Abstract

One or more embodiments of the present specification provide a tamper-evident takeaway box of dry-wet separation and a method of operating the same, wherein the tamper-evident takeaway box includes: the top end of the box body is provided with an opening part; a cover body which detachably covers the opening part; the partition plate is arranged in the box body and divides the inner cavity of the box body into a first storage cavity and a second storage cavity, and the second storage cavity is positioned above the first storage cavity; the top end and the bottom end of the connecting column are respectively connected with the cover body and the partition plate. The invention not only can realize the separation of solid materials and liquid materials in food and ensure the taste of the food, but also can prevent others from opening the takeout box under the condition that users do not know, thereby ensuring the sanitation and safety of the food.

Technical Field

One or more embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of technology, and more particularly, to a tamper-evident takeaway box with moisture and moisture separation and a method of operating the same.

Background

With the rise of take-out business, people are perfecting in all aspects, but the influence of how to process the time of food delivery on the taste of food and the sanitation and safety problems in the food delivery process are still to be mentioned. Particularly, for a meal box with soup wheaten food, a good solution is always lacked for keeping the taste of food and guaranteeing the sanitation and safety in the meal delivery process.

The invention has the advantages of solving the problem of mouthfeel of soup cooked wheaten food, solving the problem of disassembly prevention in the transportation process, ensuring the sanitation and safety in the food delivery process, meeting the requirements of consumers and bringing convenience and reassurance to the consumers.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, an object of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure is to provide a dry-wet separation anti-detachment takeout box and an operation method thereof, which can separate a solid material from a liquid material in food, ensure a taste of the food, and prevent others from opening the takeout box without the user's knowledge, thereby ensuring a hygiene and a safety of the food.

In view of the above, one or more embodiments of the present specification provide a tamper-evident takeaway box with wet and dry separation, including:

the top end of the box body is provided with an opening part;

a cover body which detachably covers the opening part;

the partition plate is arranged in the box body and divides the inner cavity of the box body into a first storage cavity and a second storage cavity, and the second storage cavity is positioned above the first storage cavity;

the top end and the bottom end of the connecting column are respectively connected with the cover body and the partition plate.

In an alternative embodiment, the partition is in the shape of a hill with a high middle and a low periphery.

As an optional implementation manner, a connecting groove is formed in the top end of the connecting column, an annular first clamping ring is arranged on the inner wall of the connecting groove, a connecting pin is formed in the downward protruding bottom wall of the cover body, and a second clamping ring matched with the first clamping ring is arranged on the outer wall of the connecting pin.

As an alternative embodiment, the bottom end of the connecting column is integrally formed with the partition.

liquid materials in food are put into the box body from the opening part, and the height of the liquid materials is lower than the partition plate;

placing the partition plate into a preset position in the box body;

putting solid materials in food into a second storage cavity in the box body;

and covering the cover body and connecting the cover body with the connecting column.

From the above, it can be seen that in the takeaway box with the dry-wet separation and the operation method thereof provided by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the partition plate is disposed in the box body, so as to divide the inner cavity of the box body into the first storage chamber and the second storage chamber, wherein the first storage chamber below the partition plate is used for storing liquid materials in food, and the second storage chamber above the partition plate is used for storing solid materials in food, so as to achieve the dry-wet separation of food, especially for soup-noodle type food, so as to avoid the influence of the solid materials due to the overlong soaking time, and effectively ensure the taste of food, on the other hand, the cover body and the partition plate are connected into a whole through the arrangement of the connection column, when the cover body needs to be opened to expose the opening portion, the partition plate changes its position, so that the first storage chamber is communicated with the second storage chamber, the solid-state material of storage in the second storage intracavity can fall into liquid material, realize the mixture of solid-state material and liquid material, so that the user is edible, if the user when taking the takeout, the solid-state material in this takeout box has fallen into liquid material, then explain this takeout box has been opened by the people, thereby can refuse this takeout, consequently the design of connecting post can be avoided being opened by other people under the condition that the user is unwilling in this takeout box, the health and the security of guarantee food.

a box body 1, wherein the top end of the box body 1 is provided with an opening part;

a cover body 2 detachably covering the opening;

the partition plate 3 is arranged in the box body 1 and divides the inner cavity of the box body 1 into a first storage cavity 1a and a second storage cavity 1b, and the second storage cavity 1b is positioned above the first storage cavity 1 a;

a connecting column 4, wherein the top end and the bottom end of the connecting column 4 are respectively connected with the cover body 2 and the partition plate 3.

