In order to facilitate the crushing of the used tires 7; as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the crushing mechanism comprises two crushing rollers 28 and a crushing motor 24, wherein a crushing chamber 14 is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the main body 1 through screws, the two crushing rollers 28 are rotatably mounted on the inner wall of one side of the crushing chamber 14 and the inner wall of one side of the main body 1 through shafts, and the outer wall of the circumference of each crushing roller 28 is integrally provided with crushing teeth 29 which are uniformly distributed in an array manner; the shaft of one crushing chamber 14 is rotationally connected with the output end of a crushing motor 24 through a shaft coupling, and two crushing rollers 28 are rotationally connected through a gear set; the crushing chamber 14 is positioned below one end of the conveyor belt 11, and the grinding mechanism is positioned below the crushing chamber 14; by providing the crushing motor 24 and the crushing roller 28, the junked tires 7 can be crushed before being ground, thereby improving grinding efficiency.
In order to improve the crushing effect; as shown in fig. 4, the crushing teeth 29 are of a rectangular pyramid structure, and by providing the crushing teeth 29 with a rectangular pyramid structure, unlike a general crushing roller, the surface of the waste tire 7 can be better punctured, so that the crushing efficiency is improved, and the waste tire 7 is less prone to being jammed.
To facilitate grinding; as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the grinding mechanism includes a grinding motor 12 and a grinding disc 30, the output end of the grinding motor 12 is rotatably connected to the outer wall of one side of the grinding disc 30 through a coupling and a shaft, the inner wall of one side of the main body 1 is fixed with a grinding chamber 26 through screws, the grinding disc 30 is located inside the grinding chamber 26, and the same connecting hose 25 is bonded to the top of the grinding chamber 26 and the bottom of the crushing motor 24; the grinding chamber 26 is of a funnel structure, and the top and the bottom of the grinding disc 30 are of a circular truncated cone structure; by providing the grinding disk 30 and the grinding motor 12, the junked tires 7 can be reliably ground.
In order to improve the grinding effect; as shown in fig. 5, the bottom side wall of the grinding disc 30 and the bottom inside wall of the grinding chamber 26 are integrally provided with annular protrusions 31 distributed in a staggered manner, and by providing the annular protrusions 31, the grinding effect can be further improved, and meanwhile, a certain screening function is also achieved.
To facilitate collection; as shown in fig. 5, a material guiding chute 27 is fixed on the outer wall of the bottom of the grinding chamber 26 by screws, and the material guiding chute 27 is arranged outside the rotating shaft of the grinding motor 12; one end of the guide chute 27 is inserted with the material box 13, and the material box 13 is arranged at the discharge port of the main body 1; through setting up baffle box 27 and material case 13, can be convenient for accept the powder after grinding to send and collect in material case 13.
When the power supply is used, the power supplies of all the electric devices are firstly switched on; sleeving the waste tire 7 on a fixed rod 8, positioning the waste tire through a limiting ring 18, controlling a carrying motor 17 to rotate to drive the fixed rod 8 to rotate circumferentially, sending the waste tire 7 into a polishing chamber 20 along the inner side of an arc-shaped plate 4 under the matching of the deformation of a spring 22, driving a sliding seat 23 to rotate by the work of an edge grinding motor 3, further driving the polishing chamber 20 to rotate through a sliding frame 21, and polishing the outer surface of the waste tire 7 through a polishing head 19 on the inner wall of the polishing chamber 20 to remove impurities; during the period, the fan 5 works to blow impurities to one side to avoid accumulation, and the waste bin 10 collects the fallen impurities; when in polishing, the polishing chamber 20 is tightened inwards under the action of the deformation of the spring 22, so that the polishing head 19 is in close contact with the surface of the waste tire 7, and the polishing effect is improved; after polishing, the carrying motor 17 controls the fixing rod 8 to penetrate through the shielding curtain 2, the waste tire 7 is conveyed to the position above the conveying belt 11, the pushing cylinder 6 works to enable the annular pushing plate 16 to push the waste tire 7 to the surface of the conveying belt 11, the conveying belt 11 conveys the waste tire 7, and the carrying motor 17 controls the fixing rod 8 to reset in the period; with the continuous conveying of conveyer belt 11, send junked tire 7 into crushing room 14, crushing roller 28 work utilizes broken tooth 29 to carry out crushing treatment to junked tire 7, and junked tire 7 after the breakage falls to grinding room 26 through connecting hose 25 in, and grinding motor 12 work control abrasive disc 30 accepts, leads, grinds the piece of junked tire 7, sends into the material case 13 through baffle box 27 at last, accomplishes present junked tire 7's production and treatment.
