Abstract
The invention discloses a children pharynx image acquisition device, belonging to medical appliances; aims to provide a pharyngeal image shooting device which has simple structure and convenient operation and can replace oral components at one time. It comprises a handle, an oral cavity expansion part, a light source and a camera; the handle (15) is connected with the main body (9) into a whole, the nipple-shaped oral cavity expansion part (1) is detachably and fixedly connected with the main body, one end of the line tube (2) sealed in the oral cavity expansion part (1) is fixedly connected with the main body (9), and the camera (6) and the light source are fixed at the other end of the line tube (2) through the mounting plate (7); the light source is electrically connected with a controller (3) fixed in the wire tube, the camera (6) is electrically connected with the controller (3) through a shooting button (14), and the controller (3) is electrically connected with a power supply through a power switch (10). The invention can acquire clear videos of the oral cavity and the pharyngeal portion from multiple angles; is an oral cavity shooting device suitable for pediatrics.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an oral disease image shooting device, in particular to a child pharyngeal image acquisition device; belongs to medical appliances.
Background
Examination of the mouth of a child is a common diagnostic method in pediatric clinics, and doctors usually observe the mouth by means of tools such as a wooden tongue spatula and a flashlight. Although relatively simple, there are the following drawbacks:
1) children are young and immature in mind, fear and conflict psychology exist on strangers, and most of children are reluctant to cooperate with mouth opening or are not in place. The observation of doctors is seriously influenced, which leads to inaccurate observation or more time-consuming observation.
2) A tongue depressor and a flashlight are required to be held by one hand, and the light of the flashlight can be shielded by the hand holding the tongue depressor, the lighting angle is influenced, and the operation difficulty is increased. In order to overcome the above drawbacks, various expanding devices for pediatric oral diagnosis are currently available, such as "CN 204698500U", "CN 205386132U", "CN 207785195U", "CN 108992025A", and the like. Although the patent technologies can force the sick children to open mouths, the traditional principle of tongue pressing is still used, so the fear, the conflict and the resistance of the sick children cannot be eliminated. In addition, the above patent techniques only help doctors to observe the oral cavity in more detail, but cannot further observe the pharyngeal condition deep in the oral cavity. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: it comprises a handle, an oral cavity expansion part, a light source and a camera; the handle is connected with the main body into a whole, the nipple-shaped oral cavity expansion part is detachably and fixedly connected with the main body, one end of a wire tube enclosed in the oral cavity expansion part is vertically and fixedly connected with the end surface of the main body, and the camera and the light source are fixed at the other end of the wire tube through the mounting plate; the light source is electrically connected with a controller fixed in the wire tube, and the controller is wirelessly connected with the display terminal through a 5G-WiFi module carried by the controller; the camera is electrically connected with the controller through a shooting button on the handle, and the controller is electrically connected with the power supply through a power switch on the handle.
The oral cavity expansion part in the technical scheme is composed of a mounting ring fixed on the end face of a main body, a thick-wall flexible body which is of a funnel-shaped structure and is fixedly connected with the mounting ring into a whole through a large-opening end, and a spherical glass cover which is detachably fixed on a line pipe and is fixedly connected with a small-opening end of the thick-wall flexible body into a whole, wherein a camera and a light source extend into the spherical glass cover.
The oral cavity expansion part in the technical scheme can also be composed of a mounting ring hermetically fixed on the end face of the main body, an air bag which is of a funnel-shaped structure and is fixedly connected with the mounting ring into a whole through a large-opening end, and a spherical glass cover which is detachably fixed on the line pipe and is fixedly connected with a small-opening end of the air bag into a whole, wherein the camera and the light source extend into the spherical glass cover; the air bag is communicated with an air passage in the handle through a one-way valve fixed on the end surface of the main body.
In each technical scheme, a stepping motor can be additionally arranged in the wire tube, the stepping motor is fixed on the back of the mounting plate and connected with the camera, and the stepping motor is electrically connected with the controller through a motor button.
The power supply in each technical scheme is a battery fixed in the handle.
The light source in each technical scheme is composed of a plurality of LED lamp beads which are uniformly distributed around the camera.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages due to the adoption of the technical scheme:
1) the nipple familiar to the baby is adopted to induce the mouth opening and the mouth expansion, so that the conflict and the resistance of the infant cannot be caused, and the active matching mouth opening examination can be induced to play a role in appeasing the emotion of the infant.
2) The oral cavity condition can be observed in detail for a long time because of the mood-soothing effect.
