Further, referring to fig. 9 and fig. 10 together, the power supply module 60 includes a first power supply unit 61 and a second power supply unit 62, the first power supply unit 61 is connected to the first switch unit 31, the second switch unit 32, the switch subunit and the alarm unit, respectively, and the second power supply unit 62 is connected to the first receiving unit 21, the second receiving unit 22, the control module 10 and the light detection module 40, respectively; the first power supply unit 61 is configured to provide a first voltage for the first switch unit 31, the second switch unit 32, the switch subunit, and the alarm unit, and the second power supply unit 62 is configured to provide a second voltage for the first receiving unit 21, the second receiving unit 22, the control module 10, and the light detection module 40, so as to ensure that each part of the circuit obtains a working voltage required for working after being powered on, so as to maintain a stable working state.
In a specific implementation, please refer to fig. 2 and 11 together, the control module 10 includes a control chip U0, the first switch unit 31 includes a first resistor R1, a second resistor R2, a first MOS transistor, a first diode D1 and a first relay K1, one end of the first resistor R1 is connected to the P1.3 signal terminal of the control chip U0, the other end of the first resistor R1 is connected to the gate of the first MOS transistor and one end of the second resistor R2, the other end of the second resistor R2 and the source of the first MOS transistor are both grounded, the drain of the first MOS transistor is connected to the first terminal of the first relay K1 and the anode of the first diode D1, the cathode of the first diode D1 and the second terminal of the first relay K1 are both connected to the ground, the stationary contact of the first relay K1 is connected to the main lamp 2 through the signal terminal of the OUTPUT-N1, the moving contact of the first diode D1 is connected to the ac power supply, and when the control chip receives a command or a command from the control chip U0, an illuminating lamp opening signal is OUTPUT to the first switch unit 31 through a P1.3 signal end, so that a movable contact of the first relay K1 is attracted to a fixed contact, the main lamp 2 is connected to form a loop through an OUTPUT-N1 signal end, the main lamp 2 is turned on, otherwise, if the illuminating lamp closing signal is generated, the movable contact of the first relay K1 is disconnected from the fixed contact, the main lamp 2 is turned off, and the control chip U0 controls the turning on and off of the main lamp 2 by controlling the state of the first relay K1, wherein the model of the control chip U0 in the embodiment is SC92F8003, and certainly, in other embodiments, the control chip U0 with the same function can be selected, which is not limited by the invention.
Further, with reference to fig. 3, the second switch unit 32 includes a third resistor R3, a fourth resistor R4, a second MOS transistor M2, a second diode D2, and a second relay K2; one end of the third resistor R3 is connected to the P1.2 signal end of the control chip U0, the other end of the third resistor R3 is connected to the gate of the second MOS transistor M2 and one end of the fourth resistor R4, the other end of the fourth resistor R4 and the source of the second MOS transistor M2 are grounded, the drain of the second MOS transistor M2 is connected to the anode of the second diode D2 and the first terminal of the second relay K2, the cathode of the second diode D2 and the second terminal of the second relay K2 are electrically connected, the fixed contact of the second relay K2 is connected to the sub-lamp 3 through the OUTPUT-L2, the movable contact of the second relay K2 is connected to the ac power supply, similarly, when the control chip U0 receives a corresponding turn-on control command through the first receiving unit 21 or the second receiving unit 22, the movable contact of the first relay K1 OUTPUTs the ultraviolet germicidal lamp turn-on signal to the first switching unit 31 through the P1.2 signal end, so that the movable contact of the first relay K1 and the ultraviolet lamp pull-on loop through the OUTPUT 2, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is turned on, otherwise, if the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is a closing signal of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp, the movable contact and the fixed contact of the second relay K2 are disconnected, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is turned off, and therefore the control chip U0 controls the turning on and turning off of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp by controlling the state of the second relay K2.
