The water outlet device 30 comprises a water outlet tank 31, a transverse plate 32, an inclined notch 33, a first cavity 34, a second cavity 35, a supporting plate 36, a water pump 37, a water pumping pipe 38 and a water delivery pipe 39; the water storage tank 31 is arranged at the left side of the water collecting tank 60 and is fixedly connected with the left side of the water collecting tank; the transverse plate 32 is arranged in the water storage tank 31 and fixedly connected with the water storage tank; the inclined notch 33 is arranged at the upper part in the transverse plate 32; the first chamber 34 is arranged in front of the transverse plate 32; the second chamber 35 is arranged at the rear part of the transverse plate 32; the supporting plate 36 is arranged at the upper part of the water outlet tank 31 and is fixedly connected with the inside of the outer machine shell 1; the water pump 37 is arranged on the upper part of the support plate 36 and is fixedly connected with the upper part of the support plate; one end of the water pumping pipe 38 is arranged on the water pump 37 and fixedly connected with the water pump, and the other end of the water pumping pipe penetrates through the supporting plate 36 and extends into the second chamber 35; one end of the water supply pipe 39 is arranged on the water pump 37 and fixedly connected, and the other end is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 52.

Water falls downwards from the water outlet hole 70 and then flows out from the water outlet pipe 71, when the drainage pipe 56 collides and extrudes with the top plate 74, the top plate 74 moves downwards, the top plate 74 drives the compression spring 73 and the expansion rod 72 to move downwards and also drives the brush roller 75 to move downwards, water drops and dust in the water outlet hole 70 are scraped off, the water flows out from the water outlet pipe 71, under the action of the water, the water rotating shaft 691 rotates, when the water rotating shaft 691 collides with the upper part of the vertical plate 68, the vertical plate 68 tilts, the other end of the vertical plate 68 tilts, the vertical plate 68 tilts to drive the rack 63 to move rightwards, the rack 63 moves to drive the gear 65 to rotate, the gear 65 rotates to drive the winding roller 66 to rotate, the winding roller 66 drives the winding rope 67 to wind, the pushing plate 69 is driven to move rightwards by the winding rope 67, sludge at the bottom of the water collection tank 60 is scraped, and more water is obtained, the water flows into the first chamber 34 through the water inlet 61, and when the first chamber 34 is filled with water, the water flows out of the inclined notch 33 and flows into the second chamber 35.

the water spraying device (8) comprises a housing (80), a water spraying pipe (81) arranged in the housing (80), a plurality of water spraying openings (82) arranged on the circumference of the water spraying pipe (81), a plurality of rubber sheets (83) arranged in the water spraying openings (82), a fan (84) arranged on the housing (80) and a telescopic piece (85) used for connecting the housing (80) and the fan (84); the telescopic piece (85) can drive the housing (80) to move up and down, and the water spray pipe (81) is embedded on the rotating shaft (52) and can rotate;
