step 5, the pioneer drills into the set depth and then is taken out;
step 6, taking down the positioner from the handpiece 2 of the dental implant handpiece 1;
and 7, taking down the pilot drill by the handpiece 2, and installing the reamer to continue the operation until the hole preparation is completed.

Operation locator of hole art is equipped with in posterior tooth implantation for hole surgery is equipped with in posterior tooth implantation, includes: the dental implant comprises a dental implant mobile phone, a machine head, a drill bit and a positioner; implant cell-phone front end be the aircraft nose, the aircraft nose is connected with the drill bit, the locator is connected with the aircraft nose, the locator include: the dental implant comprises a dental end, a mobile phone end and a cross bar, wherein the two ends of the cross bar are respectively connected with the dental end and the mobile phone end, the mobile phone end is connected with a machine head of the dental implant mobile phone, and the dental end is connected with the same tooth opposite to the operation position.

step 5, the pioneer drills into the set depth and then is taken out;
step 6, taking down the positioner from the handpiece of the dental implant handpiece;
and 7, taking down the pioneer drill by the handpiece, and installing the reamer to continue the operation until the hole preparation is completed.