The control chip U0 has set judgment logic during programming, and when the lamp is powered on for the first time, the lamp is automatically turned on, and at the moment, the lamp or the ultraviolet germicidal lamp can be operated and controlled by remote control; then, under the condition that the illuminating lamp is turned on, the control chip U0 controls the illuminating lamp to be automatically turned off when the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is turned on at night or shows a forced turn-on instruction; when the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is turned on, the control chip U0 controls the ultraviolet germicidal lamp to turn off automatically when the illumination lamp is turned on.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the first receiving unit 21 includes a first receiving chip U1, an antenna ANT, a first capacitor C1, a second capacitor C2, a third capacitor C3, a fourth capacitor C4, a fifth capacitor C5, a first inductor L1, a second inductor L2, a fifth resistor R5, and an oscillator Y1; the antenna ANT is connected with one end of a first inductor L1, one end of a second capacitor C2 and one end of a third capacitor C3 through a first capacitor C1, the other end of the third capacitor C3 and the other end of the first inductor L1 are both grounded, the other end of the second capacitor C2 is connected with pin 1 of a first receiving chip U1 and one end of a second inductor L2, the other end of the second inductor L2 and one end of a fourth capacitor C4 are both grounded, the other end of the fourth capacitor C4 is connected with pin 3 of a first receiving chip U1, pin 6 of the first receiving chip U1 is grounded through a fifth capacitor C5, pin 5 of the first receiving chip U1 is connected with a P1.4 signal end of a control chip U0 through a fifth resistor R5, pin 8 of the first receiving chip U1 is grounded through an oscillator Y1, in the embodiment, the first receiving chip U1 has a WL531L model number of WL L, of course, in other embodiments, a receiving chip with the same function may be selected, and the invention is not limited thereto.
When the antenna ANT receives a signal, the signal is output to the first receiving chip U1 through the first capacitor C1, the first inductor L1, the second capacitor C2, the third capacitor C3 and the fourth inductor L4, a command is output to a P1.4 signal end of the control chip U0 to work after logic processing, and then the control chip U0 outputs a first control signal through the P1.3 signal end according to the command to control the main lamp 2 or outputs the P1.2 signal end to output the first control signal to control the working state of the auxiliary lamp 3, so that the working of the main lamp 2 or the auxiliary lamp 3 is controlled according to a remote control command; in this embodiment, the first receiving chip U1 may also receive a forced turn-on command from the remote controller, so that the control chip U0 outputs a second control signal to turn on the ultraviolet germicidal lamp.
Further, with reference to fig. 5, the second receiving unit 22 includes a second receiving chip U2, a sixth resistor R6, a seventh resistor R7, an eighth resistor R8, a ninth resistor R9, a sixth capacitor C6, and a seventh capacitor C7; one end of the sixth resistor R6 is connected to the 18 th pin of the second receiving chip U2 and one end of the eighth resistor R8, the other end of the sixth resistor R6 is connected to the control module 10, one end of the seventh resistor R7 is connected to the 15 th pin of the second receiving chip U2 and one end of the ninth resistor R9, the other end of the seventh resistor R7 is connected to the control module 10, the other end of the eighth resistor R8, the other end of the ninth resistor R9, one end of the sixth capacitor C6, one end of the seventh capacitor C7 and the 11 th pin of the second receiving chip U2 are all electrically connected, in this embodiment, the model of the second receiving chip U2 is WN4622L, although chips having the same function may be used in other embodiments, which is not limited by the present invention.
When the second receiving chip U2 receives a control instruction of a mobile phone or other terminal equipment, the control instruction is sent to the 2 nd pin and the 3 rd pin of the control chip U0 through the seventh resistor R7 and the sixth resistor R6 via the serial ports GIOP-18 and GIOP-23, and after the logic processing of the control chip U0, the first control signal is sent through the P1.2 signal terminal to control the working state of the auxiliary lamp 3 or the first control signal is sent through the P1.3 signal terminal to control the working state of the main lamp 2.
