the biaxially oriented polyester film has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, wide use temperature, excellent barrier property, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent surface property and the like, so that the biaxially oriented polyester film is used as the outermost layer of the water sealing film 4 for printing patterns and directly contacts air, and has good printing quality, strong barrier protection and strong environmental adaptability;
the modified polyethylene film has the characteristics of good moisture resistance, small moisture permeability, low thermal conductivity, no toxicity, no odor, high heat seal strength, good toughness, aging resistance and the like, so that the innermost layer of the water sealing film 4 is in direct contact with drinking water, and the modified polyethylene film is sanitary, clean, impermeable, heat-insulating, tight in adhesion, lasting and effective;
the one-way stretching polypropylene film has the characteristics of smooth film surface, good temperature resistance and weather resistance, high bonding strength, good holding power performance, no toxicity, no odor, easy peeling and the like, so the one-way stretching polypropylene film is used as two interlayers in the middle of the water sealing film 4, the BOPET layer 5, the first OPP layer 6, the second OPP layer 7 and the modified PE layer 8 are respectively tightly bonded and fully compounded, and the first OPP layer 6 and the second OPP layer 7 are easy to peel;
the water sealing membrane 4 with the four-layer composite structure has high mechanical strength, is very tensile and pressure-resistant, is difficult to damage without assistance of sharp devices, and can bear the external force of 30KG without being damaged when the aperture of the perforation 3 is 2cm through testing, the water sealing membrane 4 can bear the external force of 30KG without being damaged when being covered by the perforation 3 on the water sealing membrane 4, the water sealing membrane 4 can be easily separated into a BOPET layer 5, a first OPP layer 6 composite membrane, a second OPP layer 7 and a modified PE layer 8 composite membrane by pinching the tearing part 9 to tear in use, a small amount of thin materials on the edges of the tearing part 9 and the tearing part 9 on the second OPP layer 7 and the modified PE layer 8 composite membrane still firmly adhere to the cover surface 2 to seal the perforation 3 after being torn and separated along with the BOPET layer 5 and the first OPP layer 6 composite membrane, but the mechanical strength is greatly reduced, and when the aperture of the perforation 3 is 2cm through testing, the water sealing membrane 4 can only bear the external force of 3KG on the second OPP layer 7 and the modified PE layer 8 and can be damaged by the external force of, and the second OPP layer 7 and the composite membrane of the modified PE layer 8 do not generate independent fragments after the membrane material property of the composite membrane is broken, and the composite membrane cannot enter a water body to influence the drinking water safety, so the novel barreled water smart cover provided by the invention solves the problems that an inner plug or a top penetrating piece in the conventional barreled water smart cover is difficult to jack open sometimes and suddenly jack open sometimes to damage drinking water equipment, is safe and practical, can completely replace the conventional barreled water smart cover in function, is also suitable for transportation, storage and use, has the advantages of convenient use, simple process, low cost and high production efficiency compared with the conventional barreled water smart cover, and has strong market competitiveness, wide commercial prospect and high popularization value.
