After the operation is finished, paint liquid is injected into the liquid storage tank 7-1, then the liquid pump 7-2 is started, the liquid pump 7-2 pumps the paint liquid out of the liquid storage tank 7-1, the paint liquid is poured into the three-way valve 7-4 through the communicating pipe 7-3, the paint liquid entering the three-way valve 7-4 enters the two shunt pipes 7-8 through the two hoses respectively, and the paint liquid entering the shunt pipes 7-8 is blocked by the electric control valves 7-6 in a plurality of closed states respectively.
After the operation is finished, the three rolling doors 4 are respectively controlled to be pulled downwards, so that the distances between the three rolling doors 4 and the upper tangent planes of the two conveyor belts I1-2 and the plurality of rotating hubs 6-2 only allow the integrated ceiling panel to be sprayed to pass through.
After the operation is finished, the baking mechanism 10 is powered on, the baking mechanism 10 is an electric hot plate, the baking mechanism 10 is powered on to generate heat, the two electric fans 9-4 are started at the same time, the two electric fans 9-4 simultaneously extract air upwards, and the heat generated by the baking mechanism 10 flows upwards along with the airflow.
After the operation is finished, the integrated ceiling panel to be sprayed is placed on the conveyor belt I1-2 at the front side, when the integrated ceiling panel is placed, the front side and the back side do not need to be considered, the position on the conveyor belt I1-2 does not need to be considered, the flat state is ensured, the preparation time is shortened, the working efficiency is improved, the conveyor belt I1-2 at the front side drives the integrated ceiling panels to move backwards to the conveyor belt II 5-2, when the integrated ceiling panel is detected by a certain sensor 8-2, the sensor 8-2 controls the corresponding two electric control valves 7-6 to be opened, so that paint liquid is sprayed onto the integrated ceiling panel through the corresponding two nozzles 7-7, then the integrated ceiling panel reaches the plurality of rotating hubs 6-2, and the plurality of rotating hubs 6-2 drive the integrated ceiling panel to move backwards, in the process that the integrated ceiling panel moves on the plurality of rotating hubs 6-2, the integrated ceiling panel is wrapped by upward hot air flow, paint liquid is dried, the drying and solidifying time of paint is shortened, and then the integrated ceiling panel is taken out on the conveying belt I1-2 on the rear side.

the conveying mechanism II (5) comprises a motor II (5-1) and a conveying belt II (5-2), two belt wheels of the conveying belt II (5-2) are rotatably connected to the upper end of the supporting frame (2), the motor II (5-1) is fixedly connected to the supporting frame (2), and an output shaft of the motor II (5-1) is fixedly connected with a belt wheel of one conveying belt II (5-2);
the conveying mechanism III (6) comprises a motor III (6-1), a plurality of rotating hubs (6-2), a gear I (6-3) and gears II (6-4), the rotating hubs (6-2) are arranged, the rotating hubs (6-2) are connected to the rear side of the upper end of the support frame (2) in an equidistance rotating mode, the gears I (6-3) are arranged in a plurality, the gears I (6-3) are respectively fixedly connected to the right ends of the rotating hubs (6-2), a gear II (6-4) is arranged between every two adjacent gears I (6-3), the gears II (6-4) are respectively connected with the gears I (6-3) on the two sides in a gear meshing transmission mode, and the gears II (6-4) are all connected to the support frame (2) in a rotating mode, the motor III (6-1) is fixedly connected to the support frame (2), an output shaft of the motor III (6-1) is fixedly connected with the rotating hub (6-2) at the last side, and the baking mechanism (10) is arranged on the lower side of the rotating hubs (6-2);
