By arranging the pressure transmitter, the pressure transmitter can monitor the medium pressure in the modular main body in real time, and whether the filter element is blocked or not can be known according to the pressure value detected by the pressure transmitter; meanwhile, when the pressure detected by the pressure transmitter is equal to or greater than the set value of the pollution signal transmitter, the pollution signal transmitter automatically sends a signal to the system, so that the staff can obtain the blockage condition of the filter element at the first time.
Through setting up temperature probe, make temperature probe can detect the temperature in the filter core in real time to can be in real time with the temperature transfer who detects for the system, make the staff can learn the temperature in the filter core the very first time, the convenience realizes real time monitoring to the temperature in the filter core.
Through setting up the pilot lamp, make temperature probe give the signal ware with temperature data or pollution and give after the system with pressure data transmission, and when the interior medium temperature of filter core exceeded standard or the filter core blockked up seriously, the system sent the signal to the pilot lamp, made the pilot lamp scintillation to make the staff can observe the in service behavior of filter the very first time, make the staff can change the filter the very first time.
Through set up the opening that corresponds with the installation cavity in the modularization main part to install the tail apron that is used for shutoff open-ended in the modularization main part, when making the filter core need change, can pull down the tail apron earlier, directly take out the filter core through the opening after that, and pack into new filter core through the opening, at last with tail apron fixed mounting in the modularization main part can, make the installation and the change of filter core more convenient.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention provides a modular filter, which comprises a modular body 1 and a filter cartridge 2 installed in the modular body 1; and the inserting surface of the modular main body 1 is also provided with a liquid inlet blind plug 3 and a liquid outlet blind plug 4 which are communicated with the filter element 2.

The plug for the night blindness inlet is mainly used for inputting a filter medium, the input medium enters the filter element 2 through the filter element 2, so that the medium is filtered, and the medium filtered and entering the filter element 2 is output through the plug for the night blindness outlet; the plug for the night blindness inlet and the plug for the night blindness outlet are directly used in the prior art, and both the plug for the night blindness inlet and the plug for the night blindness outlet have the pressure relief and self-sealing functions, so that after the plug is taken down from equipment, the inside of the plug can not be provided with pressure, the system end and the plug can realize self-sealing, and no medium can flow out.
When the liquid inlet blind plug is required to be used, the liquid inlet blind plug 3 can be directly inserted into the inserting port of the equipment, and after the liquid inlet blind plug is inserted into the inserting port of the equipment, the liquid inlet blind plug 4 is automatically communicated with the liquid outlet of the equipment, so that the liquid inlet blind plug is quickly installed; meanwhile, the invention is arranged into modules, thereby not only facilitating the installation or the disassembly of the filter, but also solving the problem that the prior filter is not beneficial to standardized arrangement due to different shapes
Guide rails 5 are arranged on two sides of the modular main body 1; the axial direction of the guide rail 5 is arranged along the insertion direction of the modular body 1, the shape of the guide rail 5 can be a rectangular strip, a rectangular groove, an I-shaped shaft and other structures, the guide rail 5 is mainly used for guiding the invention when being inserted into a socket on equipment, and particularly, the specific shape of the guide rail 5 can be adjusted according to a guiding structure on the socket of the equipment.
Still seted up installation cavity 6 in the modularization main part 1, and filter core 2 installs in installation cavity 6, has seted up inlet channel 7 and liquid outlet channel 8 on the modularization main part 1, and inlet channel 7's both ends communicate with feed inlet blind plug 3, installation cavity 6 respectively, and liquid outlet channel 8's both ends communicate with liquid outlet blind plug 4, filter core 2 inside respectively. The installation cavity 6 is cylindrical, the diameter of the upper end of the installation cavity 6 is larger than the diameter of the filter element 2, the diameter of the lower end of the installation cavity 6 is matched with the diameter of the filter element 2, so that the filter element 2 is installed in the installation cavity 6, and the lower end of the filter element 2 is fixed through being matched with the lower end of the installation cavity 6.
The inlet end of the liquid inlet channel 7 is connected with the liquid inlet blind plug 3, the outlet end of the liquid inlet channel 7 is communicated with the upper part of the mounting cavity 6, so that after the liquid inlet blind plug 3 is connected with a liquid outlet on equipment, a medium can enter the liquid inlet channel 7 through the liquid inlet blind plug 3 and enter the mounting cavity 6 through the liquid inlet channel 7; the inlet end of the liquid outlet channel 8 is communicated with the open end of the filter element 2, the outlet end of the liquid outlet channel 8 is connected with the liquid outlet blind plug 4, when the medium entering the installation cavity 6 is filtered by the filter element 2 and then enters the filter element 2, the medium entering the filter element 2 enters the liquid outlet channel 8 through the open end of the filter element 2 and finally is discharged through the liquid outlet blind plug 4.
A pollution transmitter 9 and a pressure transmitter 10 for detecting the pressure in the installation cavity 6 are also arranged in the modular main body 1; the plugging surface of the modular main body 1 is also provided with a socket 11, and the pollution transmitter 9 and the pressure transmitter 10 are both electrically connected with the socket 11; the pollution transmitter 9 and the pressure transmitter 10 are both directly used in the prior art, the type of the pollution transmitter 9 is ZKF-II, the type of the pressure transmitter 10 is PPM-T222E, and the range of the pressure transmitter 10 is 0-2 Mpa; pressure transmitter 10 is used for turning into electrical signal to the pressure signal who detects, and pressure transmitter 10 sends the signal of telecommunication of conversion for polluting signal sender 9, pollutes signal sender 9 and compares according to the signal of telecommunication of receiving, when the pressure that contrasts out pressure transmitter 10 and detect is greater than preset pressure, pollutes signal sender 9 and sends out the signal to the system automatically, makes indicating system operating personnel wash or change filter core 2, ensures the safe operation of system.