3) Because the mouth cavity expansion portion of nipple form can stretch into oral cavity depths, consequently accessible step motor drive camera is closely, the clear record pharyngeal condition of shooing of multi-angle to can realize long-range consultation according to the picture of shooing.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4: the handle 15 is connected with the main body 9 into a whole, the nipple-shaped oral cavity expansion part 1 is fixedly connected with the main body in a detachable mode, the line pipe 2 enclosed in the oral cavity expansion part is fixedly connected with the end face of the main body 9 in a vertical mode through the left end of the line pipe, and the camera 6 and the light source are fixed to the right end of the line pipe through the mounting plate 7. The light source is electrically connected with a controller 3 fixed in the conduit 2, the camera 6 is electrically connected with the controller 3 through a shooting button 14 arranged on a handle 15, and the controller 3 is electrically connected with a power supply through a power switch 10 arranged on the handle 15. The controller 3 is in wireless connection with the mobile phone through a 5G-WiFi module carried by the controller.
The oral cavity dilating portion 1 in the above embodiment is composed of a mounting ring 1-1 fixed on the end face of the main body 9 by a screw thread (not shown in the figure), a thick wall flexible body 1-3 in a funnel shape and fixedly connected with the mounting ring into a whole by a large opening end thereof, and a spherical glass cover 1-2 fixed on the conduit 2 in a detachable manner (such as screw connection) and fixedly connected with a small opening end of the thick wall flexible body into a whole, and the camera 6 and the light source are inserted into the spherical glass cover. The thick-wall flexible body 1-3 can be made of silica gel, and the thick-wall flexible body 1-3 and the mounting ring 1-1 or the thick-wall flexible body and the spherical glass cover 1-2 are hermetically and fixedly connected into a whole in a heat seal or viscose mode.
When the mouth cavity expansion part is used, the handle 15 is held by hand to send the mouth cavity expansion part 1 into the mouth of a baby, the power supply is switched on, and the camera 6 can shoot parts such as the deep parts of the mouth cavity and the pharyngeal part by means of light rays of the light source; the shooting video can be sent to a mobile phone (not shown in the figure) through the 5G-WiFi module, and the shooting angle of the camera 6 can be adjusted through the control handle 15. After the operation is completed, the oral cavity dilating portion 1 is removed from the main body 9 and the tube 2, and another clean oral cavity dilating portion 1 is attached and fixed to the main body 9 and the tube 2.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, the present invention can also adopt the structure shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4: the oral cavity expansion part 1 consists of a mounting ring 1-1 fixed on the end surface of the main body 9, an air bag 1-4 which is of a funnel-shaped structure and is fixedly connected with the mounting ring into a whole through a large-opening end, and a spherical glass cover 1-2 which is detachably fixed on the line pipe 2 and is fixedly connected with a small-opening end of the air bag into a whole, wherein a camera 6 and a light source extend into the spherical glass cover; the airbags 1-4 communicate with an air duct 11 located in a handle 15 through a one-way valve 8 fixed to the end face of the body 9.
In this embodiment, the balloons 1 to 4 are made of silicone. The air bag 1-4 and the mounting ring 1-1 or the air bag and the spherical glass cover 1-2 are fixedly connected into a whole by adopting heat seal or viscose sealing. In order to ensure airtightness, sealing rings (not shown) are provided between the mounting ring 1-1 and the body 9, and between the spherical glass cover 1-2 and the conduit 2.
When in use, the air bags 1-4 are inflated by an air source (not shown in the figure) through the air passages 11 and the one-way valve 8 until the air bags 1-4 are expanded to form a nipple shape. Then the handle 15 is held by hand to feed the mouth cavity dilating portion 1 into the mouth of the infant, and the power is turned on. The camera 6 can shoot the oral cavity, the deep pharyngeal part and other parts by means of the light source; the shooting video can be sent to a mobile phone (not shown in the figure) through the 5G-WiFi module, and the shooting angle of the camera 6 can be adjusted through the control handle 15. After the operation is completed, the oral cavity dilating portion 1 is removed from the body 9 and the tube 2 and discarded, and another clean oral cavity dilating portion 1 is attached and fixed to the body 9 and the tube 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in order to adjust the shooting angle, the two embodiments can be further modified as follows: the wire tube 2 is internally provided with a stepping motor 4 which is fixed on the back surface of the mounting plate 7 and is connected with the camera 6, and the stepping motor 4 is electrically connected with the controller 3 through a motor button 13 arranged on a handle 15.
For convenience of use, the power source in both embodiments may employ a battery 12 secured in a handle 15.
In order to enhance the illumination effect, the light source in the above two embodiments is composed of a plurality of LED beads 5 distributed around the camera 6.
Claims (9)
