it should be noted that: the number of the hot plates at the hot section part is matched with that of a high-speed production line, otherwise, the glued paper boards are not dried fully, the pasting of the adhesive is poor, the speed is too high, a large amount of paper boards are degummed and too soft, and the number of the hot plates cannot be less than 18 usually;
step eight, the continuous corrugated board coming out of the double-sided machine is longitudinally cut into the paper boards with the required width specification by the computer thin-blade paper separating machine, and the structure is formed: comprises a frame part, a knife anvil part, a line pressing part, a slitting part, a knife grinder, an electric deviation rectifying part, a lubricating system, a pneumatic system, an electric control system and the like;

step five: the bottom of first facial tissue (3) and the top coating of second facial tissue (8) have waterproof coating (303), it has printed colored layer (301) to print between first facial tissue (3) and waterproof coating (303).