Further, please refer to fig. 11, the light detecting module 40 includes a tenth resistor R10, an eleventh resistor R11 and a photodiode DR1, one end of the tenth resistor R10 is connected to the 14 th pin of the control chip U0, the other end of the tenth resistor R10 is connected to one end of the eleventh resistor R11 and the cathode of the photodiode DR1, the anode of the photodiode DR1 is connected to the power supply, when the photodiode DR1 detects that the light reaches a certain value, the 14 th pin of the control chip U0 detects a high level, the control chip U0 compares and determines through a logic program, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is controlled not to enter a working state through a normal operation mode, at this time, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is turned on when a forced turn-on command is required, and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp enters a working mode under the condition of someone due to a wrong press or a wrong press of the remote controller in the daytime or when the light is turned on.
For example, in practical applications, when the lamp is powered on and the photodiode DR1 detects light, the remote controller is operated by short pressing, the control chip U0 logically determines that the ultraviolet germicidal lamp cannot be normally turned on, at this time, the remote controller needs to send a control command by long pressing for more than 5S, and then the control command is output to the control chip U0 through the first receiving chip U1, and the control chip U0 outputs a forced turn-on signal to turn on the ultraviolet germicidal lamp for operation, so as to ensure that the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is turned on carelessly or unnecessarily to cause injury to a human body.
Further, with continuing reference to fig. 6, 7 and 8, the switch subunit 511 includes a twelfth resistor R12, a thirteenth resistor R13, a third diode D3, a third MOS transistor M3 and a third relay K3, the zero-cross detection subunit 512 includes a fourteenth resistor R14, a fifteenth resistor R15, a sixteenth resistor R16, a fourth diode D4 and a zener diode ZD1, and the alarm unit 52 includes a seventeenth resistor R17, an eighteenth resistor R18, a nineteenth resistor R19, a triode Q1 and a buzzer; one end of a twelfth resistor R12 is connected with a P1.3 signal end of a control chip U0, the other end of the twelfth resistor R12 is connected with the gate of a third MOS tube M3 and one end of a thirteenth resistor R13, the other end of the thirteenth resistor R13 and the source of a third MOS tube M3 are both grounded, the drain of the third MOS tube M3 is connected with the anode of a third diode D3 and the first terminal of a third relay K3, the cathode of the third diode D3 and the second terminal of the third relay K3 are both grounded, the movable contact of the third relay K3 is connected with an alternating current power supply, the fixed contact of the third relay K3 is connected with the anode of a fourth diode D4 through OUTPUT-L1, and the cathode of the fourth diode D4 is respectively connected with one end of a fifteenth resistor R15, one end of a sixteenth resistor R16, the cathode of a zener diode ZD1 and a P1.0 signal end of the control chip U0 through a fourteenth resistor R14; the other end of the fifteenth resistor R15 is grounded, the other end of the sixteenth resistor R16 is grounded, the anode of the zener diode ZD1 is grounded, one end of the seventeenth resistor R17 is connected with the 14 th pin of the control chip U0, the other end of the seventeenth resistor R17 is connected with the base of the triode Q1 and one end of the eighteenth resistor R18, the other end of the eighteenth resistor R18 and the emitter of the triode Q1 are both grounded, the collector of the triode Q1 is connected with the 1 st pin of the buzzer, and the 2 nd pin of the buzzer is connected with the power through the nineteenth resistor R19.
Specifically, after the fourth diode D4 detects the OUTPUT-L1 signal end, a feedback signal is OUTPUT to pin 17 of the control chip U0, and the control chip U0 conducts the second relay K2 after logic comparison and analysis, for example, the circuit voltage is abnormal after circuit failure, so that when the ultraviolet germicidal lamp works, the control chip U0 sends a high level to the triode Q1 through the P2.6 signal end, the triode Q1 is conducted, and the buzzer sends a sound to give an alarm after being powered on, thereby realizing a protection mechanism for reminding when the ultraviolet germicidal lamp works abnormally due to circuit failure, so as to cut off the power supply in time for maintenance processing.
