requirements of underwater data acquisition.
2. The shallow sea oil and gas production control device can be positioned and installed without using an underwater robot and a special lowering tool. The operation is assisted by a diver. The invention reduces the requirement of mechanical precision of in-place butt joint of the shallow sea oil and gas production control device, can adopt a locking method of simple guiding and butt joint, and greatly reduces the cost. The locking position does not need to consider the balance of separating force at the center and the periphery of a stress point, so that the processing, manufacturing and design space of the sealing fixing plate is released, a hydraulic valve block and a hydraulic system can be designed in a combined mode in the same module, and higher density and smaller size are realized.

In describing the present invention, it is to be understood that the terminology used is for the purpose of description only and is not intended to be indicative or implied of relative importance.
Example one
The embodiment discloses a shallow sea oil and gas production control device, as shown in fig. 1, 2, includes: the device comprises an oil gas production control module, a sealing fixing plate 1 and a seabed fixing plane 2;
the oil gas production control module is hermetically fixed on the sealing fixing plate 1 and used for monitoring the working condition of the whole control device;
the sealing fixing plate 1 is used for fixing and sealing and connecting the oil gas production control module; the oil gas production control module is in a sealed state; a sealing ring groove with the size consistent with that of an oil gas production control module is arranged on the sealing fixing plate 1, and a sealing ring is arranged in the sealing ring groove;
the two opposite side surfaces of the sealing fixing plate 1 are respectively provided with at least one positioning joint, and the positioning joints are matched with fixing pins 3 arranged on the seabed fixing plane 2 for use and are used for fixing the sealing fixing plate 1 on the seabed fixing plane 2;
the positioning joint comprises a fixing part 4 and a guide part 5, wherein the fixing part 4 is vertical to the sealing fixing plate 1 and is of a tubular structure with one closed end and one open end, and the open end faces downwards; the guide portion 5 is provided at an opening end of the fixing portion 4 for guiding the fixing pin 3 to be inserted into the fixing portion 4, and a top portion of the guide portion 5 is located below a bottom surface of the seal fixing plate 1.
In this embodiment, a positioning joint may be disposed on each of four side surfaces of the seal fixing plate 1, so as to fix the seal fixing plate 1 more firmly. Meanwhile, a plurality of positioning joints may be provided at each side of the seal fixing plate 1. In addition, in this embodiment, the bottom of the sealing fixing plate 1 is provided with a plurality of auxiliary positioning pins 6 which are uniformly distributed, and after the positioning joints are fixed with the fixing pins 3, the auxiliary positioning pins 6 are inserted into the corresponding positioning pin holes on the seabed fixing plane 2 to limit the degree of freedom of the oil and gas production control module in the horizontal direction.
Be equipped with a retaining member 7 on the lateral wall of fixed part 4 for locking inserts the fixed pin 3 in the fixed part 4 of location joint, retaining member 7 makes the fixed pin 3 that gets into the location interface can not reciprocate in vertical direction, thereby can not break away from the fixed plate. The guide portion 5 is preferably a bell mouth in this embodiment. The flare enables the sealing fixing plate 1 to be more accurately positioned on the fixing pin 3 on the seabed fixing plane 2, and guides the fixing pin 3 to smoothly enter the fixing part 4 of the positioning interface.
The oil gas production control module comprises a case 9 and a dry type electric connector 10 arranged at the top of the case 9; a pressure sensor, a throttle valve position indicator, a downstream pressure/temperature sensor, an annulus pressure sensor, a downhole pressure/temperature sensor, at least one of an upstream pressure/temperature sensor, a multiphase flowmeter, a chemical injection metering valve, a corrosion detector and a sand sensor are arranged in the case 9; all the devices in the case 9 are connected with the dry type electric connector 10 and used for transmitting data generated by each device to the dry type electric connector 10, and the dry type electric connector 10 is used for transmitting the oil and gas production control module to an upper computer. The dry electrical connector 10 in this embodiment is at least one, and preferably a plurality, which in this context is to be understood as two or more. The shape of the cabinet 9 is not limited in the present invention, and it is sufficient that the cabinet 9 has a cavity with a certain internal space, but in the present embodiment, the cabinet 9 is preferably square, and the cabinet 9 is preferably made of a material capable of withstanding a water depth pressure of 100 meters. The top of the housing 9 is provided with a protective cover 11 for protecting the dry electrical connectors 10. The protective cover 11, in addition to protecting the dry electrical connectors 10, also protects the hydraulic lines and electrical connections 12 underneath it from water ingress. Wherein pressure/temperature sensors herein include pressure sensors or temperature sensors as well as pressure sensors and temperature sensors.
The control unit further comprises a plurality of wet electrical connectors 13, the dry electrical connectors 10 are fittingly connected to one end of each wet electrical connector 13 in a dry environment, each wet electrical connector 13 is connected to a respective hydraulic connector 14, the wet electrical connectors 13 and the hydraulic connectors 14 are each secured to a hydraulic connector mounting plate 15, and the wet electrical connectors 13 and the hydraulic connectors 14 are used to electrically and hydraulically connect the control unit to other subsea oil and gas production equipment. The hydraulic joint mounting plate 15 is arranged on one side of the case 9 sealed by the oil gas production control module and is perpendicular to the sealing fixing plate 1, the hydraulic joint mounting plate 15 and the sealing fixing plate 1 are preferably integrally formed plates in the embodiment, and the integrally formed plates are L-shaped.
Example two
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment discloses an installation method of a shallow sea oil and gas production control device, which adopts any one of the embodiments and comprises the following steps:
s1, arranging a fixing pin 3 and a positioning pin hole on the seabed fixing plane 2, and determining the position of the seabed fixing plane 2;
s2, fixing the oil and gas production control module on the sealing fixing plate 1, and lowering the sealing fixing plate 1 to the position of the seabed fixing plane 2; wherein, the sealing fixing plate 1 is lowered by a lowering tool;
s3, finely adjusting the position of the sealing and fixing plate 1 to enable the positioning interface of the sealing and fixing plate 1 to correspond to the position of the fixing pin 3, inserting the fixing pin 3 into the positioning interface, and locking the fixing pin 3 through the locking piece 7;
s4, inserting the auxiliary positioning pins of the sealing fixing plate 1 into the positioning pin holes of the seabed fixing plane 2, so that the sealing fixing plate 1 is fixed on the seabed fixing plane 2.
The wet electrical and hydraulic connectors 13, 14 of the shallow sea oil and gas production control device are connected with electrical and hydraulic connectors located on other subsea oil and gas production facilities with the aid of divers.
The shallow sea oil and gas production control device is fixed on a fixed plane at the bottom of the shallow sea through a simple sealing and positioning fixing design and a simple lowering tool, so that the oil and gas production control device and the fixed plane are fixed in the horizontal and vertical directions, the oil and gas production control device is electrically and hydraulically connected with other oil and gas production equipment under the assistance of a diver, a professional lower platform and a professional underwater robot are not needed, and the cost is saved.