The row plug 11, the liquid inlet blind plug 3 and the liquid outlet blind plug 4 are arranged on the same surface of the modular main body 1, and the row plug 11 can be arranged between the liquid inlet blind plug 3 and the liquid outlet blind plug 4, so that after the modular main body 1 is inserted into the insertion port of the equipment, the row plug 11 can be inserted into the insertion port of the equipment, the invention is electrically connected with the equipment, an external power supply for polluting the transmitter 9 and the pressure transmitter 10 is not needed, and the insertion of the row plug 11 and the equipment is more stable after the row plug is inserted into the insertion port of the equipment.
A temperature measuring probe 12 for detecting the temperature in the installation cavity 6 is also installed in the modular main body 1, and the temperature measuring probe 12 is electrically connected with the extension socket 11; the temperature measuring probe 12 is a PT100 or other platinum resistance sensor, the detection temperature is-55 ℃ to +85 ℃, the temperature measuring probe 12 detects the temperature of the medium in the installation cavity 6, and transmits the detected temperature signal to the system through the extension socket 11 after the temperature detection is finished, so that the operator of the system can observe the temperature of the medium in real time.
The modularized main body 1 is also provided with an indicator light 13, and the indicator light 13 is electrically connected with the extension socket 11; the indicator light 13 is positioned at the tail part of the modular main body 1, namely on the opposite surface of the extension socket 11, so that after the modular main body 1 is inserted into the insertion port of the equipment, the indicator light 13 is still exposed outside, and workers can visually see the indicator light 13; when the extension socket 11 is inserted into equipment, the indicator light 13 is powered on, and at the moment, after the system detects that the filter element 2 in the air conditioner is blocked or the temperature of a medium is too high, the system controls the indicator light 13 to flicker, so that a worker can know the service state of the air conditioner at the first time.
Installation cavity 6 and filter core 2 are a plurality ofly, and a plurality of filter cores 2 are installed one by one in a plurality of installation cavities 6, and communicate each other between a plurality of installation cavities 6, inlet channel 7's exit end and arbitrary installation cavity 6 intercommunication, go out the entrance point of liquid channel 8 jointly with the inside intercommunication of a plurality of filter cores 2. According to the invention, by arranging the plurality of filter element 2 structures, the sufficient filtering area is ensured, and the filtering effect of the medium is better.
Check valves are arranged in the liquid inlet channel 7 and the liquid outlet channel 8, so that medium backflow is effectively avoided, and the filtering effect of the filter is ensured.
A bypass channel 14 communicated with the liquid inlet channel 7 is further formed in the modular main body 1, and a bypass valve 15 is mounted at the outlet end of the bypass channel 14; the exit end of bypass channel 14 is located the afterbody or the side of modularization main part 1, and when the system detected that filter core 2 blocks up and reaches certain degree, when pollution signal transmitter 9 sent the signal of holding tightly to the system, the system made pilot lamp 13 show, and bypass valve 15 is opened to the accessible this moment, prevents that filter core 2 from blockking up the serious condition that leads to the unable flow of medium.
An opening 16 corresponding to the installation cavity 6 is formed in the modular main body 1, and a tail cover plate 17 for plugging the opening 16 is further installed on the modular main body 1; opening 16 corresponds with the lower extreme of filter core 2, and the diameter of opening 16 cooperates with the diameter of filter core 2, in order to prevent that filter core 2 from installing and droing in installation cavity 6, can install a support frame in opening 16, after tail cover plate 17 is fixed, the upper end of support frame supports tightly with filter core 2 lower extreme, the lower extreme and the tail apron 17 of support tightly, when needs are installed or are changed filter core 2, can pull down tail cover plate 17 earlier, then take out the support frame, take out filter core 2 through opening 16 at last, install new filter core 2 in installation cavity 6 through opening 16, and install the support frame in opening 16, it can to fix tail cover plate 17, make the installation and the dismantlement of filter core 2 more convenient.
The filter element 2 can also ensure that the interior of the filter element 2 is communicated with the liquid inlet channel 7, and the installation cavity 6 is communicated with the liquid outlet channel 8; meanwhile, the medium for filtering in the present application may be 65# coolant or fluorocarbon coolant or other liquid phase medium.
When the pollution alarm device needs to be used, the pollution alarm device is directly inserted into an inserting port of equipment through the guide of the guide rail 5, and is locked and fixed through a locking structure on the equipment after being inserted into the inserting port of the equipment, at the moment, a liquid inlet blind plug 3 on the modular main body 1 is inserted into a liquid outlet of the equipment and is communicated with the liquid outlet of the equipment, a liquid outlet blind plug 4 on the modular main body 1 is inserted into a liquid inlet of the equipment and is communicated with the liquid inlet of the equipment, and a row plug 11 is inserted into a jack of the equipment, so that the pollution alarm device 9, the indicator lamp 13, the pressure transmitter 10 and the temperature measuring probe 12 are electrified.
Then, the medium in the equipment enters the liquid inlet channel 7 through the liquid inlet blind plug 3 and enters the installation cavity 6 through the liquid inlet channel 7, the medium entering the installation cavity 6 enters the filter element 2 through the filter element 2, the medium entering the filter element 2 enters the liquid outlet channel 8, and finally the medium is sent into the equipment through the liquid outlet blind plug 4.