Further, with reference to fig. 9, the first power supply unit 61 includes a fuse F1, a voltage dependent resistor VDR, a rectifier bridge, an eighth capacitor C8, a ninth capacitor C9, a tenth capacitor C10, an eleventh capacitor C11, a twentieth resistor R20, an eleventh resistor R11, a twenty-second resistor R22, a third inductor L3, a fourth inductor L4, a fifth diode D5, a sixth diode D6, and a power switch chip U3; one end of a protective tube F1 is connected with a live wire of an alternating current power supply, the other end of the protective tube F1 is connected with one end of a piezoresistor VDR, the other end of the piezoresistor VDR is connected with a zero wire of the alternating current power supply, a first pin of a rectifier bridge is connected with one end of the piezoresistor VDR, a second pin of the rectifier bridge is connected with the other end of the piezoresistor VDR, a 4 th pin of the rectifier bridge is connected with one end of an eighth capacitor C8 and one end of a third inductor L3, the other end of the eighth capacitor C8 and one end of a ninth capacitor C9 are both grounded, the other end of the third inductor L3 and the other end of a ninth capacitor C9 are connected with a 4 pin of a power switch chip U3 through a twentieth resistor R20, a 1 st pin of the power switch chip U3 is connected with one end of a twenty-first resistor R21, the other end of the twenty-first resistor R21 is connected with a 2 nd pin of a power switch chip U3, one end of a tenth capacitor C10 and a cathode of a sixth diode D6, One end of an eleventh capacitor C11 and one end of a twenty-second resistor R22, the other end of a fourth inductor L4 is connected to the other end of the tenth capacitor C10, the 5 th pin, the 6 th pin, the 7 th pin, the 8 th pin of the power switch chip U3 and the cathode of a fifth diode D5, the anode of the fifth diode D5 is grounded, and the other end of the eleventh capacitor C11 and the other end of the twenty-second resistor R22 are both grounded; the model of the power switch chip U3 is SM7015 in this embodiment, but a chip with the same function may be selected in other embodiments, which is not limited in the present invention.
After full-wave rectification is performed on the alternating-current power supply through the fuse F1, the voltage dependent resistor VDR and the rectifier bridge, the alternating-current power supply is filtered through the eighth capacitor C8, the ninth capacitor C9 and the third inductor L3 and then output to the twentieth resistor R20, the alternating-current power supply is output to the power switch chip U3 through the twentieth resistor R20, a first voltage is output after internal processing of the power switch chip U3, the output first voltage is fed back to the power switch chip U3 through the seventh resistor R7, voltage sampling adjustment is performed, and stable output of the first voltage is guaranteed, and the first voltage is 12V in the embodiment.
Further, referring to fig. 10, the second power supply unit 62 includes a voltage regulator U4, a twenty-third resistor R23, a twelfth capacitor C12, a thirteenth capacitor C13, a fourteenth capacitor C14, a fifteenth capacitor C15, and a sixteenth capacitor C16, one end of the twelfth capacitor C12 and one end of the twenty-third resistor R23 are both connected to the first power supply unit 61, the other end of the twenty-third resistor R23 is connected to one end of the thirteenth capacitor and an input end of the voltage regulator U4, the other end of the twelfth capacitor C12 and the other end of the thirteenth capacitor C13 are both grounded, and an output end of the voltage regulator U4 is connected to one end of the fourteenth capacitor C14, one end of the fifteenth capacitor C15, one end of the sixteenth capacitor C16 and the power output end; in order to meet the requirement of stable power supply of the control chip U0 and the receiving chip, the voltage stabilizer U4 is additionally arranged to convert 12V electric energy into 3.3V electric energy to supply power to the control chip U0 and the receiving chip, and stable work of the control chip U0 and the receiving chip is ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 12, the lamp control circuit 1 further includes an indication module 70, where the indication module 70 is connected to the control module, when the control module controls the auxiliary lamp to be turned on, the control module correspondingly controls the indication module 70 to enter a working state, and the indication module 70 is used for indicating the working state of the auxiliary lamp; specifically, the indicating module 70 includes a twenty-fourth resistor R24 and a light emitting diode LED, one end of the twenty-fourth resistor R24 is connected to a P2.6 signal end of the control chip U0, the other end of the twenty-fourth resistor R24 is connected to an anode of the light emitting diode LED, a cathode of the light emitting diode LED is grounded, when the sub-lamp, that is, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp, enters a working state, the control chip U0 controls the light emitting diode LED to be turned on, which indicates that the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is working, otherwise, when the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is turned off, the control chip U0 controls the light emitting diode LED to be turned off, so that the working state of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp can be visualized through the turning on and off of the light emitting diode LED.
