referring to fig. 4 and 5, a driving belt assembly 8 is mounted on the frame 1, the driving belt assembly 8 is arranged in parallel with the support 5 and above the support 5, so that when the support 5 ascends, the feeding expansion part 9 on the second butt-joint tray 4 can be inserted into the hollow position of the aluminum strip coil on the driving belt, so that the feeding process of the second butt-joint tray 4 can be completed, specifically, the driving belt assembly 8 comprises two rows of belt rollers 18 arranged at one end of the frame 1 and inserted into the driving belt 17, and a channel opening 19 arranged on the driving belt 17, a gap is formed between the two rows of belt rollers 18, and along the width direction of the driving belt 17, the two rows of belt rollers 18 are respectively arranged at two sides of the channel opening 19, the channel opening 19 is configured that when the support 5 ascends, the driving belt 17 moves under the action of the driving part one 10, so that when the feeding expansion part 9 is inserted into the hollow position of the aluminum strip coil, the channel, the feeding expansion part 9 is inserted into the hollow position of the aluminum strip coil and moves towards the first butt joint disk 2 in the channel opening 19 through the movement of the second butt joint disk 4, the aluminum strip coil is moved out of the conveyor belt 17 and falls onto the second butt joint disk 4, after the support 5 rises to the highest position, the conveyor belt 17 rotates, the channel opening 19 is evenly distributed on the upper portion and the lower portion of the conveyor belt 17, in order to improve flexibility, two rows of rotating rollers 56 for supporting the aluminum strip coil are arranged on the conveyor belt, in the process that the aluminum strip coil moves from the conveyor belt 17 to the second butt joint disk 4, the rotating rollers 56 enable the aluminum strip coil to move more flexibly through rotation, and friction between the aluminum strip coil and the conveyor belt 17 can also be reduced.
A transmission part I10 is arranged between the oil cylinder 7 and the transmission belt component 8, the transmission part I10 is assembled to drive the transmission belt component 8 to move the aluminum strip coil to be right above the butt joint disc II 4 when the support 5 rises, the transmission part I10 is two groups symmetrically arranged at two sides of the rack 1, the transmission part I10 comprises two belt pulleys I20 which are respectively connected with two belt rollers 18 at the outermost side inside the transmission belt 17 and are arranged in parallel, a belt pulley II 21 which is rotatably arranged on the rack 1 is arranged between the two belt pulleys I20, the two belt pulleys I20 and the belt pulley II 21 are in transmission connection through a belt, a feeding circular gear 22 is fixed on the belt pulley II 21, the feeding circular gear 22 is meshed with a feeding rack 23 fixed with the support 5, when the support 5 rises and falls, the feeding rack 23 can drive the transmission part I10 to move through the feeding circular gear 22 to further drive, specifically, a through-type limiting sliding groove is formed in the frame 1, a plate-shaped limiting sliding block is arranged in the limiting sliding groove in a sliding mode, and two ends of the limiting sliding block are fixed to the support 5 and the feeding rack 23 respectively.
