The special winding equipment for melt-blown production as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a servo motor, rotating seats and mounting plates, the servo motor is arranged at the lower end of the outer wall of the frame, the output shaft of the servo motor penetrates through the frame and is provided with a first transmission wheel, the first transmission wheel is positioned below one shaft end of the power roller, bearings are arranged at two shaft ends of the power roller, one rotating seat is arranged on the outer ring of each bearing, a connecting sleeve is arranged at one side of one rotating seat, a second transmission wheel is arranged on the connecting sleeve, a transmission belt is connected between the second transmission wheel and the first transmission wheel, three mounting plates are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the two rotating seats, the mounting plates positioned on the rotating seats at two sides of the frame are symmetrically arranged, and the ends of the three mounting plates far away from the rotating seats are provided with movable grooves, a convex block is arranged on the side wall of one end of the movable groove far away from the rotary seat, a pressing block is arranged on the side wall of one end of the movable groove close to the rotary seat, the bottom of the pressing block is arranged obliquely, a slide rail is arranged at the bottom of the movable groove, a positioning seat is arranged on the slide rail in a sliding manner, a positioning plate is arranged at one end of the positioning seat close to the convex block, a bayonet is arranged on the positioning plate, the position of the bayonet corresponds to the position of the convex block, a fixing seat is hinged at one end of the positioning seat close to the pressing block, the top of the fixing seat is arranged obliquely, a mounting groove is arranged at one end of the fixing seat, a connecting rod is arranged in the mounting groove, a spring is arranged on the connecting rod, a limiting block and a clamping block are respectively arranged at, the two semicircular bearings are corresponding in size and position; it is three one side of mounting panel all is equipped with the supporting seat, all be equipped with the cylinder on the supporting seat, the cylinder sets up along the direction of mounting panel, and the piston rod front end of cylinder with locating plate fixed connection realizes that the cylinder promotes positioning seat and fixing base and moves about on the slide rail.

The special winding equipment for melt-blown production as claimed in claim 2, wherein one end of the positioning seat is provided with a first hinge seat, one end of the fixing seat is provided with a second hinge seat, and a rotating shaft is arranged between the first hinge seat and the second hinge seat, and the rotating shaft is provided with a torsion spring which applies force to the fixing seat to rotate towards the end away from the positioning seat.

The special winding equipment for melt-blown production according to claim 2, wherein the discharging mechanism comprises two hydraulic cylinders and two discharging arms, the two hydraulic cylinders are respectively movably arranged at the outer sides of the two discharging plates, the middle parts of the two discharging arms are movably arranged at the outer sides of the two discharging plates, one end of each discharging arm is provided with a clamping block, the clamping block is positioned at one end of the top of each discharging plate and limits the roller, the other end of each discharging arm is provided with a connecting seat, and the connecting seats are hinged with piston rods of the hydraulic cylinders to realize that the hydraulic cylinders pull the feeding arms to rotate on the discharging plates.
