Abstract
The invention discloses a fingerprint lock, comprising: the lock body module, the protection module and the data processing module; the lock body module comprises a fingerprint reader, a lock body and a lock body motor driving unit; the protection module comprises a cleaning unit, an infrared sensor and a cleaning driving unit; the output end of the fingerprint reader is connected with the data processing module; the lock body is connected with a lock body motor driving unit; the cleaning unit is arranged on the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder and is connected with the cleaning driving unit; the infrared sensor is arranged on the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder, and the data output end of the infrared sensor is connected with the data processing module; and the control end of the data processing module is respectively connected with the lock body motor driving unit and the cleaning driving unit. According to the fingerprint lock provided by the embodiment of the invention, through designing the fingerprint lock structure comprising the cleaning module, a better cleaning effect can be realized, so that the safety protection capability of the fingerprint lock is improved, and the intelligent process of a lock is promoted.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of locks, in particular to a fingerprint lock.
Background
The fingerprint lock is an intelligent lock, and is a perfect crystal of computer information technology, electronic technology, mechanical technology and modern hardware technology. With the improvement of living standard and the attention of people to safety precaution, the fingerprint lock becomes the best choice for upgrading and upgrading the door lock of consumers by virtue of the advantages of convenience, rapidness, accuracy and the like.
The existing fingerprint lock is low in safety and protection capability, and in practical application, when a finger presses the surface of a fingerprint input device, corresponding fingerprint print and stain are left, so that on one hand, the residual fingerprint print is easily stolen and utilized by lawbreakers, and certain potential safety hazard is brought; on the other hand, the residual print and stain can affect the normal recognition of fingerprint verification, thereby causing damage to the fingerprint writer.

the cleaning unit is arranged on the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder and is connected with the cleaning driving unit;
the infrared sensor is arranged on the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder, and the data output end of the infrared sensor is connected with the data processing module;
and the control end of the data processing module is respectively connected with the lock body motor driving unit and the cleaning driving unit.
As one of the preferable schemes, the fingerprint lock further comprises a timing module;
the timing module is connected with the data processing module so that the data processing module correspondingly controls the cleaning driving unit according to the timing result of the timing module.
As one of the preferable schemes, the fingerprint lock further comprises an alarm module;
and the alarm module is connected with the data processing module and is used for receiving a corresponding alarm signal generated by the data processing module according to the timing result of the timing module.
As one preferable scheme, the alarm module is a loudspeaker and/or an LED flashing light.
As one of the preferable schemes, the fingerprint lock further comprises a power module, and the power module is electrically connected with the fingerprint recorder, the lock body motor driving unit, the cleaning driving unit and the data processing module respectively.
Preferably, the cleaning unit is a cleaning brush.
Compared with the prior art, the fingerprint lock structure has the advantages that the fingerprint lock structure consisting of the lock body module, the protection module and the data processing module is constructed, the cleaning unit and the infrared sensing unit are arranged on the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder, the cleaning unit can timely clean marks and stains on the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder, the fingerprint recorder is prevented from being used by lawbreakers, and the fingerprint recorder is prevented from being damaged; the infrared sensing unit can realize the effective control to the clean function of fingerprint lock, and then has improved the safety protection ability of fingerprint lock, has impeld the intelligent process of tool to lock.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a fingerprint lock, and specifically, please refer to fig. 1, where fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a partial structure of a fingerprint lock in one embodiment, including: a lock body module 1, a protection module 2 and a data processing module 3 (for convenience of display, only the reference numbers and partial connection relations of some components are shown in the figure);
the lock body module 1 comprises a fingerprint reader 11, a lock body 12 and a lock body motor driving unit 13; the protection module 2 comprises a cleaning unit 21, an infrared sensor 22 and a cleaning driving unit 23;
the output end of the fingerprint input device 11 is connected with the data processing module 3; the lock body 12 is connected with the lock body motor driving unit 13;
the cleaning unit 21 is arranged on the contact surface of the fingerprint reader 11, and the cleaning unit 21 is connected with the cleaning driving unit 23;
the infrared sensor 22 is arranged on the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder 11, and the data output end of the infrared sensor 22 is connected with the data processing module 3;
the control end of the data processing module 3 is connected 23 with the lock body motor driving unit 13 and the cleaning driving unit, respectively.
It should be noted that, in the lock body module, the fingerprint reader is configured to receive external related signals, including a fingerprint input signal or a wake-up signal (preferably, a touch surface of the fingerprint reader is touched to generate a corresponding wake-up signal), and send the received signal to the data processing module for processing; the lock body motor driving unit is used for receiving related driving signals sent by the data processing module and driving the motor of the lock body to rotate, so that the fingerprint lock performs related operations of locking and unlocking; the cleaning driving unit is used for receiving the related driving signals sent by the data processing module and driving the cleaning unit to act, so that the cleaning work of the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder is realized, the fingerprint information and the stains on the surface are removed, the potential safety hazard is avoided, and meanwhile, the identification accuracy of the fingerprint lock can be improved; the infrared sensor is in communication connection with the data processing device and used for monitoring the cleaning effect, when the infrared sensor detects that the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder does not need to be cleaned, the infrared sensor can be in communication interaction with the data processing device, so that the data processing device stops generating a cleaning driving signal, the cleaning action of the cleaning unit is interrupted, and the purpose of saving energy consumption is achieved.
