Description

High-efficient medical male sex subassembly of urinating
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a high-efficiency medical male urination component.
Background
Urination is a heavy task in the care of bedridden patients who mostly need to urinate with the aid of a urination apparatus.
As shown in fig. 1, the prior art provides a urine drainage device, which comprises a urine receiving sleeve 21, a urinary catheter 42 and a urine suction device 40, wherein an annular air bag 22 is arranged in the urine receiving sleeve 21, one end of the urine receiving sleeve 21 is connected with the urinary catheter 42, the urine suction device 40 is arranged between the urine receiving sleeve 21 and the urinary catheter 42, and the urine suction device 40 is used for sucking away urine remained in the urine receiving sleeve 21 after the completion of urination. Wherein the urine absorbing device 40 is composed of a valve and a urine absorbing material. When a bedridden male patient urinates, the penis of the male patient is firstly put into the urine receiving sleeve 21, then the annular air sac 22 is inflated to expand the annular air sac 22, the expanded annular air sac 22 fills the gap between the penis of the patient and the urine receiving sleeve 21, then the valve is closed, and the urine absorbing material is isolated from the inside of the urine receiving sleeve 21 by the valve, so that the urine is discharged along the urinary catheter 42. After the urination is finished, the valve is opened, and the urine remained in the urine receiving sleeve 21 can flow to the urine absorbing material from the valve.
Wherein, in the process of urination of the male patient, the penis of the male patient becomes thick due to the ballooning effect of urine, and after urination is finished, the ballooning effect of the urine disappears, so that the penis of the male patient becomes thin. When the urination apparatus is used, after the male patient urinates, a gap is formed between the penis of the male patient and the annular air bag 22, so that part of residual urine is splashed onto a sickbed or a patient along the gap. Further, the residual urine is absorbed by the self-absorption of the urine absorbing material, and since the absorption force of the urine absorbing material is small, it is difficult to absorb the residual urine completely, and when the penis of the patient is removed from the urine receiving sleeve 21, the residual urine is scattered on the bed or the patient, so that improvement is urgently needed.

Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In addition, technical solutions between various embodiments may be combined with each other, but must be realized by a person skilled in the art, and when the technical solutions are contradictory or cannot be realized, such a combination should not be considered to exist, and is not within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, one embodiment of the invention provides a high-efficiency medical male urination assembly, which comprises a urine receiving sleeve 1, a urine guide barrel 2 and a movable piece 3. The upper end of the urine receiving sleeve 1 has a first urine discharge hole 101, and the first urine discharge hole 101 is used for connecting with a urinary catheter or a urine receiving bag or the like to discharge urine when a patient urinates.
As shown in fig. 3, the aforementioned urine guiding tube 2 is sleeved on the urine receiving sleeve 1, and the lower end of the urine guiding tube 2 is in sealing fit with the urine receiving sleeve 1. Preferably, the lower end of the catheter 2 may be integrally formed on the urine receiving sleeve 1, or the lower end of the catheter 2 may be connected to the urine receiving sleeve 1 via a flange. Wherein, form the urination chamber 201 that the opening expands outward gradually from bottom to top between urethral catheterization section of thick bamboo 2 and the urine receiving cover 1, the bottom in urination chamber 201 is equipped with second urination hole 102 and the inside through-hole 103 of intercommunication urine receiving cover 1, preferentially, the quantity of this through-hole 103 can be a plurality of, and encircle the central line setting of urine receiving cover 1, so make the urine that remains in urine receiving cover 1 can in time flow to urination chamber 201 along through-hole 103. The second urination hole 102 is used for connecting a urinary catheter or a urine receiving bag. After the male bedridden patient urinates, the urine remained between the penis of the male bedridden patient and the urine receiving sleeve 1 can enter the urination cavity 201 through the through hole 103 and then be discharged through the second urination hole 102.
As shown in fig. 3, the urine guiding tube 2 and the outer sidewall 31 of the urine receiving sleeve 1 are engaged to form a urine discharging cavity 201 therebetween in a ring shape, and the urine guiding tube 2 may be in a frustum shape, so that urine entering the urine discharging cavity 201 can be collected at the bottom to be conveniently discharged from the second urine discharging hole 102. In a specific application example, as shown in fig. 4, the bottom 2011 of the urination chamber 201 can be an inclined surface, and the second urination hole 102 is disposed at the lowest position of the inclined surface, so that urine collected in the urination chamber 201 can be smoothly discharged from the second urination hole 102 under the action of gravity.
