The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of embodiments for understanding the inventive concept of the present invention, and do not represent all embodiments, nor do they explain only embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention under the understanding of the inventive concept of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that if directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, and back … …) are involved in the embodiment of the present invention, the directional indications are only used to explain the relative positional relationship between the components, the movement situation, and the like in a specific posture, and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indications are changed accordingly. In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solution of the present invention, the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal and the working method thereof of the present invention are further described and explained in detail below, but are not to be construed as the scope of protection defined by the present invention.

Embodiment 1 discloses a working method of a patrol intelligent monitoring terminal, and with reference to fig. 1, the working method includes steps S101 to S105.
Step S101: and acquiring a use request of the user, wherein the use request carries the identity information of the user. The user request can be obtained by the fingerprint information of the user, or information corresponding to the user identity, such as account number and password information requested to be used by the user, is obtained by obtaining the user request, and the identity information is the unique identity corresponding to the fingerprint information or the account number and password information. In a preferred example, the face recognition of the user is performed by using a front camera such as a zoom camera.
Step S102: and verifying the identity information of the user, and allowing the user to use the information after the verification is passed.

Step S103: and acquiring wide-angle image monitoring information. The wide-angle image monitoring information is acquired through the high-definition wide-angle camera, the range of the image is wide, and a large range can be monitored.
Step S104: and extracting the face information in the wide-angle image monitoring information, and comparing the extracted face information with the target figure information, namely performing primary face identification on the target figure. And extracting the face information in the wide-angle image monitoring information through a face recognition algorithm, and comparing the extracted face information with the target person information through the recognition algorithm. The information comparison can be implemented in an intelligent police management platform or a patrol intelligent monitoring terminal. The target character information can be stored in a database of the intelligent police administration management platform, and can also be downloaded in advance by the intelligent police administration management platform and stored in the intelligent patrol monitoring terminal.
Step S105: and if the extracted face information and the target person information cannot be judged to be consistent, the identity of the target person is confirmed through another zoom camera. And if the two are not consistent, starting another zoom camera to perform secondary face identification identity confirmation on the target person. The criterion for determining whether the images match each other is determined by a threshold value of the degree of matching of feature points in face recognition, and a preferable example is that a pattern error of the wide-angle image is also corrected by using a specific recognition algorithm. Because the image-taking accuracy of the zoom camera is higher than that of the wide-angle camera, the identity confirmation accuracy of the second face recognition is higher than that of the first face recognition.
In addition, locking the target person further includes adjusting a direction angle of the zoom camera. When locking monitoring is carried out, not only the focal length is adjusted, but also the monitoring direction and angle are adjusted, and the monitoring pertinence is further enhanced.
The working method of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal also comprises the step of opening the use authority corresponding to the identity information of the user after the identity information passes the verification.
The working method also comprises the steps of obtaining the face information of the checked person, obtaining the identity card information of the checked person on line or on site, and verifying the authenticity of the identity of the checked person.
The internal embedded NFC terminal accords with the non-contact IC card reader function of ISO/IEC 14443B protocol standard, and can read external non-contact IC cards of the same standard; and the national resident identity card is manufactured by adopting a non-contact IC card technology of ISO/IEC 14443B protocol standard. The working principle is that the NFC module and the NFC antenna which are arranged in the equipment read the identity card information in a decoding mode through a network server of a third party on a 4G network link which is arranged in the equipment, and the problem of security holes is solved through an algorithm matched with a dynamic secret key technology, so that a false identity card is eliminated by 100%.
The identity card information of the checked person is acquired in an online or on-site mode, and the mode can be selected according to actual needs, so that convenience is provided for identity verification.
The working method further comprises the step of starting the lens heater when the water mist is judged to exist in the lens according to the image information. When the water mist is judged to exist in the lens through a preset identification algorithm, the lens heater is started at the moment, the lens is automatically heated, the water mist does not need to be wiped off manually, and convenience is brought to monitoring. The lens does not need to be manually cleaned, time and labor are saved, the effect of protecting the instrument lens can be achieved, the transparency of civilized law enforcement can be effectively guaranteed, the rights of parties can be guaranteed, and the smooth operation of taking can be guaranteed.