For better understanding the working principle of the lamp control circuit provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 13, and the working process of the lamp control circuit provided by the present invention is explained in detail according to the application embodiment, and the specific working steps of the lamp control circuit are as follows:
s1, judging whether an external control command is received, if so, executing a step S2, otherwise, continuing to execute a step S1;
s2, analyzing an external control command;
s3, judging whether the command is an auxiliary lamp opening command, if so, executing a step S4; if not, go to step S5;
s4, judging whether the ambient light intensity is smaller than a preset value, if so, executing a step S6, otherwise, executing S7;
s5, judging whether the command is a main lamp opening command, if so, executing S8, and if not, continuing executing S1;
s6, delaying for 30S, and turning on the auxiliary lamp;
s7, judging whether a forced opening instruction is received, if yes, executing a step S6;
and S8, turning on the main lamp and turning off the auxiliary lamp.
When the lamp is powered on, the lamp control circuit is initialized to enter a working state, the control chip judges whether an external control instruction is received or not through the instruction receiving module, and when the control chip receives the external control instruction, the buzzer gives sound feedback; the external control instruction is sent by a remote controller or terminal equipment, if the remote controller is the remote controller, the corresponding remote controller is provided with four keys which are respectively a main lamp on key, a main lamp off key, an auxiliary lamp on key and an auxiliary lamp off key, and the four keys respectively correspond to different control instructions; when the lamp is powered on, the lamp is defaulted to be a main lamp and is turned on, the control chip analyzes an external control instruction and judges whether the instruction is an auxiliary lamp turning-on instruction, if so, the current ambient light intensity is further judged to determine whether the lamp is in the daytime or in the evening, if the lamp is in the evening, the auxiliary lamp is turned on after 30 seconds of delay, namely, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is turned on, if not, the control instruction is a forced turning-on instruction, and if so, the auxiliary lamp is also directly turned on; when the auxiliary lamp is turned on to enter the sterilization mode, the buzzer gives sound feedback for 30 times to indicate that the sterilization mode is entered; if the control chip judges that the external control instruction is not the opening instruction, whether the external control instruction is the main lamp opening instruction is further judged, if so, the main lamp is continuously opened, so that the auxiliary lamp is continuously in the closed state, and if not, the control chip is continuously used for detecting, thereby realizing the control of simultaneously controlling the working states of the main lamp and the auxiliary lamp.
Furthermore, the lamp control circuit can also control timing, namely if the main lamp on key is pressed at the same time and the main lamp off key is pressed at the same time, the control chip controls the auxiliary lamp to be timed for 30 minutes after receiving the corresponding instruction; if the main lamp on key and the auxiliary lamp on key are pressed for a long time, the corresponding control chip times the auxiliary lamp for 60 minutes according to the corresponding instruction; if the main lamp on and auxiliary lamp off keys are pressed for a long time, the auxiliary lamp is timed for 90 minutes, while the auxiliary lamp is turned off after the default on time of the auxiliary lamp is 45 minutes in the embodiment, and if a timing function is set, the time is automatically switched.
