Detailed Description
To further explain the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the intended purpose, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
Although the contact force between the catheter and the tissue can be obtained by arranging a sensor, the clinically used magnetic navigation ablation catheter does not have the function of monitoring the contact force between an electrode and the tissue, and the used three-dimensional mapping and ablation system does not have the function of evaluating the contact quality of the head end of the magnetic catheter. Based on the method, the method for evaluating and visually displaying the contact quality of the head end of the magnetic conduit in real time is established.
According to the monitoring method of the contact force of the catheter tip, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the method is used for monitoring the contact force between the catheter and a lesion site when the catheter is used for repairing and treating the lesion site, and as shown in figure 1, the method comprises the following steps:
s100, establishing a corresponding relation between the contact force and the indication information in advance;
s200, obtaining the contact force between the current catheter and the focus part, and presenting indication information based on the corresponding relation so as to monitor the contact force.
According to the method for monitoring the contact force of the catheter head end, which is disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, by establishing the corresponding relation between the contact force and the indication information in advance, the indication information corresponding to the current contact force can be presented according to the corresponding relation when the contact force between the catheter and the focus position is obtained, so that an operator can conveniently obtain the contact force condition of the catheter head end according to the indication information, the operator can be guided in real time to adjust the catheter operation in time, and the problems of complication, ineffective ablation and near-far period recurrence are avoided.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the indication information comprises at least one of: indicating color, indicating sound, indicating numerical value and indicating text. That is, the indication information may be at least one of an indication color, an indication sound, an indication numerical value, and an indication text.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, when the indication information is an indication color, the pre-establishing a corresponding relationship between the contact force and the indication information includes:
according to the magnitude of the contact force, the contact force in a preset range is divided into a plurality of value areas, and each value area uniquely corresponds to one indication color.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the numerical value region and the indication color have a corresponding relationship:
when the numerical range of the contact force is 0-4 gram force, the indicating color is white;
when the numerical range of the contact force is 5-9 gram force, the indicating color is blue;
when the numerical range of the contact force is 10-29 gram force, the indicating color is green;
when the numerical range of the contact force is 30-39 gram force, the indicating color is yellow;
when the contact force is in the range of 40-50 grams of force, the indication color is red.
It should be noted that the preset value range of the contact force and the corresponding relationship of the indication color may be default by the system, or may be preset according to the individual specific condition of the patient.
According to some embodiments of the invention, presenting the indication information based on the correspondence comprises: and determining a numerical value area where the current contact force is located, and displaying an indication color corresponding to the numerical value area.
It should be noted that, during the catheter ablation operation, the contact force of the catheter can be obtained in real time, and the corresponding indication color is displayed according to the numerical range where the contact force is located, so that the operator can conveniently obtain the real-time condition of the contact force of the catheter head end.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method further comprises: establishing a corresponding relation between the indication color and the indication type, comprising:
when the indication color is white, the indication type is invalid contact;
when the indication color is blue, the indication type is intermittent contact;
when the indication color is green, the indication type is effective contact;
when the indication color is yellow, the indication type is warning contact;
when the indication color is red, the indication type is a dangerous contact.
It should be noted that, when the indication color corresponding to the contact force is displayed, the indication type may also be displayed at the same time. For example, when the contact force is 15 grams of force, a green indication color can be displayed, and simultaneously, an indication type of 'effective contact' is displayed, so that an operator with little experience can accurately acquire the condition of the contact force of the catheter head end.
In some embodiments of the invention, the area of the indicator color and/or the color parameter increases with increasing contact force within the corresponding range of values, the color parameter comprising: color brightness and color saturation. That is, in the contact force range corresponding to the same indication color, as the contact force increases, the display area of the indication color increases, the brightness of the indication color increases, or the saturation of the indication color increases. Of course, it is also possible that, as the contact force increases, the display area of the indication color, the brightness of the indication color, and the saturation of the indication color increase accordingly. Therefore, the contact force condition in the contact force range corresponding to the indication color can be obtained by the operator.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the display duration of the indicator color matches the duration of the contact force within the corresponding range of values. For example, the display duration of the indicator color may be equal to the duration of the contact force being within the corresponding range of values. As shown in FIG. 3, when the contact force lasts 3 seconds within the range of 10-29 grams of force, the corresponding green indication color display time length is also 3 seconds.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the indication information is an indication sound, the corresponding relationship between the contact force and the indication sound is: the indication sound increases with increasing contact force. That is, as the contact force increases, an increasingly loud indication sound may be emitted. When the dangerous contact force range is reached, an alarm sound can be given. Therefore, the operator can conveniently acquire the contact force condition according to the change of the sound intensity.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, when the indication information is an indication value, the corresponding relationship between the contact force and the indication information is: the indicated value is a quantified value of the contact force. That is, the indication information may be a numerical value directly showing the magnitude of the contact force. For example, when the contact force is 18 grams force, an indication value of "18 grams force" may be correspondingly displayed. Therefore, the operator can conveniently and accurately obtain the magnitude of the contact force, and the operation is convenient to carry out.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the indication information is an indication character, the pre-establishing a correspondence between the contact force and the indication information includes:
a plurality of different sets of indication words are provided, for example, the indication words may be the above-mentioned word information such as "invalid contact, intermittent contact, valid contact, warning contact, dangerous contact", and the like.