Embodiment 2 a patrol intelligent monitoring terminal, referring to fig. 2, includes a processor 1 and a memory 2 installed in a portable hanging machine 10, where the memory 2 stores an instruction set for the processor 1 to call to implement the following functions:
acquiring a use request of a user, wherein the use request carries identity information of the user;
verifying the identity information of the user, and allowing the user to use the identity information after the verification is passed;
acquiring wide-angle image monitoring information;
extracting face information in the wide-angle image monitoring information, and comparing the extracted face information with target character information;
and if the extracted face information cannot be judged to be consistent with the target person information, the identity of the target person is confirmed through another zoom camera.
And opening the use authority corresponding to the identity information of the user after the identity information passes the verification.
Locking the target person further includes adjusting a directional angle of the zoom camera.
And acquiring the face information of the checked person, acquiring the identity card information of the checked person on line or on site, and verifying the authenticity of the identity of the checked person.
And starting the lens heater when the water mist on the lens is judged according to the image information.
Some embodiments of the present invention further provide an intelligent patrol monitoring terminal, which is used to implement the working method of embodiment 1 or the intelligent patrol monitoring terminal of embodiment 2. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal, and fig. 4 is an exploded view of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal. The patrol intelligent monitoring terminal comprises a portable hanging machine body 10 and a coaxial rotating base 20 which is integrally combined to rotate and adjust the shooting direction up and down, and a wide-angle camera 30 for acquiring the wide-angle image and a zoom camera 40 are jointly arranged on the coaxial rotating base 20. Fig. 5 shows an isometric view of the coaxial rotary mount 20. In addition, fig. 6 to 11 respectively show diagrams of the front, the back, the first side, the second side, the upper end and the lower end of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal, and fig. 12 shows a diagram of a circuit module of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal.
Therefore, the identity of the target person under wide-area monitoring is confirmed in real time by using the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal during patrol. The police user carries the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal in a handheld or hanging mode, the shooting direction of the wide-angle camera 30 or/and the zoom camera 40 is adjusted up and down in a mode of rotating the coaxial rotating seat 20, the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal is suitable for different shooting heights or various patrol visual angles, the patrol work is influenced without taking out the hand after adjustment, meanwhile, the identity of a target person is automatically photographed and recorded in the patrol process and determined in real time, the possible hazard degree of each target person entering the monitoring range is graded in advance, the user can take necessary preventive measures in time when patrolling, the target person who is important and suspected can be prevented from escaping or further injuring, meanwhile, the patrol efficiency of the user can be improved, and the user can rapidly eliminate unimportant target persons.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the portable hanging device 10 includes a device core 16 having a display screen 11, function keys and various circuit module functions, a core back plate 17 coupled to a device mounting surface of the device core 16, a front anti-collision protective cover 18 mounted on a front surface of the device core 16, and a back anti-collision protective cover 19 mounted on a back surface of the device core 16. The front side anti-collision protective shell 18 is a periphery for protecting the front side of the machine body core 16, the back side anti-collision protective shell 19 is a periphery for protecting the back side of the core back plate 17, and the front side anti-collision protective shell 18 and the back side anti-collision protective shell 19 can increase the impact resistance coefficient of the portable hanging machine body 10. Specifically, a plurality of fixing members 31 fixedly couple the body core 16 and the core back plate 17.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, regarding the integral combination of the coaxial rotary base 20, in the example, the portable pendant body 10 has an upper end notch 12, and the coaxial rotary base 20 is embedded in the upper end notch 12. Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, regarding the relative relationship of the cameras on the coaxial rotating base 20, in an example, the zoom camera 40 and the wide-angle camera 30 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the coaxial rotating base 20, the zoom camera 40 is a front camera located above the display screen 11, the wide-angle camera 30 is a rear camera back-aligned to the zoom camera 40, and the vertical rotatable angle of the coaxial rotating base 20 is above 90 degrees; specifically, the rotatable angle reaches 180 degrees to interchange the relative positions of the zoom camera 40 and the wide-angle camera 30. The color-developing warning lamp 15 is specifically a blue light warning lamp or a non-red other color warning lamp.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in a more specific example structure of the portable hanging device 10, the portable hanging device 10 further includes a display 11 on a front surface, and a fingerprint identification area 13 and an NFC sensing area 14 corresponding to the display 11 are disposed on a back surface of the portable hanging device 10. Moreover, the position of the hot plug interface 50 on the first side edge does not affect or interfere with the bending action of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal during plugging, hanging and patrol.