一种数据传输方法、终端设备及存储介质,其中方法包括:终端设备在第一次重复传输数据时,确定信道的最大信道占用时间;终端设备在重复传输数据超过最大信道占用时间时,基于第一监听避让机制抢占信道,直至重复传输结束。