Referring to fig. 1, 6, 7 and 8, a ring-shaped clamping plate 40 is disposed on the surface of the first docking tray 2, the clamping plate 40 is connected to a side surface of the first docking tray 2 facing the second docking tray 4 through a first spring 41, which can extend and retract along the axial direction of the first docking tray 2, specifically, a sliding rod 57 is disposed in the first spring 41, one end of the sliding rod is fixed to the clamping plate 40, the other end of the sliding rod penetrates through the first docking tray 2, and the sliding rod 57 can move synchronously with the clamping plate 40 to move telescopically on the first docking tray 2;
the butt joint expansion part 42 is arranged on the butt joint disc I2, the butt joint expansion part 42 comprises a tubular limiting column 43 which is positioned on the surface of the butt joint disc I2 and distributed in the inner ring of the clamping plate 40, a limiting groove 44 which is distributed in a central symmetry manner is arranged on the surface of the limiting column 43, a butt joint expansion rod 45 which can stretch out and draw back along the radial direction of the butt joint disc I2 is arranged in the limiting groove 44, a spring II 46 which enables the butt joint expansion rod 45 to shrink in the limiting column 43 is fixed between the butt joint expansion rod 45 and the inner wall of the limiting column 43, one end of the butt joint expansion rod 45 is abutted with a guide body 47 which can move along the axial direction of the butt joint disc I2, the middle part of the guide body 47 is of a cylindrical structure, a guide body 47 with an inclined plane is protruded on the surface corresponding to the end part of each butt joint expansion rod 45, the end surface of the butt joint expansion rod 45 is in an inclined state matched with the inclined, the surface of the guide body 47 is fixed with a plurality of connecting rods 48 which are distributed in a central symmetry way, one end of each connecting rod 48 is fixed with a stress rod 49 which penetrates through the first butt joint disk 2, one end of each stress rod 49 which is positioned outside the first butt joint disk 2 is jointly fixed with an annular stress plate 50, the stress plate 50 is positioned between the limiting column 43 and the clamping plate 40, the outer side of each stress rod 49 is sleeved with a third spring 51, the two ends of each third spring are respectively connected with the stress plate 50 and the surface of the first butt joint disk 2, the docking expansion part 42 is assembled in such a way that during the docking of the second docking tray 4 and the first docking tray 2, the expansion plate 27 is inserted into the gap between the stress plate 50 and the clamping plate 40, one end of the insertion column 24 contacts and presses the stress plate 50, the stress plate 50 drives the guide body 47 to move through the stress rod 49 and the connecting rod 48, and at this time, the guide body 47 drives the docking expansion rod 45 to extend outward along the radial direction of the limit post 43, and finally abuts against the inner wall of the plug post 24 from inside to outside.
Referring to fig. 9, 10, 11 and 12, both sides of the inner surface of the support plate 6 are provided with a swinging block 12 capable of swinging, a torsion spring 13 is arranged between the swinging block 12 and the support plate 6, so that the bottom end of the swinging block 12 has a tendency of swinging towards the second docking tray 4, one side surface of the swinging block 12 facing the second docking tray 4 is provided with a locking groove 14, and both sides of the second docking tray 4 are fixed with locking blocks 15 matched with the locking groove 14, so that after the locking blocks 15 are inserted into the locking grooves 14, the second docking tray 4 can be kept in a vertical state, and further, in the process of docking the first docking tray 2 and the second docking tray 4, the second docking tray 4 is always kept at an effective position;
the two sides of the support 5 are respectively provided with an unlocking plate 16, the unlocking plates 16 are arranged in a way that when the second butt joint plate 4 moves towards the support 5, the two unlocking plates 16 are respectively contacted with the corresponding swing block 12 and drive the swing block 12 to swing, so that the locking block 15 is separated from the locking groove 14, the second butt joint plate 4 is unlocked, specifically, one side surface of the unlocking plate 16 contacted with the swing block 12 is an inclined surface, when the swing block 12 displaces towards one side of the support 5 along with the second butt joint plate 4, the bottom of the swing block 12 is guided towards the outer side, so that the swing block 12 swings outwards, and further the locking block 15 is separated from the locking groove 14, in order to improve the driving efficiency of the unlocking plate 16 to the swing block 12, one side surface of the swing block 12 contacted with the unlocking plate 16 is provided with a plurality of rotating rods 58 which are sequentially distributed along the length direction of the unlocking plate 16, and because when the unlocking plate 16 pushes the swing block 12, the swing block 12 moves on the inclined surface of the unlocking plate 16, and the rotating rods 58, the friction and the abrasion between the two can be reduced, and the lasting and effective action effect can be guaranteed.