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, regarding the structural configuration and the function key embodiment of the hot plug interface 50, in an example, the hot plug interface 50 is specifically a Type-C interface or a Micro-USB interface, the patrol intelligent monitor terminal is in OTG connection with a plug-in device, so as to exchange the plug-and-play data after the user identity authentication is passed; the function keys include a power key 61, a basic key and a special key, the power key 61 is located at the first side and is adjacent to the hot plug interface 50, the basic key is located at the first side of the portable on-hook body 10, the special key is located at the second side of the portable on-hook body 10, to be remote from the power key 61 and the hot plug interface 50; the opposite ends of the first side edge and the opposite ends of the second side edge are connected by the upper end edge and the lower end edge of the portable hanging device 10, respectively. Through the connection mode of the hot plug interface 50 and the OTG, the plug-and-play signal communication between the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal and the plug-in connection device is realized, the functions of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal can be diffused, the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal has a built-in patrol basic function, a special function and a plug-in expansion function along with patrol scene change, and the special key and the hot plug interface 50 are arranged on different sides of the portable hanging machine body 10 to avoid operation interference. The power key 61 is adjacent to the hot plug interface 50, so that the terminal which is touched by the user by mistake can be prevented from being shut down accidentally.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the basic keys include a video key 62 and an intercom key 63, the special keys include an SOS key 71, a recording key 72, a photographing key 73 and a star key 74, the mobile phone card socket 75 is located on the second side, and the basic functions of video and intercom which are commonly used by the terminal and the special functions of SOS emergency call, recording, photographing and patrol of key star marks which are occasionally needed by the terminal are clearly planned through the concretization of the basic keys and the special keys. The handset card socket 75 is used for installing and connecting the sim card to a wireless communication module in the terminal machine for remote signal transmission and positioning.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11 again, regarding the sound collection and release distribution of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal, in an example, the upper end edge is provided with a work indicator lamp 81 and a sound collection port 82 (shown in fig. 10), and the lower end edge is provided with a sound playing port 91 (shown in fig. 11). The working indicator lamp 81 and the sound collecting port 82 are located above and separated from the sound playing port 91, so that the wide-angle camera 30 can synchronously acquire clearer environmental sound during video recording monitoring, and meanwhile, a user can confirm the working state of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal by lowering the head of the user through the working indicator lamp 81, and the problem that the terminal does not work when the patrol monitoring is needed is prevented.
As shown in fig. 12, the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal is integrated with various circuit modules in the portable pendant body 10. For example, regarding the communication mode of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal for external signals, in an example, a wireless communication module is arranged in the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal and is wirelessly connected to an alert intelligent management platform so as to upload the identity information of the user and upload the face information or download the target person information, and the comparison between the face information and the target person information is implemented in the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal or/and the alert intelligent management platform. Through a wireless communication module arranged in the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal and an alarm intelligent management platform in wireless connection with the patrol intelligent management terminal, target character information is provided by a background of the alarm intelligent management platform, part of target character information including suspects or wanted criminals can be downloaded into the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal, the face information in monitoring and recording can be compared by the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal when finding corresponding target character information, and can also be compared by the alarm intelligent management platform, so that an eagle eye plan of a patrol security system is realized, the images are recorded at any time in patrol, suspects and escapers are immediately distinguished, and the effect of quickly discriminating and arresting is achieved. In a preferred example, the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal further comprises an intelligent voice control module in the portable hanging body 10, and the intelligent voice control module is used for turning on or off individual function modules by voice of a user. In a complex law enforcement field, sometimes a police needs to hold a gun or a weapon or control a suspect with both hands, cannot operate equipment with the hands any more, and can control the equipment to operate related functions through intelligent voice.