As shown in fig. 3, the inner wall of the urine receiving sleeve 1 is sleeved with an annular air bag 11, and the annular air bag 11 can seal the gap between the penis of the patient and the urine receiving sleeve 1 when being inflated, so as to prevent urine from leaking. Wherein, the upper end of the annular air bag 11 is not lower than the bottom of the through hole 103 and not higher than the top of the through hole 103 when being inflated, and the design is mainly because if the upper end of the annular air bag 11 is lower than the bottom of the through hole 103 when being inflated, partial urine is caused to remain between the upper end of the annular air bag 11 and the bottom of the through hole 103; if the upper end of the annular bladder 11 is higher than the top of the through hole 103 when inflated, the through hole 103 is blocked, so that urine cannot flow from the through hole 103 into the urination chamber 201.
As shown in fig. 3, an elastic membrane 12 for sealing the upper end of the urination cavity 201 is further disposed between the urination barrel 2 and the urine receiving sleeve 1, the elastic membrane 12 may be annular, the outer ring of the elastic membrane 12 may be bonded to the urination barrel 2, and the inner ring of the elastic membrane 12 may be bonded to the urine receiving sleeve 1. The elastic membrane 12 may be a latex membrane or the like, similar to the material of a balloon.
As shown in fig. 3, the movable member 3 is disposed on the catheter 2 to form a sealed chamber 302 therebetween. The sealed chamber 302 communicates with the annular bladder 11 through the air tube 4. The movable member 3 is used to press the elastic membrane 12 or release the elastic membrane 12, and the volume of the sealed chamber 302 is gradually reduced when the elastic membrane 12 is gradually pressed, and the volume of the sealed chamber 302 is gradually increased when the elastic membrane 12 is gradually released. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, when the movable member 3 gradually presses the elastic membrane 12, the movable member 3 extends into the urination chamber 201, and at this time, the volume of the urination chamber 201 gradually decreases, and the air in the urination chamber 201 is compressed to push out the residual urine from the second urination hole 102; meanwhile, the volume of the sealed cavity 302 is gradually reduced, and as the sealed cavity 302 is communicated with the annular air bag 11 through the air pipe 4, at the moment, the movable piece 3 extrudes part of air in the sealed cavity 302 to the annular air bag 11, so that the annular air bag 11 is expanded, and gaps caused by penis thinning after the male patient urinates.
In the above example, when the movable element 3 releases the elastic membrane 12 and moves further backward, the volume of the sealed cavity 302 can be further increased, so that part of the gas in the annular air bag 11 can be sucked into the sealed cavity 302, and the volume of the annular air bag 11 is reduced, so that the male patient can conveniently pull out the penis from the urine receiving sleeve 1 after urinating.
When the efficient medical male urination assembly is used, firstly, the penis of a patient is inserted into the urine receiving sleeve 1, then the movable element 3 is moved, so that the volume of the sealed cavity 302 is reduced, part of gas in the sealed cavity 302 is extruded into the annular air bag 11 by the movable element 3, and the annular air bag 11 is expanded, so that a gap between the penis of the male patient and the urine receiving sleeve 1 is sealed; then the male patient starts urination, and the urine is discharged through the first urination hole 101; after the male patient urinates, part of residual urine flows to the urination cavity 201 from the through hole 103 along the inner wall of the urine receiving sleeve 1, at the moment, the movable piece 3 is moved, the movable piece 3 gradually presses the elastic membrane 12, so that the volume of the urination cavity 201 is reduced, and the residual urine in the urination cavity 201 is extruded out from the second urination hole 102; wherein, in the process of pressing the elastic membrane 12, the movable part 3 also presses the sealed cavity 302, so that the volume of the sealed cavity 302 is reduced, part of gas in the sealed cavity 302 is pressed to the annular air bag 11 through the air pipe 4, and the annular air bag 11 is expanded, so as to fill up the gap caused by penis thinning after the male patient urinates; after the residual urine is discharged, the movable element 3 is moved back, the movable element 3 gradually loosens the elastic membrane 12, and the volume of the sealed cavity 302 is gradually increased, so that part of the gas in the annular air bag 11 is sucked into the sealed cavity 302, the volume of the annular air bag 11 is reduced, and the penis is conveniently pulled out from the urine receiving sleeve 1 after the male patient discharges the urine.