A stop block 59 fixed on the support plate 6 is arranged on one side of the swing block 12, a torsion spring 13 is arranged at the rotary connection position of the swing block 12 and the support plate 6, the torsion spring 13 is matched with the stop block 59 to ensure that the swing block 12 keeps a vertical state in an initial state, and the state is a state in which the swing block 12 is located when the locking block 15 is inserted into the locking groove 14 and then is in a locking state;
the surface of the swing block 12 is provided with a guide groove 61 which is oppositely arranged and one end of which is communicated with the locking groove 14, the guide groove 61 is in an arc shape matched with a path which the locking block 15 travels when the butt joint tray two 4 rotates, the depth of an inner cavity of the guide groove 61 is gradually reduced from one side of a notch to the direction of the locking groove 14, the depth of the joint of the guide groove 61 and the locking groove 14 is less than that of the locking groove 14, so that the inner wall of the locking groove 14, which is positioned at one side of the guide groove 61, has enough depth for limiting the stop block 59, the depth of the notch is more than that of the locking groove 14, the guide groove 61 is assembled in the process that the butt joint tray two 4 rotates from the horizontal state to the vertical state, once the swing block 12 is in the vertical state, the butt joint tray two 4 has a back-and-forth swinging state, at the moment, the locking block 15 is not effectively inserted into the locking groove 14 but swings back and forth along with the butt joint tray, the locking piece 15 can enter the guide groove 61 and can slide in the guide groove 61 to the locking groove 14 in the sliding process, the swing block 12 is pushed outwards to swing, after the locking piece 15 enters the locking groove 14, the swing block 12 is restored to a locking state under the action of the torsion spring 13, at the moment, the locking groove 14 locks the locking piece 15, and then the vertical state of the butt joint plate II 4 is fixed.
Transition grooves 52 are formed in two sides of the second butt joint disk 4, transition rods 53 are arranged on two sides of the support 5, the top ends of the transition rods 53 can enter the transition grooves 52 and slide in the transition grooves 52, the size of the top ends of the transition rods 53 is matched with the size of an inner cavity of the transition grooves 52, the transition rods 53 are assembled in such a way that one end of each transition rod 53 can enter the transition grooves 52 before the second butt joint disk 4 is turned over until the second butt joint disk 4 is turned over to be in a vertical state, the transition rods 53 move out of the transition grooves 52, the transition rods 53 are matched with the transition grooves 52, so that in the rotating process of the second butt joint disk 4, the transition grooves 52 are subjected to the acting force of the transition rods 53, the second butt joint disk 4 is driven to rotate by the acting force of the transition rods 53, the second butt joint disk 4 is forced to effectively rotate, and one end of each transition rod 53 is always positioned in the transition grooves 52 before the second butt joint disk 4 is turned to be, in the process, the transition rod 53 has a limiting effect on the second butt joint disk 4 through the transition groove 52, the second butt joint disk 4 cannot swing or shake at will, particularly when an aluminum strip coil is arranged on the second butt joint disk 4, the overall mass of the second butt joint disk 4 is large, at this time, the rotation process of the second butt joint disk 4 can be stabilized through the cooperation of the transition rod 53 and the transition groove 52, specifically, the transition groove 52 comprises an arc section and a flat section, in the process that the second butt joint disk 4 moves towards the first butt joint disk 2, the transition rod 53 enters the arc section, in the continuous translation process of the second butt joint disk 4, on one hand, the second butt joint disk 4 overturns under the action of gravity, on the other hand, the transition rod 53 enters the transition groove 52, and in the moving process of the arc section, the transition rod 53 exerts an acting force on the inner wall at the bottom of the transition groove 52, so that the process of applying a downward pulling to the second butt joint disk 4 is presented, and further an overturning acting force, when the second butt joint tray 4 is turned to be in a vertical state, the transition rod 53 enters the straight section of the transition groove 52, and along with the translation of the second butt joint tray 4, the transition rod 52 finally passes through the complete straight section and is separated from the second butt joint tray 4; during the movement of the second docking tray 4 onto the support 5, the end of the transition rod 53 enters the straight section, and during the continuous movement and overturning of the second docking tray 4, the transition rod 52 passes through the straight section and enters the arc-shaped section, and then leaves the second docking tray 4 from the opening of the arc-shaped section.