Under emergency or complex conditions, users such as police officers and the like need to hold guns, weapons or control suspects with both hands, cannot operate the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal with hands any more, and can control related functions of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal, such as functions of photographing, recording, calling background support, sending voice and the like, through intelligent voice. If the hands are again freed to operate the device at this time, the suspect may be left in the open position to attack or escape the police.
The patrol intelligent monitoring terminal in the example of the application can be externally connected with a plurality of plug-in connecting devices in an expansion mode so as to enlarge patrol functions. As shown in fig. 13, the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal is connected to the remote face recognizer 110 through the hot plug interface 50, and the remote image capturing distance of the remote face recognizer 110 is about 20-30 m, so as to realize remote monitoring. The photographic data of the remote face recognizer 110 is transmitted to the portable on-hook body 10 through the hot plug interface 50, and the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal can realize AF (auto focus) remote lens face recognition, so that the problem that the face recognition function of the patrol terminal can only recognize faces in a near-focus short distance is solved. In an example, the remote face recognizer 110 is specifically connected to the tele camera module of the portable on-hook body 10 through the hot plug interface 50 of TYPE-C to perform face recognition, and has a high resolution, an ultra-wide depth of field, an ultra-low distortion and a unique parallel light structure design.
As shown in fig. 14, the patrol intelligent monitor terminal is connected to the heart rate detector 120 through the hot plug interface 50, and fig. 15 is an exemplary representation of a heart rate detection circuit in the heart rate detector 120. The heart rate detector 120 has a clip for clipping a finger of a target person to detect the heart rate state thereof and transmitting heart rate data to the portable suspension body 10 through the hot plug interface 50, and has the function of OTG heart rate detection. Under the condition that the police is injured or dead, the vital sign conditions of the injured or dead person at that time can be judged in a scientific mode in time. In an example, the heart rate detector 120 detects a change in the content of blood oxygen protein in blood of a fingertip caused by the beating of the heart by using the sensitivity of infrared rays with specific wavelengths to a change in blood volume caused by blood microcirculation at the end of a blood vessel, and after signal amplification, adjustment and other circuit processing, a pulse signal synchronized with the pulse beating can be output, so that the pulse rate is calculated, and a complete pulse wave waveform signal reflecting the change in blood volume of the fingertip can also be output. The vital sign condition of casualties is monitored on site, the rescue opportunity of the casualties is safely guaranteed, and the body heart rate condition of the casualties at that time is provided as an effective basis of law. And the current body heart rate data reference injury degree of the victim is provided for criminal numerology.
As shown in fig. 16, the patrol intelligent monitor terminal is connected to the alcohol detector 130 through the hot plug interface 50, and fig. 17 is an exemplary representation of an alcohol detection circuit in the alcohol detector 130. The alcohol detector 130 has an inhalation port for receiving the breathing gas of the target person to detect the alcohol concentration thereof and transmitting the alcohol value data to the portable body 10 through the hot-plug interface 50, and has the function of OTG alcohol detection. The method can detect the alcohol content of the suspected personnel in the field of the happening event, provide strong evidence and provide effective and powerful basis for ensuring criminal fixing and criminal measuring.
Generally, the existing alcohol detector is only used by traffic police for checking drunk driving behaviors on roads, is a single large instrument, and is not equipment for checking alcohol in every case site. In an example, the portable hanging device 10 is connected to a USB alcohol detection module (i.e. the hot plug interface 50 is not limited to one, and may have a TYPE-C interface and a micro USB interface) with a small volume, which is independently developed in the alcohol detector 130, and by using the operating principle of a fuel cell TYPE (electrochemical) alcohol sensor, the gas exhaled by a suspect is checked, the sample gas containing alcohol components is quantitatively pumped into the sensor reaction gas chamber of the air pump, each mole of alcohol generates an oxidation reaction on the working electrode (anode) and simultaneously releases 2 moles of H + and electrons, the H + and the electrons respectively pass through the electrolyte layer and the external circuit load and reach the counter electrode (cathode) to perform a reduction reaction on oxygen, and the material balance and the charge balance of reactants and products are formed, and the current formed by the flow of the charges released by the reaction, and determining the content of alcohol in the sample gas to be detected. Alcohol content inspection is carried out to the suspect fast, whether to the suspect crime behind the wine, or the effect of alcohol down crime provides effectual legal basis, and this data can be as crime suspect crime judgement quantitative reference basis.