The invention also correspondingly provides a lamp which comprises a main lamp, an auxiliary lamp and the lamp control circuit, wherein the main lamp is used for lighting, the auxiliary lamp is an ultraviolet germicidal lamp and can be used for sterilization, the lamp control circuit is used for controlling the working states of the main lamp and the auxiliary lamp and ensuring that the auxiliary lamp does not work when the main lamp works, the main lamp does not work when the auxiliary lamp works, the illuminating lamp and the ultraviolet lamp can be combined into a whole, the working state of the illuminating lamp can be controlled and the working state of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp can be controlled, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp and the illuminating lamp do not need to be provided with a control circuit separately, and the two lamps do not need to be provided with control parts respectively when the lamp is installed, so that the installation steps can be simplified, the cost is saved, and the lamp control circuit is not described in detail since the lamp control circuit is described in detail above, and the description is omitted here.

In summary, the present invention provides a lamp control circuit and a lamp, where the lamp control circuit includes an instruction receiving module, a control module, and a switch module, and the instruction receiving module is connected to the control module, and is configured to receive an external control instruction and output the external control instruction to the control module; the control module is connected with the switch module and used for outputting a first control signal to the switch module according to the control instruction; the switch module is respectively connected with the main lamp and the auxiliary lamp and is used for controlling the working state of the main lamp or the auxiliary lamp according to the first control signal and controlling the auxiliary lamp to be turned off when the main lamp is turned on, and the main lamp is turned off when the auxiliary lamp is turned on; the invention can control the working state of the illuminating lamp and the working state of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp, does not need to separately set a control circuit aiming at the ultraviolet germicidal lamp and the illuminating lamp, simplifies the installation procedure and saves the cost.

A lamp control circuit is respectively connected with a main lamp and an auxiliary lamp and is characterized by comprising an instruction receiving module, a control module and a switch module, wherein the instruction receiving module is connected with the control module and used for receiving an external control instruction and outputting the external control instruction to the control module; the control module is connected with the switch module and used for outputting a first control signal to the switch module according to the control instruction; the switch module is respectively connected with the main lamp and the auxiliary lamp and used for controlling the working state of the main lamp or the auxiliary lamp according to the first control signal and controlling the auxiliary lamp to be turned off when the main lamp is turned on, and the main lamp is turned off when the auxiliary lamp is turned on.

The lamp control circuit of claim 1, further comprising a light detection module, wherein the light detection module is configured to detect a current ambient light intensity and output a detection signal to the control module when the current ambient light intensity is greater than a preset value, and the control module controls the auxiliary lamp to be turned on when the control module outputs a second control signal according to the detection signal.

The luminaire control circuit of claim 2, wherein the switch module comprises a first switch unit and a second switch unit; the first switch unit is used for controlling the main lamp to be turned on or off according to the first control signal; the second switch unit is used for controlling the auxiliary lamp to be turned on or off according to the first control signal.

The luminaire control circuit of claim 1 wherein the instruction receiving module comprises a first receiving unit and a second receiving unit; the first receiving unit is used for receiving a remote control instruction of an external remote controller and outputting the remote control instruction to the control module; the second receiving unit is used for receiving a terminal instruction of an external mobile terminal and outputting the terminal instruction to the control module.
5. The lamp control circuit of claim 3, wherein the second switch unit is further configured to control the auxiliary lamp to be turned on according to the second control signal.

The lamp control circuit according to claim 3, wherein the first switch unit comprises a first resistor, a second resistor, a first MOS transistor, a first diode and a first relay, one end of the first resistor is connected to the control module, the other end of the first resistor is connected to the gate of the first MOS transistor and one end of the second resistor, the other end of the second resistor and the source of the first MOS transistor are both grounded, the drain of the first MOS transistor is connected to the first terminal of the first relay and the anode of the first diode, the cathode of the first diode and the second terminal of the first relay are electrically connected, the stationary contact of the first relay is connected to the main lamp, and the movable contact of the first relay is connected to an AC power supply.