The invention has the following working processes:
firstly, transversely placing an aluminum strip coil on a transmission belt by using a forklift;
step two, starting the oil cylinder 7, wherein the extending end of the oil cylinder 7 performs extending stroke, and the whole extending stroke process comprises the following processes:
A. in the first section of the extending stroke of the oil cylinder 7, the extending end of the oil cylinder 7 drives the supporting piece 36 to move, at the moment, the supporting piece 36 drives the second butt joint tray 4 transversely placed on the support 5 to move through the supporting plate 6, the lifting screw 34 is driven to rotate through the lifting tooth 38 and the lifting circular gear 39 in the moving process of the supporting piece 36, the lifting screw 34 synchronously ascends when rotating in the lifting threaded column 35, at the moment, the lifting screw 34 upwards lifts the support 5, and finally, the second butt joint tray 4 synchronously performs the processes of transverse movement and longitudinal lifting;
B. in the ascending process of the support 5, the support 5 drives the lifting rack in the transmission part I10 to move upwards, at the moment, the lifting rack drives the feeding circular gear 22 to rotate, the feeding circular gear 22 drives the belt pulley I20 to rotate through the belt pulley II 21 and the belt, and further, the belt rollers 18 connected with the two belt pulleys I20 on two sides in the transmission belt assembly 8 can be driven to rotate, and further, the transmission belt 17 is driven to move, and the transmission belt can drive the aluminum strip coil placed on the transmission belt to move, so that in the ascending process of the support 5, the transmission belt 17 can synchronously drive the aluminum strip coil to be right above the butt joint disc I2, namely, the feeding expansion part 9 moves right above, when the lifting teeth 38 completely pass through the lifting circular gear 39, the lifting teeth 38 are separated from the lifting circular gear 39, the lifting screw 34 stops rotating, the support 5 stops ascending, at the moment, the feeding expansion part 9 penetrates through the channel opening 19 in the transmission belt 17 and is inserted into the hollow position, it should be noted that, because the top of the feeding expansion part 9 needs to penetrate through the hollow position of the aluminum strip coil, in the penetrating process, the support 5 is always in the rising process, and then the conveyor belt 17 is in the moving process, and finally, the feeding expansion part 9 is located at the rear position of the center of the aluminum strip coil along the moving direction of the conveyor belt 17, so that the aluminum strip coil is eccentrically distributed towards the front side relative to the second butt joint tray 4;
C. after the support 5 stops rising, the extending end of the oil cylinder 7 continues to extend for a stroke, at this time, the extending end of the oil cylinder 7 pushes the support plate 6 through the support piece 36, the support plate 6 pushes the second docking tray 4 transversely placed on the support 5 to move, when the expanding circular gear 33 contacts with the expanding teeth 32 in the moving process of the second docking tray 4, the expanding circular gear 33 is meshed with the expanding teeth 32 and sends rotation along with the continuous movement of the expanding circular gear 33 driven by the second docking tray 4, at this time, the expanding circular gear 33 drives the threaded sleeve 29 to translate through the expanding screw 30, during the moving process of the threaded sleeve 29, one end of the expanding rod 28 drives the expansion block 26 to extend out from the extending hole 25 and drives the three expanding plates 27 to centrifugally move, so that the feeding expanding portion 9 gradually expands, and the expanding plates 27 can tightly abut against the inner wall of the aluminum strip coil after expanding, on one hand, the aluminum strip coil can be centered, on the other hand, the aluminum strip coil can be pre-fixed, and it should be noted here that, because the aluminum strip coil adopts the winding roller with the same size in the winding process, the diameters of the inner rings of the aluminum strip coil are the same, so that a person skilled in the art can control the displacement of the expansion screw 30 driving the threaded sleeve 29 to move according to the diameter of the inner ring of the aluminum strip coil, the diameter of the expansion circular gear 33 and the number of the expansion racks, and finally the expansion plate 27 can effectively fix the inner wall of the aluminum strip coil through the distance of the expansion rod 28 driving the telescopic block 26 to move, and the person skilled in the art can design the aluminum strip coil according to actual requirements, and is not described herein again;
