The embodiment of the invention provides a terminal remote control method, a parent terminal, a child terminal, a server and a system, which can be applied to a scene that the parent terminal carries out remote monitoring on the child terminal. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a terminal remote control system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the terminal remote control system includes a child terminal, a server, and a parent terminal. And the communication between the child terminal and the parent terminal is carried out through the server. I.e. the child terminal sends information, messages, instructions, etc. to the server. The server sends the received information, message, instruction and the like to the parent terminal monitoring the child terminal. The parent terminal sends feedback information, messages, instructions and the like to the server according to the received information, messages, instructions and the like. And the server sends the received feedback information, message, instruction and the like to the child terminal monitored by the parent terminal.
The server can carry out identity authentication on the child terminal and the mother terminal in the process of communication between the child terminal and the mother terminal. Therefore, communication between the child terminal and the parent terminal with the corresponding monitoring relation is realized. It should be noted that one child terminal may be monitored by multiple parent terminals, and one parent terminal may also monitor multiple child terminals.
The child terminal and the parent terminal may be a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet computer, a wearable device, and the like, and are not limited herein. The server may be disposed on the cloud system, or may be a physical server, which is not limited herein.
In some examples, the child terminal in the embodiments of the present invention may be held by a monitored object, and the parent terminal may be held by a monitoring party. The mother terminal can remotely monitor the internet access behaviors, the internet access time, the application programs and the like of the child terminals. For example, the child terminal is held by a teenager or a child, and the parent terminal is held by a parent. It should be noted that the application scenarios of the embodiment of the present invention are not limited to the scenarios described above.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a terminal remote control method applied to a sub-terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal remote control method is applied to the sub-terminal. As shown in fig. 2, the terminal remote control method includes steps S101 to S103.
In step S101, if the current operating mode of the sub-terminal is the controlled mode, an authorization request message is sent to the server.
The controlled mode is one of the working modes of the sub-terminal, and the working modes of the sub-terminal may further include a normal mode, and the like, which is not limited herein.
The permission request message includes permission request information and identification information of the child terminal. The permission request information is used for indicating the permission of the sub-terminal for requesting to open.
In some examples, the permission request information includes one or more of data communication permission request information, application program opening request information, and communication function use request information.
The data communication permission request information may indicate a data communication permission that the child terminal requests to open, and specifically, the data communication permission that the child terminal requests to open may be a data communication permission that requests to open one or more applications. If the data communication permission requested to be opened by the child terminal is the data communication permission requesting to open one or more application programs, the data communication permission request information may further include the application information of the one or more application programs, so that the parent terminal may determine the application program requesting to open the data communication permission. The application information may include, but is not limited to, an application name, an application version, and the like.
For example, the applications a1, a2, A3 and a4 are installed in the sub-terminal, the data communication right request information indicates that the sub-terminal requests to open the data communication right of the applications a1 and a2, and if the data communication right of the applications a1 and a2 is openable, the applications a1 and a2 may use data traffic or use a wireless network. If the data communication authority of the applications a1 and a2 cannot be turned on, the applications a1 and a2 cannot use data traffic or use a wireless network, and even if the child terminal manually turns on the data communication switch, the operation of manually turning on the data communication switch is an invalid operation.
The application opening request information may indicate an opening authority of the application requested by the child terminal. For example, the application opening request information indicates that the child terminal requests to open the application a1, and if the opening authority of the application a1 can be opened, the application can be used on the child terminal. If the opening authority of the application program A1 cannot be opened, the application program is forbidden on the sub-terminal.
The communication function use request message may indicate an opening authority of the communication function requested by the sub terminal. For example, the opening authority of the communication functions such as voice call, video call, short message and the like.
The Identification information of the sub-terminal is used to identify the sub-terminal, and may specifically be an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), a Mobile Subscriber International integrated services Digital Network/Public Switched Telephone Network Number (MSISDN), and the like, which is not limited herein.
In step S102, the authority feedback information sent by the server is received.
And the permission feedback information is used for indicating whether the permission requested by the permission request information is allowed to be opened or not. The authority feedback information is sent to the server by the parent terminal.
In step S103, it is determined whether to turn on the authority requested by the authority request information according to the authority feedback information.
And if the permission feedback information indicates that the permission of the permission request information request is allowed to be opened, the sub-terminal opens the permission of the permission request information request. And if the permission feedback information indicates that the permission requested by the permission request information is not allowed to be opened, the sub-terminal forbids the permission requested by the permission request information.
For example, the permission request information includes data communication permission request information of the target application. Step S103 may be implemented to start the data communication function for the target application if the permission feedback information indicates that the permission to start the data communication of the target application is allowed. The target application is an application corresponding to the data communication right requested by the data communication right request information. Specifically, the data communication function may be enabled or disabled through an Application Programming Interface (API) that enables or disables calling of data communication.
It should be noted that the sub-terminal may include a central controller, and the central controller may be a hardware module, or may be a system or an application program implemented by a program running in the sub-terminal. The steps in the terminal remote control method in the embodiment of the present invention may be specifically executed by the central controller. If the sub-terminal comprises the central controller, the central controller has the highest control force for closing each authority in the sub-terminal, and does not make a mandatory requirement for the control force for opening each authority. For example, if the central controller controls the data communication function to be closed, and the sub-terminal receives an instruction for manually opening the data communication function, the operation of manually opening the data communication function of the sub-terminal is an invalid operation. If the sub-terminal receives an instruction to manually turn off the data communication function, such as enabling the flight mode, the priority of the operation of manually turning off the data communication function of the sub-terminal is higher.
