When the sludge acts with the biofilm zone 10, a treatment effect on the sludge is achieved, and the heating plate 44 works to heat the temperature in the treatment hood 2, thereby facilitating the action of the sludge with the biofilm zone 10. Afterwards, the first fixing bolt 22 is manually rotated, when one end of the first fixing bolt 22 is detached from the baffle 4, the baffle 4 can be detached from the tail end of the treatment cover 2, and the sludge in the discharge hole 3 in the treatment cover 2 can be conveniently discharged.
