The working principle of the invention is as follows: the bolt heads of a plurality of bolt pairs are placed in a cross beam screw joint groove 1a, a screw joint groove I2 d and a screw joint groove II 3c, the heads of a plurality of connecting bolts 5i are slidably placed in the screw joint groove I2 d and the screw joint groove II 3c, an inserting rod I8 and an inserting rod II 7 are respectively inserted in the upright post I2 and the upright post II 3 in an interference fit manner, a sealing waterproof rubber strip 9, a sealing rubber strip I11 and a sealing rubber strip II 10 are sequentially and respectively installed in an inserting sealing groove 3a, a cross beam rubber strip groove 1b, a rubber strip groove I2 a and a rubber strip groove II 3d, an inner aluminum plate 6 and a sound insulation plate 12 are sequentially installed in the sealing rubber strip I11 and the sealing rubber strip II 10, a heat insulation plate 13 and an outer aluminum plate 14 are installed between clamping blocks 3e, then, the screw rods of the bolt pairs penetrate through a screw joint installation plate 4 and are screwed by nuts, the cross beam 1 is respectively fixed with the upright post I2 and the, forming an outer frame;
the groove type embedded part 5a is pre-embedded and fixed on a floor, during assembly, a crane is used, a lifting hook is hung on the screw joint mounting plate 4 and lifted, so that the screw joint mounting plate 4 is abutted above the adjusting support 5f, the inserting lug I2 b of the upright post I2 is inserted into the inserting sealing groove 3a of the adjacent upright post II 3 and abutted against the waterproof sealing rubber strip 9, the upright post I2 and the upright post II 3 on the upper side are respectively inserted into the inserting rod I8 and the inserting rod II 7 on the lower side, and the cross beam 1 on the lower side is abutted against the sealing gasket 15 at the upper end of the adjacent upper cross beam 1 to play a sealing role;
the adjusting notches 5j and the through holes of the adjacent first upright post 2 and the second upright post 3 are respectively penetrated on the connecting bolt 5i, the fine adjusting bolt 5h is screwed, the fine adjusting bolt 5h drives the adjusting support 5f to move up and down, the jacking threaded mounting plate 4 moves up and down, the position of the unit aluminum curtain wall is vertically adjusted, the connecting bolt 5i is locked, then the groove type bolt 5c is mounted, and the horizontal plate 5d slides relative to the groove type bolt 5c through the horizontal adjusting notch 5e to perform horizontal adjustment.
In conclusion, the cross beam 1, the first upright post 2 and the second upright post 3 are quickly connected by the bolt connection mounting plate 4, so that the unit type assembly frame is conveniently and quickly produced and assembled, and is matched with the adjusting assembly 5, the construction and mounting efficiency is high, and time and labor are saved; the inner aluminum plate 6, the sound insulation plate 12, the heat insulation plate 13 and the outer aluminum plate 14 are matched, so that the heat insulation plate has good cold and heat resistance, fireproof and flame retardant functions, sound insulation and heat insulation functions, long service life and quick installation; the second inserting rod 7, the first inserting rod 8, the first inserting lug 2b and the second inserting lug 2c are matched with the inserting sealing groove 3a and the inserting groove 3b respectively, so that the production and assembly are convenient, and the production efficiency is high; and the sealing waterproof rubber strip 9, the sealing rubber strip II 10, the sealing rubber strip I11 and the sealing gasket 15 are matched to ensure sealing and waterproofing after assembly.

1. An assembled unit aluminum curtain wall comprises a first upright post (2) and a second upright post (3), and is characterized in that two mirror-image-symmetric cross beams (1) are arranged between the first upright post (2) and the second upright post (3), the cross beams (1), the first upright post (2), the cross beams (1) and the second upright post (3) are connected through a screw joint mounting plate (4), two cross beam rubber strip grooves (1b) are arranged on the two cross beams (1), two rubber strip grooves I (2a) are arranged on the first upright post (2), two rubber strip grooves II (3d) are arranged on the second upright post (3), a first sealing rubber strip (11) is clamped inside the cross beam rubber strip grooves (1b) in an interference fit manner, a second sealing rubber strip (10) is clamped inside the first sealing rubber strip grooves (2a) and the second sealing rubber strip grooves (3d), an inner aluminum plate (6) and a sound insulation plate (12) are respectively clamped inside the first sealing rubber strip grooves (11) and the corresponding second sealing rubber strip grooves (10), the upper ends of the inner parts of the first upright post (2) and the second upright post (3) are respectively fixed with a first inserting rod (8) and a second inserting rod (7), the inner sides of the first upright post (2) and the second upright post (3) are respectively provided with a plurality of clamping blocks (3e), a heat insulation plate (13) and an outer aluminum plate (14) are respectively clamped between the clamping blocks (3e), the outer sides of the first upright post (2) and the second upright post (3) are respectively provided with a first inserting lug (2b) and a first inserting sealing groove (3a), when the device is assembled, the first inserting convex block (2b) is inserted in the adjacent inserting sealing groove (3a), and a sealing waterproof adhesive tape (9) is arranged between the first inserting convex block (2b) and the inserting sealing groove (3a), the adjacent upright post I (2) and the adjacent upright post II (3) are provided with an adjusting component (5), the upper end of the beam (1) above is provided with a sealing gasket (15), and two ends of the sealing gasket (15) are respectively sleeved on the first inserting rod (8) and the second inserting rod (7).

The assembled unit aluminum curtain wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the left side and the right side of the beam (1) are provided with symmetrical beam screw grooves (1a), the outer sides of the first upright post (2) and the second upright post (3) are further provided with a second insertion lug (2c) and a second insertion groove (3b), during assembly, the second insertion lug (2c) is inserted into the adjacent insertion groove (3b), the left side and the right side of the first upright post (2) and the second upright post (3) are respectively provided with a first symmetrical screw groove (2d) and a second screw groove (3c), and the screw connection mounting plates (4) are respectively mounted on the first beam screw groove (1a) and the first screw groove (2d) and the second beam screw groove (1a) and the second screw groove (3c) through bolt pairs.

The assembled unit aluminum curtain wall as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the cross beam (1), the first upright column (2) and the second upright column (3) are all made of aluminum profiles, the inner aluminum plate (6) and the outer aluminum plate (14) are all made of high-quality high-strength aluminum alloy plates, the inner aluminum plate (6) and the sound insulation plate (12) are same in thickness, the heat insulation plate (13) and the outer aluminum plate (14) are same in thickness, and the heat insulation plate (13) is a polyurethane heat insulation plate.

The assembled unit aluminum curtain wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein two ends of the cross beam rubber strip groove (1b) are respectively communicated with the corresponding rubber strip groove I (2a) and the corresponding rubber strip groove II (3d), and a sound insulation cavity is formed between the inner aluminum plate (6) and the sound insulation plate (12).

The assembled unit aluminum curtain wall as claimed in claim 1 or 4, wherein the waterproof sealing strip (9) is C-shaped, the waterproof sealing strip (9) covers the end of the first insertion lug (2b), the waterproof sealing strip (9) is fixed inside the insertion sealing groove (3a) in an interference fit manner, and the thickness of the heat insulation plate (13) and the thickness of the outer aluminum plate (14) are both greater than the distance between the two insertion lugs (3 e).

The assembled unit aluminum curtain wall as claimed in claim 2, wherein the adjusting component (5) comprises a groove-type embedded part (5a) and a horizontal plate (5d), the groove-type embedded part (5a) is pre-embedded and fixed on a floor, a plurality of groove-type bolts (5c) are slidably arranged on the groove-type embedded part (5a), a plurality of horizontal adjusting notches (5e) are formed in the horizontal plate (5d), the groove-type bolts (5c) penetrate through the horizontal adjusting notches (5e), two adjusting supports (5f) are movably fixed on the horizontal plate (5d) through connecting bolts (5i), the adjusting supports (5f) are abutted against the lower end of the screw connection mounting plate (4), the heads of the connecting bolts (5i) are respectively slidably arranged in the first screw connection groove (2d) and the second screw connection groove (3c), and nuts (5g) are fixed on the adjusting supports (5f), the interior of the nut (5g) is screwed with a fine tuning bolt (5h), and the end part of the fine tuning bolt (5h) is abutted against the horizontal plate (5 d).

The assembled unit aluminum curtain wall as claimed in claim 6, wherein the upper end of the groove type embedded part (5a) is provided with a sliding groove (5b), the head of the groove type bolt (5c) is slidably arranged in the sliding groove (5b), the adjusting support (5f) is provided with a vertical adjusting notch (5j), the vertical plate of the horizontal plate (5d) is provided with a through hole, and the connecting bolt (5i) sequentially penetrates through the vertical adjusting notch (5j) and the through hole.