As shown in fig. 18, the patrol intelligent monitor terminal is connected to the drug detector 140 through the hot plug interface 50, and fig. 19 is an exemplary representation of a drug detection circuit in the drug detector 140. The drug detector 140 has a detection dish for receiving blood or saliva of a target person to detect the drug content thereof and transmitting the drug content data to the portable hook body 10 through the hot plug interface 50, and has a function of detecting OTG drugs. The drug component detection can be carried out on the spot on the occurrence incident on suspected personnel, powerful evidence is provided, and effective powerful basis is provided when the criminal fixing and the criminal measuring are ensured.
In an example, the portable hanging machine 10 is connected with a USB drug detection module with a small volume which is independently developed in the drug detector 140, collects saliva of a suspect on site and displays negative and positive through colors on a test bar, can quickly and accurately judge drug-absorbing components, solves various problems of insufficient police force, complicated process, overlong time and the like in conventional urine tests, can obtain a result which is completely consistent with the urine detection in less than ten minutes by only holding a test paper in the mouth of the suspect by an police, can quickly check whether the suspect has drug-absorbing components, can detect more than twenty types of drugs on the market such as morphine, hemp, cocaine, barbiturate, methamphetamine, opiates and the like, provides effective legal basis for the suspect to crime after drug absorption or under the action of drugs, the data can be used as the basis for criminal suspects to judge the criminal ration. The proportion of the virus addicts with AIDS is relatively obvious, thereby reducing the probability of infection in the law enforcement process.
Fig. 20 shows a built-in NFC sensing circuit of a patrol smart monitoring terminal according to an example of the present invention, that is, the NFC sensing circuit may be included in the portable on-hook body 10 of the patrol smart monitoring terminal, and is used for sensing and reading card-type identification card information of a target person.
Fig. 21 is a diagram showing a body temperature detection circuit of a patrol intelligent monitoring terminal according to an example of the present invention, that is, the portable body 10 of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal may include a body temperature detection circuit therein, so that the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal has a function of detecting body temperature by thermal imaging. In various examples, the body temperature detection circuit can also be constructed on a plug-in connection device. The body temperature detection circuit is different from body temperature detectors on the market, not only detects the current temperature of a human body, but also traces record information of detected personnel subsequently, such as acquisition time, place, name, identification card number, identification card address, current temperature and frequency interval time and times of detection. In an example, the logic intelligent monitoring terminal is provided with a thermal imaging temperature detection circuit, a thermal radiation image is formed through a reading circuit, the change of the surface temperature of an object can be directly reflected, and compared with a single-point temperature measurement method, the thermal imaging temperature measurement method can find the highest temperature point more quickly, has more medical significance and is quicker, and the fully-autonomous temperature monitoring can be realized. The built-in identity card reading function and the built-in Beidou GPS positioning place are matched, the name, the identity card number, the identity card address, the time, the place, the temperature at the time and the frequency interval time and times of detection of the collected person can be stored, and the stored information is sent to a background server through an internal 4G or WIFI network to be stored and checked.
Fig. 22 is a diagram showing a gas/gas pressure level detection circuit of a patrol intelligent monitoring terminal according to an example of the present invention, that is, a gas/gas pressure level detection circuit may be included in the portable body 10 of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal, so that the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal can detect toxic gas in the surrounding environment or/and determine the environment level of the user. In various examples, the gas/gas pressure level detection circuit may also be implemented in an external connection device. If casualties exist in case sites, whether special toxic gas causes accidents or not can be judged in a scientific mode in time for surrounding environments, and police officers can be guaranteed not to be invaded by the toxic gas in site law enforcement. Or/and when law enforcement personnel perform law enforcement on high floors and in a disordered scene, accurate height can be timely provided for background commanding and dispatching, or the latest real-time height of a sea level or a floor can be acquired when rescue personnel arrive at the position.
