Abstract
The present disclosure provides a block chain-based roaming settlement method and a roaming settlement node, wherein the method includes: receiving a roaming bill and a detailed bill of a terminal sent by a visited place charging and accounting system; acquiring roaming agreement information and settlement strategy information which are pre-stored in a block chain account book, wherein the block chain comprises each visited place roaming settlement node and each home place roaming settlement node; generating financial settlement information according to the roaming agreement information, the settlement policy information and the roaming bill and the detailed statement; broadcasting a first broadcast message in a blockchain, the first broadcast message including the roaming bill and details, the financial settlement information, and a signature of a home roaming settlement node. The roaming settlement between the visited place operator and the home place operator does not adopt a non-real-time mode of regular settlement any more, but adopts real-time settlement, so that the settlement period is short, the settlement working efficiency is improved, and the real-time inquiry requirement of a user is met.

Background
When a terminal user roams in different places or different networks, the terminal accesses the mobile network of the visited place through the access node of the visited place, so that the service provided by the mobile network of the visited place is used, and therefore, the operator of the home place of the user needs to pay roaming fee to the operator of the visited place. generating financial settlement information according to the roaming agreement information, the settlement policy information and the roaming bill and the detailed statement;
broadcasting a first broadcast message in a blockchain, the first broadcast message including the roaming bill and details, the financial settlement information, and a signature of a home roaming settlement node.
Preferably, before receiving the roaming bill and the detailed bill of the terminal sent by the visited charging and accounting system, the method further includes:
receiving a charging request sent by a visited place charging accounting system, and acquiring current user information of a terminal from a block chain account book, wherein the charging request is sent after the visited place charging accounting system receives the charging request sent by a visited place roaming settlement node and judges that the terminal is in a roaming state according to the charging request;

Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the technical aspects of the present disclosure, reference is made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
The method aims to solve the problems that a non-real-time mode of regular settlement is generally adopted for roaming settlement between a visited place operator and a home place operator, the settlement period is long, and the real-time query requirement of a user cannot be met. The disclosure provides a block chain-based roaming settlement method and a roaming settlement node. The following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings which respectively illustrate embodiments provided by the present disclosure.
In the initial stage, a blockchain is pre-constructed. The block chain comprises each visited roaming settlement node and each home roaming settlement node. The terminal of the user opens the roaming service and signs the service agreement of the roaming service. The visited access node and the home access node both approve the roaming service agreement and the financial settlement policy agreement, which is used for performing roaming settlement between the visited operator and the home operator. And the home roaming settlement node in the block chain generates a new block from the roaming agreement information containing the roaming service agreement and the settlement strategy information containing the financial settlement strategy agreement, and stores the new block in a block chain account book. The visited operator and the home operator can share the credible mutual-recognition roaming business service agreement and the financial settlement strategy agreement.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a block chain based roaming settlement method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. The roaming settlement node comprises a visited place roaming settlement node, and the block chain-based roaming settlement method can be applied to the visited place roaming settlement node. As shown in fig. 1, the block chain based roaming settlement method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps.
Step 101, receiving a roaming bill and a detailed bill of a terminal sent by a visited place charging and accounting system.
When a user activates roaming service at a visited place, a visited place charging accounting system charges the service behavior of the user, generates a roaming bill and a detail bill of a terminal, sends the roaming bill and the detail bill to a visited place roaming settlement node, and the visited place roaming settlement node receives the roaming bill and the detail bill.
Step 102, roaming agreement information and settlement strategy information pre-stored in a block chain account book are obtained.
In the step, the visited roaming settlement node acquires roaming agreement information and settlement strategy information which are pre-stored in the block chain and are both approved by the visited roaming settlement node and the home roaming settlement node.
And 103, generating financial settlement information according to the roaming agreement information, the settlement strategy information and the roaming bill and the detailed bill.
In the prior art, when the terminal roams, the visited operator and the home operator settle accounts according to a set period, for example, the settlement is performed once every two months. And the user can calculate the roaming bill and the detailed bill of the terminal once only activating the roaming service once (for example, making a roaming call, surfing the internet for several days at the visiting place). Generally, one call is made to calculate a roaming bill and a detailed bill, a short message and an internet are calculated according to a preset period, and the period is set by a local operator. For example, when a user makes a roaming call, the visited charging accounting system calculates a roaming bill and detailed bill, but the bill sent to the terminal is sent according to a monthly bill.
The settlement period between the visited operator and the home operator is shortened, and as long as the user activates the roaming service once, the visited charging accounting system calculates the roaming bill and the detailed bill of the terminal once, and then calculates the financial settlement information between the visited operator and the home operator. step 201, receiving a charging request sent by a visited charging and accounting system.
And the charging request is sent after the visited charging accounting system receives the charging request sent by the visited roaming settlement node and judges that the terminal is in a roaming state according to the charging request.
Step 202, obtaining the current user information of the terminal from the block chain account book.
In this step, the visited roaming settlement node obtains the current subscriber information of the latest terminal, i.e. obtains the latest subscriber subscription information, credit line, roaming charging policy, balance state and other information related to the subscriber. The user subscription information is matched with the roaming agreement information stored in the block chain account book, namely the user subscription is the roaming service agreement contained in the roaming agreement information.
It should be noted that, after the terminal opens the roaming service and signs the roaming service agreement, the home roaming settlement node stores the user information of the terminal in the block chain account book. The terminal can also update the user information, and a new block generated by adding the current timestamp to the updated user information of the terminal can be stored in the block chain account book through the home roaming settlement node. The current user information of the terminal stored in the blockchain account book is encrypted data.
Step 203, forwarding the current user information of the terminal to the visited place charging accounting system, so that the visited place charging accounting system charges the roaming service of the terminal according to the current user information of the terminal and the visited place network charging policy, and generates a roaming bill and a detailed bill of the terminal.
It should be noted that, when the visited place charging accounting system determines that the user balance is insufficient or the credit line is insufficient according to the current user information of the terminal, a service deactivation message may be initiated to the visited place access server, so that the visited place access server initiates a service deactivation instruction to the terminal through the visited base station side network element, thereby blocking the service behavior of the user.
Fig. 3 shows another flowchart of a block chain based roaming settlement method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. Further, the roaming settlement node comprises a home roaming settlement node, and the block chain-based roaming settlement method can be applied to the home roaming settlement node. step 301, receiving a first broadcast message broadcast by a visited roaming settlement node in a block chain.
Step 302, obtaining roaming bill and detailed list, financial settlement information and signature of visited roaming settlement node in the first broadcast message.