The central controller may be installed in the sub-terminal before the sub-terminal leaves the factory, or may be installed on the sub-terminal after the sub-terminal leaves the factory by means of a system patch, which is not limited herein. The central controller can establish a data connection relationship between the sub-terminal and the server by means of manual setting, an embedded Internet Protocol (IP) address, an embedded domain name and the like.
The central controller may be specifically implemented as a trigger control device, configured to trigger the sub-terminal to execute the steps in the terminal remote control method when the sub-terminal needs to turn on the right. The central controller may also be embodied as a human-machine interface. The central controller can be implanted with multimedia functions such as characters, voice or video, and the like, so that the instant messaging tool for communicating the child terminal with the parent terminal is realized.
The data interaction between the sub-terminal and the server can be transmitted through a wireless data network, and is not limited herein.
The operation process of the central controller in the sub-terminal is described below by taking the data communication authority as an example.
And a certain application in the sub-terminals needs to use the data communication function, the application sends a data communication request to the central controller, the central controller receives the data communication request, generates a corresponding data communication permission request and sends the data communication permission request to the server by using the communication modules of the sub-terminals. And the communication module of the sub-terminal receives the authority feedback information and transmits the authority feedback information to the central controller. And the central controller analyzes the authority feedback information, and if the authority feedback information indicates the authority for opening the data communication. The central controller may control the data traffic switch in the sub-terminal to be turned on and may invoke the data communication interface so that the application making the data communication request may use the data communication function of the sub-terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sub-terminal sends the authority request message to the server in the controlled mode, thereby realizing the authority request to the parent terminal monitoring the sub-terminal. And the sub-terminal receives the authority feedback information sent by the server and determines whether to start the authority requested by the authority request information according to the authority feedback information. Therefore, the remote monitoring on the sub-terminal is realized, the convenience of monitoring on the sub-terminal is improved, and the applicability is high.
In some examples, the child terminal needs to establish a monitored and monitored relationship with the parent terminal at the server. The child terminal stores identification information of a parent terminal for monitoring the child terminal. Specifically, the identification information of the parent terminal monitoring the child terminal may be set in the central controller of the child terminal. The identification information of the parent terminal is used to identify the parent terminal, and may specifically be an IMSI, an MSISDN, and the like, which is not limited herein.
The child terminal may transmit the authorization setting information to the server. The authorization setting information includes identification information of the child terminal and identification information of the parent terminal for monitoring the child terminal. And the server can establish the corresponding relation between the child terminal and the parent terminal for monitoring the child terminal according to the received authorization setting information. So as to realize the identity verification of the communication between the subsequent child terminal and the parent terminal.
In some examples, the sub-terminal may further receive a mode control instruction sent by the server, and control the sub-terminal to enter an operating mode indicated by the mode control instruction. The operation mode may include, but is not limited to, a normal mode or a controlled mode, etc. If the working mode indicated by the mode control instruction is the controlled mode, the sub-terminal enters the controlled mode and can execute steps S101 to S103 in the above embodiment. In some examples, the controlled mode may be embodied as a data communication disabled mode. And if the sub-terminal enters the data communication forbidden mode, the data communication permission of the sub-terminal is forbidden completely.
If the working mode indicated by the mode control instruction is the common mode, the child terminal enters the common mode, and the authority of the child terminal can be automatically opened or closed without obtaining the opening permission of the parent terminal. For example, the application program in the sub-terminal needs to start to call the data communication function, and the sub-terminal can directly call the data communication function without triggering the central controller in the sub-terminal. Or triggering the central controller in the sub-terminal, wherein the central controller does not send the authority request message to the server, and the central controller can directly authorize and agree to call the data communication function.
In some examples, the operation mode of the sub-terminal may also be set locally at the sub-terminal, and is not limited herein.
In some examples, the child terminal may also receive push information sent by the server. The push information is sent to the server by the parent terminal for monitoring the child terminals. The push information may be specifically, but not limited to, text, pictures, videos, documents, and the like. For example, if the child terminal is used in a learning scene of teenagers and children, the child terminal may receive learning resources such as a learning video and a learning plan reminder sent by the server, and the learning video and the learning plan reminder are information pushed by the parent terminal. The method and the system have the advantages that the monitoring of the child terminal by the parent terminal is better realized, the network learning efficiency of teenagers and children is improved, and the risk of abusing the network is avoided.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a terminal remote control method applied to a server according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the terminal remote control method may include steps S201 to S203.
In step S201, a permission request message sent by the child terminal is received.
Wherein, the authority request message includes authority request information and identification information of the sub-terminal. In some examples, the permission request information includes one or more of data communication permission request information, application program opening request information, and communication function use request information. For the related content of the right request information, reference may be made to the related description in the above embodiments, and details are not described herein.
In step S202, the authority request information is sent to the parent terminal whose identification information corresponds to the identification information of the child terminal in the stored authorization correspondence.
