the method comprises the following steps: moving the two combined circuit boards 300 to the connecting box 100 and the box base 200 respectively, sliding the two combined circuit boards 300 to the inner cavities of the connecting box 100 and the box base 200 respectively by the sliding connection of the triangular slide rails 302 and the triangular slide grooves 209 and taking one end of the second inner joint 303 as the front end, and inserting the second inner joint 303 into the inner cavity of one end of the outer joint 205;
step two: rotating the reinforcing plate 207, extending the clamping joint 208 into the clamping outer groove 211, clamping the clamping joint with the clamping inner groove 226 through the arc joint 224, contacting the combined circuit board 300 through the reinforcing plate 207 and fixing the combined circuit board 300;
step three: the threaded rods 501 of a plurality of connecting pieces are respectively screwed into a plurality of second mounting holes 214 on the bottom sealing plate 202 of the connecting box body 100, the threaded rods 501 are fixed by screwing the fastening nuts 502, the direction of the positioning groove 504 is fixed towards the positioning knob 213, the connecting columns 503 of a plurality of connecting pieces are respectively inserted into the inner cavity of the first mounting hole 206 of the box body base 200, and the positioning knob 213 is screwed, so that the end part of the positioning knob 213 enters the positioning groove 504 to fix the connecting columns 503, namely, the connecting box body 100 is connected with the box body base 200;
step four: taking out the two first inner connectors 219 in the connector clamping grooves 216 of the flat cable installation box 215, and respectively inserting the two first inner connectors 219 into one ends of the outer connectors 205 of the connection box body 100 and the box body base 200;
step five: the connected connection box body 100 and the box body base 200 are moved into the electrical box, the connecting lug 212 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the electrical box, the electrical box is connected with the connecting lug 212 through the bolt and the connecting hole 210, and therefore the installation process of the circuit board convenient to maintain and replace is completed.
Referring to fig. 1-12, a circuit board convenient for maintenance and replacement in the present embodiment is replaced as follows:
the method comprises the following steps: the two elastic plates 223 are held by hands, the two elastic plates 223 are extruded towards the limiting plate 225, the arc-shaped joint 224 is moved out of the clamping inner groove 226, the clamping joint 208 is taken out of the clamping outer groove 211, the reinforcing plate 207 is rotated, and the combined circuit board 300 is pulled out of the inner cavity of the connecting box body 100 or the box body base 200 through the sliding connection of the triangular slide rail 302 and the triangular slide groove 209;
step two: and selecting a new combined circuit board 300 to be inserted into the inner cavity of the connection box body 100 or the box body base 200, inserting the second inner joint 303 into the inner cavity at one end of the outer joint 205, rotating the reinforcing plate 207, extending the clamping joint 208 into the clamping outer groove 211, and clamping the arc-shaped joint 224 and the clamping inner groove 226, thereby completing the replacement process of the circuit board convenient to maintain and replace.