and when the second broadcast message is verified to comprise the signature of the visited roaming settlement node and the signature of the home roaming settlement node, generating a new block according to the financial settlement information in the second broadcast message, and broadcasting the new block in a block chain.
5. The blockchain-based roaming settlement method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring current user information of a terminal, wherein the current user information of the terminal is updated user information of the terminal;
and generating a new block according to the current user information and the current timestamp of the terminal, and broadcasting the new block in a block chain.
6. A roaming settlement node, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the roaming bill and the detailed bill of the terminal sent by the visited place charging and accounting system;
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring roaming agreement information and settlement strategy information which are pre-stored in a block chain account book, and the block chain comprises each visited roaming settlement node and each home roaming settlement node;
the generating module is used for generating financial settlement information according to the roaming agreement information, the settlement strategy information and the roaming bill and the detailed bill;
a first broadcasting module for broadcasting a first broadcast message in a blockchain, wherein the first broadcast message comprises the roaming bill and details, the financial settlement information and a signature of a local visited roaming settlement node.
7. The roaming settlement node of claim 6, further comprising:
the receiving module is also used for receiving a charging request sent by the visited place charging accounting system;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the current user information of the terminal from the block chain account book, wherein the charging request is sent after a visited charging account system receives a charging request sent by a visited roaming settlement node and judges that the terminal is in a roaming state according to the charging request;
and the sending module is used for forwarding the current user information of the terminal to a visited place charging accounting system so that the visited place charging accounting system charges the roaming service of the terminal according to the current user information of the terminal and a visited place network charging strategy and generates a roaming bill and a detailed bill of the terminal.
8. The roaming settlement node of claim 6, further comprising:
the receiving module is also used for receiving a first broadcast message broadcasted by a visited place roaming settlement node in a block chain, and acquiring a roaming bill and a detailed list, financial settlement information and a signature of the visited place roaming settlement node in the first broadcast message;
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring roaming agreement information and settlement strategy information which are pre-stored in the block chain account book;
and the second broadcasting module is used for auditing the financial settlement information according to the roaming agreement information, the settlement policy information and the roaming bill and detail bill, and broadcasting a second broadcasting message in a block chain if the financial settlement information is correct, wherein the second broadcasting message comprises the roaming bill and detail bill, the financial settlement information, the signature of the visited roaming settlement node and the signature of the home roaming settlement node.
9. The roaming settlement node of claim 8, further comprising:
the receiving module is further configured to receive a second broadcast message broadcast by a home roaming settlement node in the block chain;
and the third broadcasting module is used for generating a new block according to the financial settlement information in the second broadcast message and broadcasting the new block in a block chain when the second broadcast message is verified to comprise the signature of the visited roaming settlement node and the signature of the home roaming settlement node.
10. The roaming settlement node of claim 6, further comprising:
a fourth obtaining module, configured to obtain current user information of the terminal, where the current user information of the terminal is updated user information of the terminal;
and the fourth broadcasting module is used for generating a new block according to the current user information and the current timestamp of the terminal and broadcasting the new block in a block chain.
