Abstract
The invention discloses an exhaust pipe sealing structure for effectively sealing high-temperature gas, which comprises a plurality of exhaust branch pipes which are spliced in pairs, wherein one end of each exhaust branch pipe is provided with a connecting hole, the other end of each exhaust branch pipe is provided with a connecting section matched with the connecting hole, the connecting section is provided with at least two sealing grooves, and each sealing groove is provided with a sealing ring. The exhaust pipe sealing structure for effectively sealing high-temperature gas has reasonable structural design, belongs to the technical field of engine exhaust, and is characterized in that the joint of a sectional exhaust pipe is sealed by at least two sealing rings, and a roundabout labyrinth flow passage blocks the high-temperature gas; and high temperature exhaust can make the sealing ring take place the inflation, and the sealing ring receives thrust under the exhaust backpressure and overcomes the frictional force with the exhaust branch pipe pore wall, compresses tightly to the seal groove terminal surface and realizes terminal surface and radial seal, reaches high temperature gas's sealed effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an engine exhaust technology, in particular to an exhaust pipe sealing structure for effectively sealing high-temperature gas.
Background
In engines with six or more cylinders and turbocharging, a segmented exhaust pipe is commonly used. Because of the sectional structure, the increase of the sealing structure is required to be considered between the exhaust branch pipes, generally, the sealing rope structure is adopted at the joint of the two branch pipes for sealing, for example: the butt joints of the first branch pipe and the second branch pipe and the butt joints of the second branch pipe and the third branch pipe are in butt joint through hole shafts, sealing ropes are placed in grooves on the shafts to be sealed, and under the heating of exhaust temperature, materials in the sealing ropes expand by heating to realize the sealing of exhaust.
However, due to the upgrading of the emission standard and the adjustment of the combustion strategy, the original exhaust temperature of the gas engine is increased from about 670 ℃ to about 760 ℃. The high temperature discharge factor is the same, the outer protective layer of the sealing rope is limited by the selected material, the high temperature resistance is insufficient, the original sealing rope fails under high-temperature gas, the sealing failure between the branch pipes and the gas leakage are easy to occur, and the performance and the environment pollution are influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solve some of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sealing structure for an exhaust pipe, which has good sealing performance and is capable of effectively sealing high-temperature gas.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an exhaust pipe sealing structure for effectively sealing high-temperature gas, which comprises a plurality of exhaust branch pipes which are spliced in pairs, wherein one end of each exhaust branch pipe is provided with a connecting hole, the other end of each exhaust branch pipe is provided with a connecting section matched with the connecting hole, the connecting section is provided with at least two sealing grooves, and each sealing groove is provided with a sealing ring.
Further, the seal groove extends circumferentially on the outer wall of the connecting section.
Further, the sealing ring is of an alloy structure.
Further, the outer diameter of the sealing ring is larger than the inner diameter of the connecting hole.
As a further improvement, the inner diameter of the sealing ring is larger than the diameter of the groove bottom of the sealing groove.
Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the exhaust pipe sealing structure for effectively sealing high-temperature gas has the following beneficial effects:
1) according to the exhaust pipe sealing structure for effectively sealing high-temperature gas, the joint of the sectional exhaust pipe is sealed by adopting at least two sealing rings, and the high-temperature gas is blocked by the roundabout labyrinth flow channel; moreover, the sealing ring expands due to high-temperature exhaust, and the sealing ring is pressed against the end face of the sealing groove to realize end face and radial sealing under exhaust back pressure by the thrust to overcome the friction force with the wall of the exhaust branch pipe, so that the sealing effect of high-temperature gas is achieved;