the two opposite side surfaces of the sealing fixing plate are respectively provided with at least one positioning joint, and the positioning joints are matched with fixing pins arranged on the seabed fixing plane for use and are used for fixing the sealing fixing plate on the seabed fixing plane;
the positioning joint comprises a fixing part and a guide part, wherein the fixing part is vertical to the sealing fixing plate and is of a tubular structure with one closed end and one open end, and the open end faces downwards; the guide portion is arranged at the opening end of the fixing portion and used for guiding the fixing pin to be inserted into the fixing portion, and the top of the guide portion is located below the bottom face of the sealing fixing plate.
2. The shallow sea oil and gas production control device of claim 1, wherein at least one locating joint is provided on each of four sides of the seal retaining plate.
3. The shallow sea oil and gas production control device according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of auxiliary positioning pins are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the sealing fixing plate, and after the positioning joints are fixed to the fixing pins, the auxiliary positioning pins are inserted into corresponding positioning pin holes on the seabed fixing plane to limit the degree of freedom of the oil and gas production control module in the horizontal direction.
4. The shallow sea oil and gas production control device of claim 1, wherein a locking member is provided on a side wall of the fixing portion for locking the fixing pin inserted into the fixing portion of the positioning joint, and the locking member is an elastic member.

The shallow sea oil and gas production control device according to claim 2, wherein a notch is formed in a side wall of the fixing portion, the elastic member is disposed at the position of the notch, and when the fixing pin is inserted into the fixing portion, the elastic member is ejected and passes through the notch to be engaged with the fixing pin, thereby functioning to lock the fixing pin.
6. The shallow sea oil and gas production control device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the guide is a bell mouth.
7. The shallow sea oil and gas production control device of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the oil and gas production control module comprises a cabinet and dry electrical connectors disposed on top of the cabinet; the machine case is internally provided with at least one of a pressure sensor, a throttle valve position indicator, a downstream pressure/temperature sensor, an annulus pressure sensor, a downhole pressure/temperature sensor, an upstream pressure/temperature sensor, a multiphase flowmeter, a chemical injection metering valve, a corrosion detector and a sand sensor; all equipment in the chassis are connected with the dry type electric connector and used for transmitting data generated by all the equipment to the dry type electric connector, and the dry type electric connector is used for transmitting the oil and gas production control module to an upper computer.
8. The shallow sea oil and gas production control device of claim 7 wherein said top of said enclosure has a protective cover for protecting said dry electrical connectors.
9. The shallow sea oil and gas production control device of claim 7 or 8, further comprising a plurality of wet electrical connectors, each of the wet electrical connectors being connected to a hydraulic connector, the wet electrical connectors and the hydraulic connectors being fixed to a hydraulic connector mounting plate, the hydraulic connector mounting plate being disposed perpendicular to the seal fixing plate; the wet electrical and hydraulic connectors are used to make electrical and hydraulic connections of the control device to other subsea oil and gas production facilities.
10. A method of installing a shallow sea oil and gas production control device, characterised in that the shallow sea oil and gas production control device of any one of claims 1 to 9 is used, comprising the steps of:
s1, arranging a fixing pin and a positioning pin hole on the seabed fixing plane, and determining the position of the seabed fixing plane;
s2, fixing the oil and gas production control module on a sealing fixing plate, and lowering the sealing fixing plate to the position of the seabed fixing plane;
s3, finely adjusting the position of the sealing fixing plate to enable the positioning interface of the sealing fixing plate to correspond to the position of the fixing pin, inserting the fixing pin into the positioning interface, and locking the fixing pin through a locking piece;
s4, inserting a plurality of auxiliary positioning pins of the sealing fixing plate into the positioning pin holes of the seabed fixing plane, so that the sealing fixing plate is fixed on the seabed fixing plane.