Preferably, in one of the embodiments, the fingerprint lock further comprises a timing module 4. The timing module 4 is connected with the data processing module 3, so that the data processing module 3 correspondingly controls the cleaning driving unit 23 according to the timing result of the timing module 4. The timing module can select a related timer to cooperate with the data processing module, and certainly, a data processing chip with a timing function can also be selected in the data processing module, so that the integration of the functions of data processing and timing is realized. Preferably, the timing module clears an internal timer before performing the cleaning operation to facilitate the next timing operation.
In the present embodiment, the timing module 4 can implement effective monitoring on the fingerprint lock, for convenience of understanding and explanation, please refer to fig. 2, where fig. 2 is a schematic logic flow diagram of the fingerprint lock in one embodiment, and of course, the fingerprint lock may also be implemented by using other control logic. Preferably, when the timing module detects that the fingerprint lock is in an inactive state for a long time (the time setting can be determined according to actual requirements, and is preferably 12h), the data processing module calls the infrared sensor to work at the time, detects whether the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder of the fingerprint lock needs to be cleaned (i.e. whether stains exist), and when the data processing module judges that the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder needs to be cleaned according to the received infrared signal, generates a corresponding driving signal and sends the driving signal to the cleaning driving unit, so that the cleaning driving unit controls the cleaning unit to work, and the automatic cleaning function of the fingerprint lock is realized.
In addition, in the above embodiment, after the contact surface of the fingerprint reader 11 receives the related fingerprint signal, regardless of whether the unlocking action is performed subsequently, the infrared sensor 22 detects the contact surface of the fingerprint reader 11 of the fingerprint lock, and when it is detected that there is dirt and the cleaning action is required, the cleaning unit 21 performs the cleaning action on the fingerprint reader 11 to ensure the cleanliness of the contact surface of the fingerprint reader 11; when no stains are detected, no corresponding cleaning action is performed. When cleaning is performed on the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder, considering that the cleaning time is not suitable to be too long, the timer can record the cleaning time length and send the recording result to the data processing module, and when the data processing module detects that the cleaning time length exceeds a preset value (the preset value is set according to actual product requirements and is preferably 10s in the embodiment), the data processing module stops generating a corresponding driving signal, and then interrupts the cleaning driving unit, so that the cleaning unit stops cleaning.
Preferably, in one of the embodiments, the fingerprint lock further comprises an alarm module 5; and the alarm module is connected with the data processing module 3 and is used for receiving a corresponding alarm signal generated by the data processing module 3 according to the timing result of the timing module 4. When the cleaning time is too long, the data processing module generates a corresponding alarm signal to remind a user that the related cleaning component in the fingerprint lock is possibly damaged, so that the user can conveniently report and maintain in time.
In the above embodiment, preferably, the alarm module 5 is a speaker and/or an LED flashing light. The loudspeaker and/or the LED flashing light are preferably arranged on the surface of the shell of the fingerprint lock, so that a user can receive alarm information more intuitively, and the alarm module can also select a related human-computer interaction interface for display and is determined by actual product cost requirements.
Preferably, in one embodiment, the fingerprint lock further includes a power module 6, and the power module 6 is electrically connected to the fingerprint writer 11, the lock motor driving unit 13, the cleaning driving unit 23, and the data processing module 3, respectively.
Preferably, in one of the embodiments, the cleaning unit 21 is a cleaning brush. Of course, other cleaning assemblies may be used in the cleaning unit, depending on the actual product cost requirements.
According to the fingerprint lock provided by the embodiment of the invention, the fingerprint lock structure consisting of the lock body module, the protection module and the data processing module is constructed, the cleaning unit and the infrared sensing unit are arranged on the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder, and the cleaning unit can timely clean marks and stains on the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder, so that the fingerprints and the stains on the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder are prevented from being utilized by lawbreakers, and the fingerprint recorder is prevented from being damaged; the infrared sensing unit can realize the effective control to the clean function of fingerprint lock, and then has improved the safety protection ability of fingerprint lock, has impeld the intelligent process of tool to lock.

Claims (6)
1. A fingerprint lock, comprising: the lock body module, the protection module and the data processing module;
the lock body module comprises a fingerprint reader, a lock body and a lock body motor driving unit; the protection module comprises a cleaning unit, an infrared sensor and a cleaning driving unit;
the output end of the fingerprint reader is connected with the data processing module; the lock body is connected with the lock body motor driving unit;
the cleaning unit is arranged on the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder and is connected with the cleaning driving unit;
the infrared sensor is arranged on the contact surface of the fingerprint recorder, and the data output end of the infrared sensor is connected with the data processing module;
and the control end of the data processing module is respectively connected with the lock body motor driving unit and the cleaning driving unit.
2. The fingerprint lock of claim 1, wherein the fingerprint lock further comprises a timing module;
the timing module is connected with the data processing module so that the data processing module correspondingly controls the cleaning driving unit according to the timing result of the timing module.
3. The fingerprint lock of claim 2, wherein the fingerprint lock further comprises an alarm module;
and the alarm module is connected with the data processing module and is used for receiving a corresponding alarm signal generated by the data processing module according to the timing result of the timing module.
4. The fingerprint lock of claim 3, wherein the alarm module is a speaker and/or an LED flashing light.
5. The fingerprint lock of claim 1, further comprising a power module electrically connected to the fingerprint writer, the lock body motor driving unit, the cleaning driving unit, and the data processing module, respectively.