The patrol intelligent monitoring terminal is arranged inside the portable hanging machine body 10 or in a plug-in mode, and further comprises an MEMS (micro electro mechanical systems) technical environment sensor connected with the gas/air pressure height detection circuit, and the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal can measure VOC (volatile organic compounds), temperature, humidity and air pressure. Common harmful gases such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, formaldehyde, ozone, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, tetrahydrothiophene, and the like can be detected. The law enforcement scene can judge whether the party (target person) is caused by surrounding gas or not, and can ensure that the policemen (users) enforce law in the environment of safe and harmless gas. In addition, the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal also comprises a barometer sensor connected with the gas/gas pressure height detection circuit in the portable hanging body 10 or in a plug-in mode. When an event occurs during law enforcement, the current altitude is identified through the barometer sensor, the current altitude and the floor altitude are effectively and accurately identified, and the accurate position is sent to the background. The background can monitor the altitude of the party at sea level or the current floor height through network link to make correct command and scheduling work.
The invention also provides a using method of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal, which comprises the following steps:
when a user visually observes that the patrol direction is consistent with the preset patrol direction and the zoom camera 40 is positioned between the visual observation point of the user and the preset patrol point, the photographing monitoring direction of the wide-angle camera 30 can naturally aim at the preset patrol direction, and the wide angle of the wide-angle camera 30 can comprise the position from a user target point to a terminal hanging point or be slightly adjusted when the terminal is hung;
after the identity of a user is determined, starting and hanging the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal, and recording and taking pictures by using the wide-angle camera 30 of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal, wherein the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal can be fixedly inserted on the shoulder of the user or hung in front of the chest of the user in an I-shaped manner, and the starting refers to starting the recording function of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal through the wide-angle camera 30;
and confirming the corresponding person information in real time by the face information appearing in the wide-angle image acquired by the wide-angle camera 30 in patrol. Therefore, when in use, the method can confirm the identity of the user before patrol, record and monitor in real time during patrol and help the user to confirm the identity of the target person in real time.
The zoom camera 40 as the front camera has an imaging distance of about 3.5 m and is provided with a connecting mechanism which mechanically rotates through the coaxial rotating base 20, and the wide-angle camera 30 as the rear camera has an imaging distance of about 3.5 m and is also provided with a connecting mechanism which mechanically rotates through the coaxial rotating base 20, so that the front camera and the rear camera are jointly positioned on the coaxial rotating base 20. The face recognition capability of the zoom camera 40 is generally higher than that of the wide-angle camera 30. The video recording power consumption of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal is 300-400 milliamperes/hour, and the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal has the effect of long-acting operation and low efficiency.
When the camera is used, the front camera and the rear camera can rotate up and down, so that the camera is particularly suitable for police officers with different heights to take images in the same target direction, and the vertical rotation angle is more than 90 degrees. In a preferred example, the vertical rotation angle reaches 180 degrees, and the front camera and the rear camera are interchanged.