D. after the feeding expansion part 9 realizes the pre-fixing of the inner wall of the aluminum strip coil, the butt joint disc II 4 moves along with the continuous extension of the extending end of the oil cylinder 7, the expansion circular gear 33 is separated from the expansion tooth 32, the transition rod 53 enters the transition groove 52, then the center of the butt joint disc II 4 starts to move out of the support 5, and under the action force exerted on the butt joint disc II 4 by the self gravity and the transition rod 53 through the transition groove 52, the butt joint disc II 4 starts to rotate and starts to erect the aluminum strip coil;
E. after the second docking tray 4 rotates by a certain range, the unlocking plate 16 is inserted between the swing block 12 and the second docking tray 4, the swing block 12 starts to rotate by taking the top as the center and the bottom towards the direction far away from the second docking tray 4 under the guiding action of the inclined surface of the unlocking plate 16, and the torsion spring 13 is deformed, when the second butt joint disk 4 rotates to the vertical state along with the extending stroke of the extending end of the oil cylinder 7, the swing block 12 is separated from the unlocking plate 16, and at the moment, under the restoring action of the torsion spring 13, the swinging block 12 swings to the initial position and contacts the stop block 59, can not rotate continuously, is kept in the vertical state, meanwhile, the locking groove 14 in the swing block 12 is sleeved on the locking block 15 on the second butt joint disk 4, and by means of the matching of the locking groove 14 and the locking block 15, the second butt joint disk 4 is fixed in a vertical state, and then the oil cylinder 7 continues to extend out of the stroke and drives the second butt joint disk 4 in the vertical state to translate towards the first butt joint disk 2;
F. along with the continuous movement of the first butt joint disk 2 under the extension stroke of the oil cylinder 7, the expansion plate 27 of the feeding expansion part 9 is in a gap between the stress plate 50 and the clamping plate 40, one end of the inserted column 24 is in contact with and extrudes the stress plate 50, the stress plate 50 drives the guide body 47 to move through the stress rod 49 and the connecting rod 48, at the moment, the guide body 47 can drive the butt joint expansion rod 45 to extend outwards along the radial direction of the limiting column 43 and finally tightly support the inner wall of the inserted column 24 from inside to outside, in the process, one side of an aluminum strip coil can be in contact with the clamping plate 40, and the first butt joint disk 2 is matched with the clamping plate 40 to clamp the two sides of the aluminum strip coil through the first compression spring 41;
G. after the extension stroke of the oil cylinder 7 is completed, the oil cylinder 7 keeps the longest extension state, the rotating motor 3 is started at the moment, the rotating motor 3 starts to drive the butt joint disc I2 to synchronously rotate through the butt joint disc II 4, and therefore the unreeling operation of the aluminum strip coil is achieved.
Step three, after the aluminum strip coil is completely unwound, the rotating motor 3 stops, the oil cylinder 7 starts to perform a contraction stroke, and the following processes are performed in the whole contraction stroke of the oil cylinder 7:
H. as the oil cylinder 7 retracts to drive the second butt joint disk 4 to leave the first butt joint disk 2 through the support piece 36 and the support plate 6, at this time, the feeding expansion part 9 withdraws from the second butt joint disk 4, and the butt joint expansion part 42 and the clamping plate 40 both reset, it needs to be described here that, for aluminum strip coils with different lengths, on one hand, the rotating motor 3 is a stepping motor, and a specified number of rotation turns is set according to the length of the aluminum strip coil before unwinding, so that after each unwinding is finished, the counterweight on the second butt joint disk 4 is located at the lowest position, on the other hand, after the second butt joint disk 4 is separated from the first butt joint disk 2, under the action of gravity of the counterweight, the second butt joint disk 4 is finally in a vertical state and keeps the counterweight at the lowest position along with the self-swinging correction of the second butt joint disk;

the transmission belt assembly is arranged on the rack, is parallel to the support and is positioned above the support, so that when the support ascends, the feeding expansion part on the second butt joint disc can be inserted into the hollow position of the aluminum strip coil on the transmission belt; wherein:
