Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of livestock and poultry feed, in particular to antibiotic-free feed for livestock and poultry breeding.
Background
The term "feed" is a general term for food of all human-raised animals, and in a narrow sense, a general feed mainly refers to food of agricultural or animal-raised animals. The Feed (Feed) comprises more than ten kinds of Feed raw materials such as soybean, bean pulp, corn, fish meal, amino acid, miscellaneous meal, whey powder, grease, meat and bone meal, grains, Feed additives and the like; however, in order to meet the growth requirements of livestock and poultry, fish meal and imported plant protein are generally added into the feed in the conventional nonreactive feed for livestock and poultry breeding, so that the production cost of the feed is increased, and part of nonreactive feed for livestock and poultry breeding is difficult to promote the digestion of livestock and poultry, so that the digestion efficiency of livestock and poultry is low, and the growth of livestock and poultry is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art and the requirements of actual production, the invention provides the antibiotic-free feed for breeding livestock and poultry, and dandelion, liquorice and scandent hop are added into the feed to facilitate the heat clearing and detoxifying of the livestock and poultry, so that the probability of virus infection of the livestock and poultry is reduced; the orange peels are added into the feed, so that the digestion of the livestock is promoted, and the appetite of the livestock is increased; the protein mulberry replaces imported plant protein, and the locust tree leaves replace fish meal feed, so that the production cost of the feed is reduced.
In order to realize the aim, the antibiotic-free feed for livestock and poultry breeding comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of basic material, 20-30 parts of dandelion, 10-40 parts of scandent hop, 20-40 parts of liquorice, 30-60 parts of orange peel, 10-40 parts of white mulberry and 30-50 parts of locust tree leaves;
the base material comprises 20-50 parts of soybean meal, 20-40 parts of straw and 30-60 parts of grain.
Further, the composition comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts of basic material, 23-28 parts of dandelion, 15-30 parts of scandent hop, 25-35 parts of liquorice, 40-55 parts of orange peel, 20-35 parts of protein mulberry and 35-40 parts of locust tree leaves;
the base material comprises 25-40 parts of soybean meal, 25-35 parts of straw and 40-60 parts of grain;
further, 100 parts of base material, 25-28 parts of dandelion, 20-25 parts of scandent hop, 30-35 parts of liquorice, 45-55 parts of orange peel, 25-30 parts of white mulberry and 35-40 parts of locust tree leaves;
the base material comprises 30-35 parts of soybean meal, 30-35 parts of straws and 45-55 parts of grains.
Further, the composition comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts of basic material, 25-28 parts of dandelion, 25-35 parts of scandent hop, 25-35 parts of liquorice, 45-50 parts of orange peel, 25-30 parts of white mulberry and 35-40 parts of locust tree leaves;
the base material comprises 30-35 parts of soybean meal, 30-35 parts of straws and 45-55 parts of grains.
A method for preparing antibiotic-free feed for livestock and poultry breeding comprises the following steps
The method comprises the following steps: grinding herba Taraxaci, herba Humuli Scandentis, Glycyrrhrizae radix, pericarpium Citri Junoris, protein Mori, and folium Sophorae into powder with particle size of 1mm-3 mm;
step two: uniformly stirring and mixing the powder obtained by grinding in the step one, adding flour, and making into primary feed particles with the particle size value of 0.5-2mm by a granulator;
step three; drying the particles prepared in the step two;
step four: grinding the straws and grains in the base material into powder with the particle size value of 1-3 mm;
step five: adding the bean pulp and the dried particles in the step four, uniformly stirring, and making into granules by a granulator;
step five: and drying the particles prepared in the step four at the temperature of 40-60 ℃ for 5-9 h.
Further, the drying temperature in the third step is 30-50 ℃, the drying time is 1-3h, and the water content is 20-40%.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the dandelion, the liquorice and the humulus scandens are added into the feed, so that the heat clearing and detoxifying of the livestock are facilitated, and the probability of infecting the virus of the livestock is reduced; the orange peels are added into the feed, so that the digestion of the livestock is promoted, and the appetite of the livestock is increased; the protein mulberry replaces imported plant protein, and the locust tree leaves replace fish meal feed, so that the production cost of the feed is reduced; the feed disclosed by the invention not only guarantees the intake of energy of livestock and poultry, promotes the digestion efficiency of the livestock and poultry, promotes the growth of the livestock and poultry to a certain extent, but also can guarantee the intake of trace elements required by the growth of the livestock and poultry, and simultaneously reduces the production cost of the feed.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
A nonreactive feed for livestock and poultry breeding comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts of basic materials, 20 parts of dandelion, 10 parts of scandent hop, 20 parts of liquorice, 30 parts of orange peel, 10 parts of white mulberry and 30 parts of locust tree leaves, wherein the scandent hop can clear heat, promote urination, remove blood stasis and detoxify, so that the resistance of livestock and poultry is improved, and the probability of infection of the livestock and poultry with viruses is reduced;
the base material comprises 20 parts of soybean meal, 20 parts of straws and 30 parts of grains, and is energy feed, so that the physical ability of livestock and poultry is guaranteed.
A method for preparing antibiotic-free feed for livestock and poultry breeding comprises the following steps
The method comprises the following steps: grinding herba Taraxaci, herba Humuli Scandentis, Glycyrrhrizae radix, pericarpium Citri Junoris, protein Mori, and folium Sophorae into powder with particle size of 1 mm;
step two: uniformly stirring and mixing the powder obtained by grinding in the step one, adding flour, and making into primary feed particles with the particle size value of 0.5mm by a granulator;
step three; drying the granules prepared in the second step at the drying temperature of 30 ℃ for 1h and with the water content of 20%, and reducing the water content in the granules so as to be convenient for mixing with the base material;
step four: grinding the straws and grains in the base material into powder with the particle size value of 1 mm;
step five: adding the soybean meal and the dried granules in the fourth step, uniformly stirring, and making into granules through a granulator to obtain final feed granules, so that the medicine feed granules are wrapped in the basic feed, the gas diffused outwards by the medicine feed is reduced, and the taste of the medicine feed can be reduced;
