The working principle of the scheme is as follows: the warehouse monitoring system based on 5G and having the alarm function further comprises a warehouse information acquisition device 9 arranged at an acquisition point in a warehouse, wherein the warehouse information acquisition device 9 further comprises the temperature sensor 901 for detecting the temperature information of the acquisition point; a smoke sensor 902 for detecting and calculating smoke concentration at said collection point; a positioning device 903, configured to obtain position information of the acquisition point; the cargo identifier 904 is used for scanning the electronic tags arranged on the cargo and acquiring the cargo information stored in the acquisition points; the control module 3 is configured to receive temperature information detected by the temperature sensor 901, smoke concentration detected by the smoke sensor 902, position information detected by the positioning device 903, and cargo information identified by the cargo identifier 904; when the temperature information is determined to be smaller than the preset temperature threshold and the smoke concentration is determined to be larger than the preset smoke concentration threshold, controlling an alarm module 8 to send a first alarm prompt, wherein the first alarm prompt comprises a first alarm signal, and sending the position information of the acquisition point, the cargo information and the first alarm signal to a mobile terminal module 5 through a short message sending module 803; when the temperature information is determined to be greater than the preset temperature threshold and the smoke concentration is determined to be greater than the preset smoke concentration threshold, controlling the alarm module 8 to send a second alarm prompt, wherein the second alarm prompt comprises a second alarm signal, and sending the position information of the acquisition point, the cargo information and the second alarm signal to the mobile terminal module 5 through the short message sending module 803; the mobile terminal module 5 is configured to receive the position information of the acquisition point, the cargo information, and the first alarm signal transmitted by the short message sending module 803; and receiving the position information, the cargo information and the second alarm signal of the acquisition point transmitted by the short message sending module 803.
The invention provides a technical scheme that: a 5G-based warehouse monitoring system with alarm function, wherein the smoke sensor 902 calculates the smoke concentration at the collection point, comprising:
calculating the incident light intensity F (λ) of an incident light ray with a wavelength λ passing through the smoke particle as shown in equation (1):

wherein N (lambda) is the transmission light intensity of light with the wavelength of lambda after passing through smoke particles, K (lambda) is the absorption coefficient of the smoke particles at the wavelength lambda of incident light, E is the path of the laser beam of the smoke sensor (902) in smoke gas, and A is the number of the smoke particles in unit volume;
the smoke concentration C is calculated from the intensity of the incident light F (λ) when the incident light of wavelength λ passes through the smoke particles, as shown in equation (2):

wherein d is the average particle diameter of the smoke particles in the light propagation direction, and S (lambda) is the emergent light intensity of the light with the wavelength of lambda when passing through the smoke particles.

Claims (8)

1. The utility model provides a warehouse monitored control system based on 5G and have alarming function, includes data collection module (1) and alarm module (8), its characterized in that: data collection module (1) is connected through wire and data transmission module (2) electrical output, and data transmission module (2) is connected through wire and control module (3) electrical output, control module (3) is connected through wire and 5G internet data terminal (4) electrical input, and 5G internet data terminal (4) is connected through wire and removal end module (5) electrical output, control module (3) is connected through wire and data storage module (6) electrical output, control module (3) is connected through wire and display module (7) electrical output, alarm module (8) is connected through wire and control module (3) electrical input.

The 5G-based warehouse monitoring system with the alarm function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the data collection module (1), the data transmission module (2), the control module (3) and the display module (7) are electrically connected in series through wires, and the data collection module (1), the data transmission module (2), the control module (3) and the alarm module (8) are electrically connected in series through wires.

The 5G-based warehouse monitoring system with the alarm function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: data collection module (1) records module (104) and infrared temperature sensing module (105) including angle adjustment module (101), camera lens module (102), video shooting module (103), sound, angle adjustment module (101) is through wire and camera lens module (102) electrical output connection, and camera lens module (102) is through wire and video shooting module (103) electrical output connection, camera lens module (102) is through wire and sound recording module (104) electrical output connection, camera lens module (102) is through wire and infrared temperature sensing module (105) electrical output connection.

The 5G-based warehouse monitoring system with the alarm function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the data storage module (6) comprises a data module (601), a data backup module (602), a data cloud storage module (603) and a timing deletion module (604), the data module (601) is electrically output and connected with the data backup module (602) through a wire, the data module (601) is electrically output and connected with the data cloud storage module (603) through a wire, and the data module (601) is electrically output and connected with the timing deletion module (604) through a wire.

The 5G-based warehouse monitoring system with the alarm function as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the alarm module (8) comprises an infrared temperature comparison module (801), an acousto-optic module (802) and a short message sending module (803), the infrared temperature comparison module (801) is electrically output and connected with the acousto-optic module (802) through a lead, and the infrared temperature comparison module (801) is electrically output and connected with the short message sending module (803) through a lead.

receiving temperature information detected by the temperature sensor (901), smoke concentration detected by the smoke sensor (902), position information detected by the positioning device (903) and cargo information identified by the cargo identifier (904);
when the temperature information is determined to be smaller than a preset temperature threshold and the smoke concentration is determined to be larger than a preset smoke concentration threshold, controlling an alarm module (8) to send a first alarm prompt, wherein the first alarm prompt comprises a first alarm signal, and sending the position information of the acquisition point, the cargo information and the first alarm signal to a mobile terminal module (5) through a short message sending module (803);
when the temperature information is determined to be larger than a preset temperature threshold value and the smoke concentration is determined to be larger than a preset smoke concentration threshold value, controlling an alarm module (8) to send a second alarm prompt, wherein the second alarm prompt comprises a second alarm signal, and sending the position information of the acquisition point, the cargo information and the second alarm signal to a mobile terminal module (5) through a short message sending module (803);
the mobile terminal module (5) is connected with the short message sending module (803) and is used for:
receiving the position information, the cargo information and a first alarm signal of the acquisition point transmitted by the short message sending module (803);
and receiving the position information, the cargo information and a second alarm signal of the acquisition point transmitted by the short message sending module (803).
8. The 5G-based and alarm-enabled warehouse monitoring system of claim 7, wherein the smoke sensor (902) calculates the smoke concentration at the collection point, comprising:
calculating the incident light intensity F (λ) of an incident light ray with a wavelength λ passing through the smoke particle as shown in equation (1):

the smoke concentration C is calculated from the intensity of the incident light F (λ) when the incident light of wavelength λ passes through the smoke particles, as shown in equation (2):