These requirements are stated as follows: the aforementioned movable member 3 is similar to a piston, and is capable of pressing the gas in the seal chamber 302 to the annular bag 11, or sucking the gas in the annular bag 11 to the seal chamber 302.
In order to prevent the seal cavity 302 from being excessively compressed to cause the annular airbag 11 to be excessively inflated when the movable member 3 moves, it is preferable that, as shown in fig. 3, the seal cavity 302 is provided with a pressure valve 10, and when the pressure is excessively high, the pressure valve 10 can automatically exhaust to prevent the annular airbag 11 from being excessively inflated to press the penis of the male bedridden patient to cause injury.
In order to perform the function of the movable element 3, such that the movable element 3 can press or release the elastic membrane 12 and the volume of the sealed cavity 302 can be adjusted, as shown in fig. 5, the movable element 3 may include an annular sleeve having an annular cavity 303, wherein one end of the annular cavity 303 is closed and the other end is open. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the outer sidewall 31 of the annular sleeve is fitted over the catheter 2 with a sliding sealing fit therebetween. Preferably, the outer side wall 31 of the annular sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the urethral catheterization tube 2, and the annular sleeve and the urethral catheterization tube can be in sliding sealing fit in a surface contact mode. The inner side wall 32 of the annular sleeve is sleeved on the urine receiving sleeve 1, and the annular sleeve is used for moving along the axial direction of the urine receiving sleeve 1 and pressing or loosening the elastic membrane 12 through the end part of the inner side wall 32. The space between the annular chamber 303 and the elastic membrane 12 forms the aforementioned sealed chamber 302. Specifically, the annular sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the urine receiving sleeve 1 through the inner side wall 32, the open end of the annular sleeve faces downwards, and the outer side wall 31 is sleeved on the urine guide barrel 2. When the annular sleeve moves downwards along the axial direction of the urine receiving sleeve 1, the elastic membrane 12 can be pressed, and the volumes of the sealing cavity 302 and the urination cavity 201 are reduced; the annular sleeve is moved upwards in the axial direction of the urine receiving sleeve 1 to release the elastic membrane 12, whereby both the sealing chamber 302 and the urination chamber 201 are increased in volume.
In order to facilitate the sliding of the above-mentioned ring sleeve, as shown in fig. 3, the upper end of the catheter 2 may be provided with a ring guide 13, and the ring guide 13 is parallel to the outer sidewall 31 of the ring sleeve, preferably, the center line of the ring guide 13 and the center line of the urine receiving sleeve 1 coincide with each other. Wherein, the urethral catheterization section of thick bamboo 2 cup joints through annular deflector 13 and the lateral wall 31 of annulus, and sliding seal cooperation between the two. In this example, the outer sidewall 31 of the annular sleeve is not directly sleeved on the urethral catheterization section of thick bamboo 2, mainly because the urethral catheterization section of thick bamboo 2 is frustum-shaped, and if the outer sidewall 31 of the annular sleeve is directly sleeved on the outside of the frustum-shaped urethral catheterization section of thick bamboo 2, the sliding sealing fit between the two can be affected. In this example, the movement of the annular sleeve is guided by the annular guide plate 13 arranged at the upper end of the catheter 2, and the annular sleeve can be indirectly connected to the catheter 2 via the annular guide plate 13.
In order to limit the movement of the annular sleeve, as shown in fig. 3, a limit block 9 may be protruded on an outer side wall 31 of the annular guide plate 13, and the limit block 9 may be rod-shaped. The outer side wall 31 of the annular sleeve is provided with a limiting through groove 301. The limiting block 9 passes through the limiting through groove 301. The limiting block 9 is used for abutting against one side of the limiting through groove 301 when the annular sleeve moves to the first limiting position, and abutting against the other side of the limiting through groove 301 when the annular sleeve moves to the second limiting position. The movement of the annular sleeve can be limited by the matching of the limiting block 9 and the limiting through groove 301, so that the annular sleeve can only move between the limited first limit position and the limited second limit position, and the annular sleeve is prevented from excessively extruding the elastic membrane 12 and unnecessarily excessively sucking the annular air bag 11.
To further guide the movement of the annulus and prevent gas from escaping from the chamber 302, it is preferred that the inner side wall 32 of the annulus is in sliding sealing engagement with the urisheath 1, for example both may be in surface contact.