According to the magnitude of the contact force, the contact force in a preset range is divided into a plurality of numerical value areas, and each numerical value area uniquely corresponds to one group of indication characters.
As shown in fig. 3, when the contact force is 45 grams force, a "dangerous contact" indication text message is displayed to remind the operator that the contact force of the catheter head end is too large.
As shown in fig. 2, a system 100 for monitoring contact force at a catheter tip according to an embodiment of the present invention, the system 100 being used for monitoring contact force between a catheter and a lesion site during a repair treatment of the lesion site with the catheter, the system 100 comprising: the device comprises a presetting module 10, an obtaining module 20 and a display module 30.
The preset module 10 is used for establishing a corresponding relationship between a contact force and indication information in advance, the obtaining module 20 is used for obtaining the contact force between the current catheter and the focus part, and the display module 30 is used for displaying the indication information based on the corresponding relationship so as to monitor the contact force.
According to the monitoring system 100 for the contact force of the catheter tip, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the contact quality of the catheter tip and the variation trend of the contact quality can be visually displayed in real time. The operator can adjust the position and the tension of the head end of the catheter in advance according to the variation trend of the contact quality of the head end of the flexible magnetic catheter, thereby improving the safety and the efficiency of the operation and improving the near-term and long-term curative effect.

It is to be understood that the following description is only exemplary, and not a specific limitation of the invention.
The method and the system for monitoring the contact force of the head end of the catheter can be used for monitoring the contact force between the head end of the flexible magnetic catheter and an endocardium in real time when the flexible magnetic catheter is used for performing a heart part radio frequency ablation operation.
As shown in fig. 3, considering the factors of surgical safety, near-far effect, surgical efficiency, etc. comprehensively, the contact quality of the flexible magnetic catheter and the endocardial target spot can be divided into: dangerous contacts (red), alert contacts (yellow), steady contacts (green), intermittent contacts (blue), and invalid contacts (white). The method comprises the following specific steps:
dangerous contact: the actual contact pressure of the head end of the guide pipe is continuously larger than the upper limit of the preset safety value and is displayed as red flicker, the flicker frequency is in direct proportion to the preset safety value, the red duration time is consistent with the pressure exceeding time, and the safety value range is 40-50 grams of force.
Warning contact: instruct the actual contact pressure of tube head end to get into and predetermine warning value scope, show as yellow scintillation, yellow duration and pressure are located warning scope time unanimous, warning value scope: 30-39.9 g.
And (3) stable contact: and guiding the actual contact pressure of the pipe head end to be in a preset effective value range, displaying the actual contact pressure as green, wherein the green time is consistent with the time when the pressure is in the range. The range of the experience effective value is 5-29.9 gram force.
Intermittent contact: and guiding the contact force between the tube head end electrode and the tissue to be within a preset intermittent contact value range, displaying the contact force as blue flicker, wherein the flicker time is consistent with the time when the pressure is within the range, and the preset intermittent contact experience value range is 0-4.9 gram force.
Invalid contact: the head end of the catheter is not in contact with the endocardial surface, the contact pressure is zero, white flicker is displayed, and the flicker duration time is consistent with the zero contact pressure time.
During operation, the contact force of the head end of the flexible magnetic catheter is monitored in real time by adopting the following method steps:
s1, the three-dimensional mapping system senses the shape and position change of the head end of the flexible magnetic conduit in real time and rapidly calculates the change of the instantaneous contact pressure.
S2, the operator presets or defaults the catheter contact quality classification range.
And S3, displaying the contact quality and the change of the catheter tip in real time according to color partition and preset flicker according to the actual change of the contact pressure value of the catheter tip per second. The color depth of the quality subareas is in direct proportion to the actual contact pressure, and the color flicker frequency is in direct proportion to the actual contact pressure.
S4, when the actual contact pressure dynamically changes over two or more contact quality ranges, the corresponding color, color depth, and flicker frequency change synchronously.
Therefore, an operator can timely adjust the position and the tension of the catheter according to the contact quality display result and can adjust the catheter and the tension in advance according to the contact quality change trend. The operator prevents the surgical complications by preventing the contact quality of the catheter tip from changing from a warning area (yellow) to a dangerous area (red). The operator can prevent the contact quality of the catheter tip from changing from an effective area (green) to an ineffective area (blue and white), improve the operation efficiency and prevent the near-term and long-term relapse.
While the invention has been described in connection with specific embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that it is intended by the appended drawings and description that the invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention.