The circuit board convenient to maintain and replace is characterized by comprising a connecting box body (100), a box body base (200), a combined circuit board (300) and a connecting piece, wherein the top of the box body base (200) is provided with the connecting box body (100) through the connecting piece, the top of the connecting box body (100) is provided with a top sealing cover (400) through the connecting piece, and the combined circuit board (300) is arranged in the connecting box body (100) and the box body base (200);
wherein the connecting box body (100) and the box body base (200) both comprise side sealing plates (201), bottom sealing plates (202) and a rear sealing plate (203), the side sealing plates (201) are vertically arranged on two sides of the top of the bottom sealing plate (202), the rear sealing plate (203) is vertically arranged at one end of the top of the bottom sealing plate (202), two ends of the rear sealing plate (203) are respectively connected to the end parts of the two side sealing plates (201), a plurality of first mounting holes (206) are respectively arranged on the top of the side sealing plates (201) and the top of the rear sealing plate (203), a plurality of positioning knobs (213) are arranged on the side sealing plates (201) and the rear sealing plate (203), one ends of the plurality of positioning knobs (213) are respectively positioned in the inner cavities of the plurality of first mounting holes (206), triangular sliding grooves (209) are arranged on the inner side walls of the two side sealing plates (201), one end of one, a clamping joint (208) is installed at the end part of the reinforcing plate (207), a clamping outer groove (211) is formed in the end part of the other side sealing plate (201), and an outer joint (205) is installed on the rear sealing plate (203) in a penetrating mode;
the combined circuit board (300) comprises a circuit board (301), a triangular sliding rail (302) and a second inner joint (303), wherein the triangular sliding rail (302) is mounted on two sides of the circuit board (301), the triangular sliding rail (302) is connected with the triangular sliding groove (209) in a sliding mode, the second inner joint (303) is mounted at one end of the circuit board (301), and the second inner joint (303) and the outer joint (205) are matched components.
2. The circuit board convenient for maintenance and replacement as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of second mounting holes (214) are formed in the bottom sealing plate (202) of the connection box body (100), the plurality of second mounting holes (214) are respectively communicated with the plurality of first mounting holes (206), a plurality of engaging lugs (212) are mounted on four sides of the bottom sealing plate (202) of the box body base (200), and the engaging lugs (212) are formed with connecting holes (210).

The circuit board convenient to maintain and replace according to claim 1, wherein a flat cable installation box (215) is installed on an outer side wall of a rear sealing plate (203) of the connection box body (100), the flat cable installation box (215) is located right below one end of an external connector (205), connector clamping grooves (216) are formed in the top and the bottom of the flat cable installation box (215), a threading channel (217) is formed in an inner cavity of the flat cable installation box (215), the threading channel (217) is communicated with the two connector clamping grooves (216), first inner connectors (219) are clamped in the two connector clamping grooves (216), the two first inner connectors (219) are connected through a flat cable (220), the flat cable (220) is installed in an inner cavity of the threading channel (217), and the first inner connectors (219) and the external connector (205) are matched members.

The circuit board convenient to maintain and replace according to claim 3, wherein a fixed block (218) is installed in an inner cavity of the outer connector (205), a plurality of binding posts (204) are installed in the fixed block (218) in an equidistant penetrating manner, a plurality of wiring holes (221) are respectively formed in inner cavities of the first inner connector (219) and the second inner connector (303), and a plurality of binding posts (204) are respectively inserted into inner cavities connected to the plurality of wiring holes (221).

The circuit board convenient to maintain and replace according to claim 1, wherein a clamping inner groove (226) is formed in the side sealing plate (201) on the inner side of the clamping outer groove (211), the clamping joint (208) comprises a connecting block (222), an elastic plate (223), an arc-shaped joint (224) and a limiting plate (225), the elastic plate (223) is mounted at the top and the bottom of one side of the connecting block (222), the arc-shaped joint (224) is mounted at one end, away from the connecting block (222), of the elastic plate (223), the limiting plate (225) is mounted in the middle of one side of the connecting block (222), the two elastic plates (223) are symmetrically distributed relative to the limiting plate (225), the two elastic plates (223) and the clamping outer groove (211) are matched components, and the two arc-shaped joints (224) and the clamping inner groove (226) are matched components.

step three: the threaded rods (501) of a plurality of connecting pieces are respectively screwed into a plurality of second mounting holes (214) on a bottom sealing plate (202) of a connecting box body (100), the threaded rods (501) are fixed by screwing fastening nuts (502), the direction of a positioning groove (504) is fixed towards a positioning knob (213), connecting columns (503) of a plurality of connecting pieces are respectively inserted into the inner cavity of a first mounting hole (206) of a box body base (200), and the positioning knob (213) is screwed, so that the end part of the positioning knob (213) enters the positioning groove (504) to fix the connecting columns (503), and the box body (100) and the box body base (200) are connected;
step four: taking out two first inner connectors (219) in the connector clamping grooves (216) of the flat cable installation box (215), and respectively inserting the two first inner connectors (219) into one ends of outer connectors (205) connected with the box body (100) and the box body base (200);