In the embodiment of the invention, the inner cavity of the box body 1 is divided into the first storage cavity 1a and the second storage cavity 1b by arranging the partition board 3 in the box body 1, wherein the first storage cavity 1a below the partition board 3 is used for storing liquid materials in food, and the second storage cavity 1b above the partition board 3 is used for storing solid materials in the food, so that the dry-wet separation of the food is realized, especially for soup and noodle type food, the influence on the taste of the solid materials due to overlong soaking time is avoided, the taste of the food can be effectively guaranteed, on the other hand, the cover body 2 and the partition board 3 are connected into a whole by arranging the connecting column 4, when the cover body 2 needs to be opened to expose the opening part, the partition board 3 changes the position, so that the first storage cavity 1a is communicated with the second storage cavity 1b, the solid materials stored in the second storage cavity 1b can fall into the liquid materials, realize the mixture of solid-state material and liquid material to the user is edible, if the user when taking the takeaway, the solid-state material in this takeaway box has fallen into liquid material, then explains this takeaway box has been opened by the people, thereby can refuse this takeaway, consequently the design of spliced pole 4 can avoid being opened by other people under the condition that the user is unknown in this takeaway box, ensures the health and the security of food.

liquid materials in food are put into the box body 1 from the opening part, and the height of the liquid materials is lower than the partition plate 3;

placing the partition board 3 in a preset position in the box body 1;

a second storage cavity 1b for placing solid materials in food into the box body 1;

the cover body 2 is covered, and the cover body 2 is connected with the connecting column 4.

So, can enough realize solid-state material and liquid material's classified storage in the food, also can prevent to open this takeout box under the condition that the user is not aware of in addition, guarantee the health and the security of takeout.

Claims (8)

1. A tamper-evident takeaway box for wet and dry separations, comprising:

the top end of the box body is provided with an opening part;

a cover body which detachably covers the opening part;

the partition plate is arranged in the box body and divides the inner cavity of the box body into a first storage cavity and a second storage cavity, and the second storage cavity is positioned above the first storage cavity;

the top end and the bottom end of the connecting column are respectively connected with the cover body and the partition plate.

2. The tamper-evident takeaway box of claim 1 wherein said baffle is in the form of a hill having a high middle and a low perimeter.

The dry-wet separation removal-proof takeout box according to claim 1, wherein the top end of the connecting column is provided with a connecting groove, the inner wall of the connecting groove is provided with a first annular snap ring, the bottom wall of the cover body is projected downwards to form a connecting pin, and the outer wall of the connecting pin is provided with a second snap ring matched with the first snap ring.

4. The tamper-evident takeaway box of claim 1 wherein the bottom end of the attachment post is integrally formed with the divider.

5. The dry-wet separated tamper-evident take-away box of claim 1 wherein the top end of the cover is hinged to a handle.

6. The tamper-evident takeaway box of claim 1 wherein said cover is either threaded or snap-fit to said box body.

7. The tamper-evident takeaway box of claim 1 wherein the inner wall of the box body is formed with an annular positive stop projecting outwardly from the box body at a location that fits the baffle.

8. A method of operating a tamper-evident takeaway box which is wet-dry separated from the inside of the box, the method being applied to a wet-dry separated tamper-evident takeaway box according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the method comprising:

liquid materials in food are put into the box body from the opening part, and the height of the liquid materials is lower than the partition plate;

placing the partition plate into a preset position in the box body;

putting solid materials in food into a second storage cavity in the box body;

and covering the cover body and connecting the cover body with the connecting column.