In order to facilitate the connection of the air tube 4 with the sealed cavity 302, preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the closed end of the annular cavity 303 may be provided with a first air nozzle 5 communicated with the inside, the first air nozzle 5 protrudes out of the annular sleeve, one end of the air tube 4 is inserted into the first air nozzle 5, and the sealed cavity 302 is connected with the air tube 4 through the first air nozzle 5.
Similarly, in order to facilitate the connection between the air tube 4 and the annular air bag 11, as shown in fig. 3, the annular air bag 11 may have a second air nozzle 6, the annular air bag 11 is fixed on the inner wall of the urine receiving sleeve 1, the second air nozzle 6 passes through the inner wall of the urine receiving sleeve 1 and extends out of the urine receiving sleeve 1, the other end of the air tube 4 is inserted into the second air nozzle 6, and the annular air bag 11 is connected to the air tube 4 through the second air nozzle 6.
As shown in fig. 3, the lower end of the urine receiving sleeve 1 may be provided with a flexible urine absorbing sleeve 7, the flexible urine absorbing sleeve 7 may be a cotton sleeve or the like, when the male bedridden patient urinates, the flexible urine absorbing sleeve 7 is sleeved on the penis of the male bedridden patient along with the urine receiving sleeve 1, and after the urination is finished, when the penis of the male bedridden patient is pulled out from the urine receiving sleeve 1, the flexible urine absorbing sleeve 7 has an effect of wiping the penis of the male bedridden patient, so as to further prevent the residual urine from scattering on the clothes or bed sheets of the patient.
Further, the flexible urisheath 7 can be detached from the urisheath 1 to facilitate replacement after the flexible urisheath 7 is saturated with excess urine. Preferably, the high efficiency medical male urinary system of the present invention may include a screw cap 8. The outer side wall 31 at the lower end of the urine receiving sleeve 1 is provided with external threads, and the threaded sleeve 8 is used for being connected to the outer side wall 31 at the lower end of the urine receiving sleeve 1 in a threaded manner and clamping the flexible urine absorbing sleeve 7 between the two.
As shown in fig. 3, the urine receiving sleeve 1 may be a frustum-shaped sleeve, and one end of the urine receiving sleeve 1 away from the urine receiving sleeve is a small end, so that the urine receiving sleeve 1 can be fitted to the penis of the male bedridden patient after being sleeved on the penis of the male bedridden patient, and the penis of the male bedridden patient can be wiped cleanly when the penis is pulled out.
The working principle and preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below.
The invention aims to design a high-efficiency medical male urination assembly, when in use, firstly, the penis of a patient is stretched into a urine receiving sleeve 1, and a flexible urine absorbing sleeve 7 is sleeved at the root of the penis of a male bedridden patient along with the urine receiving sleeve 1; then the annular sleeve is moved downwards, the annular sleeve compresses the sealing cavity 302, and the gas in the sealing cavity 302 flows into the annular air bag 11 through the air pipe 4 to expand the annular air bag 11 so as to seal the gap between the penis of the male patient and the urine receiving sleeve 1; then, the male bedridden patient starts to urinate, and the urine is discharged through the first urination hole 101; after the male patient urinates, part of residual urine flows to the urination cavity 201 from the through hole 103 along the inner wall of the urine receiving sleeve 1; then continuing to slide the annular sleeve downwards, the end part of the inner side wall 32 of the annular sleeve starts to press the elastic membrane 12, so that the volume of the urination cavity 201 is reduced, and the urine remained in the urination cavity 201 is squeezed out from the second urination hole 102; when the annular sleeve downwards presses the elastic membrane 12, the sealing cavity 302 is continuously compressed, and the gas in the sealing cavity 302 flows into the annular air bag 11 to continuously expand the annular air bag 11 so as to fill a gap caused by penis thinning after the male patient urinates; after the residual urine is discharged, the annular sleeve is moved back upwards, the annular sleeve gradually loosens the elastic membrane 12, and the volume of the sealed cavity 302 is gradually increased, so that part of the gas in the annular air bag 11 is sucked into the sealed cavity 302, the volume of the annular air bag 11 is reduced, and the penis is conveniently pulled out of the urine receiving sleeve 1 after the male patient discharges the urine. When the penis of the male bedridden patient is pulled out of the urine receiving sleeve 1, the flexible urine absorbing sleeve 7 has the effect of wiping the penis of the male bedridden patient so as to further prevent residual urine from scattering on clothes or bed sheets of the patient.