The embodiments of the present invention are merely preferred embodiments for easy understanding or implementing of the technical solutions of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent changes in structure, shape and principle of the present invention should be covered by the claims of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A patrol intelligent monitoring terminal is characterized in that a working method configured for implementation comprises the following steps:
acquiring a use request of a user, wherein the use request carries identity information of the user;
verifying the identity information of the user, and allowing the user to use the identity information after the verification is passed;
acquiring wide-angle image monitoring information;
extracting face information in the wide-angle image monitoring information, and comparing the extracted face information with target character information;
if the extracted face information and the target figure information cannot be judged to be consistent, the identity of the target figure is confirmed through another zoom camera;
the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal comprises a portable hanging body and a coaxial rotating seat which is integrally combined to rotate and adjust the shooting direction up and down, and a wide-angle camera for acquiring the wide-angle image and the zoom camera are jointly arranged on the coaxial rotating seat;
the portable on-hook machine body is characterized in that a plurality of function keys are arranged on two side edges of the portable on-hook machine body, wherein the first side edge of the portable on-hook machine body is also provided with a hot plug interface with expanded functions and used for externally connecting any externally-connected connecting device of a remote human face recognizer, a heart rate detector, an alcohol detector and a drug detector in a hanging manner, and the data communication of the externally-connected connecting device is after the identity verification of a user is verified by the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal; the position of the hot plug interface on the first side edge does not influence or interfere with the inserting, pulling, hanging and bending actions of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal during patrol;
the function keys comprise a power key, a basic key and a special key, wherein the power key is positioned on the first side and is adjacent to the hot plug interface, the basic key is positioned on the first side of the portable hanging machine body, the special key is positioned on the second side of the portable hanging machine body so as to be far away from the power key and the hot plug interface, and two opposite ends of the first side and two opposite ends of the second side are respectively connected with the lower end edge and the upper end edge of the portable hanging machine body; the basic keys comprise a video recording key and an intercom key, and the special keys comprise an SOS key, a recording key, a photographing key and a star key; the special key and the hot plug interface are arranged on different sides of the portable hanging machine body to avoid operation interference, and the power key is adjacent to the hot plug interface to avoid accidental shutdown of the terminal which is mistakenly touched by a user.
2. A patrol intelligent monitoring terminal according to claim 1, further comprising: a processor (1) and a memory (2) mounted within the portable pendant, the memory (2) storing a set of instructions for the processor (1) to call to implement the method of operation.
3. A patrol intelligent monitoring terminal according to claim 2, wherein: the instruction set is also for the processor (1) to call to implement the following functions:
opening the use authority corresponding to the identity information of the user after the identity information passes the verification;
locking the target person further comprises adjusting the direction angle of the zooming camera;
acquiring face information of a person to be checked, acquiring identity card information of the person to be checked on line or on site, and checking the authenticity of the identity of the person to be checked;
and starting the lens heater when the water mist on the lens is judged according to the image information.

A patrol intelligent monitoring terminal according to claim 1, wherein the zoom camera and the wide-angle camera are respectively located at two opposite sides of the coaxial rotary base, the portable on-hook body comprises a display screen located at the front, the zoom camera is a front camera located above the display screen, the wide-angle camera is a rear camera facing away from the zoom camera, and the up-down rotatable angle of the coaxial rotary base is more than 90 degrees; specifically, the rotatable angle reaches 180 degrees to interchange the relative positions of the zoom camera and the wide-angle camera.

A patrol intelligent monitoring terminal according to claim 4, wherein the portable on-hook body is provided with an upper end gap, and the coaxial rotating base is embedded in the upper end gap, or/and the reverse side of the portable on-hook body is provided with a fingerprint identification area and an NFC induction area which correspond to the display screen; specifically, the coaxial roating seat is in the periphery of wide angle camera is equipped with annular lens heater and infrared lamp, the reverse side of portable string of organism is being close to the region of coaxial roating seat still is equipped with blue warning light.
6. A patrol intelligent monitoring terminal according to claim 1, wherein the upper end edge is provided with a work indicator light and a sound collecting port, the lower end edge is provided with a sound playing port, and the mobile phone card port is arranged on the second side edge.

A patrol intelligent monitoring terminal according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein a wireless communication module is arranged in the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal and is wirelessly connected to an intelligent policeman management platform so as to upload the identity information of the user and upload the face information or download the target person information, and the comparison between the face information and the target person information is implemented in the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal or/and the intelligent policeman management platform.
8. A use method of a patrol intelligent monitoring terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a patrol intelligent monitoring terminal as claimed in any one of claims 1-7, and adjusting the image capturing angle of the zoom camera up and down to perform user identity authentication;
after the identity of a user is determined, starting and hanging the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal, and recording and taking pictures by using the wide-angle camera of the patrol intelligent monitoring terminal;
and confirming corresponding person information in real time by face information appearing in the wide-angle image acquired by the wide-angle camera in patrol.
