Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of protective doors, in particular to a protective door which is simple in structure and reliable in use, and is mainly but not limited to be applied to sockets, extension plugs and patch boards.
Background
In order to meet the purpose of plug and use, a protective door is not arranged on a socket commonly used in China, namely, a jack is generally in an open state and is not closed. If a child holds a metal foreign body such as a key or an iron wire and inserts into the jack, the danger of electric shock often occurs.
In order to avoid the dangerous accidents, sockets with protective doors are available on the market; the socket protection door reset by the torsion spring disclosed in the invention CN 204349011U in China comprises a first stop block for stopping the protection door from translating when only the first driving inclined plane is pressed down and a second stop block for stopping the protection door from translating when only the second driving inclined plane is pressed down.
However, the protective door needs to be supported on the torsion spring to limit the specific position of the protective door, and after the protective door is used for a long time, the limited function is lost due to insufficient elastic force of the torsion spring, so that the protective door cannot be used; also, this type of protective door is complicated in structure, resulting in troublesome assembly.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to the defects in the prior art, and the main object of the present invention is to provide a protective door with simple structure and reliable use, which has reasonable structural arrangement and effectively solves the problems of complex structure and unreliable use of the existing protective door.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a protective door with simple structure and reliable use comprises a protective door base, a swinging plate, a protective door and an elastic resetting piece;
the protective door base is at least provided with two first jacks which are arranged at a left-right interval;
the swinging plate can be installed on the protective door base in a vertically swinging mode, and two second jacks exposed out of the first jacks are arranged on the swinging plate;
the protective door is arranged corresponding to the two second jacks respectively, the protective door is movably arranged on the swinging plate, and the protective door is provided with a guide surface; the elastic resetting piece acts on the protective door to provide elastic resetting force to enable the protective door to shield the outer side of the second jack;
the protective door base or the protective door is provided with a limiting convex point, the limiting convex point is used as a guide surface of a single protective door to press down one side of the swinging plate, and the protective door swings downwards along with one side of the swinging plate so that the limiting convex point is prevented from moving outwards and exposing the second jack; when the guide surfaces of the two protective doors act simultaneously, the protective doors move outwards to expose the second jacks.
As a preferred embodiment: the protective door base is provided with a first pin joint position, and the swinging plate is provided with a second pin joint position matched with the first pin joint position;
one of the first pivot joint position and the second pivot joint position is a first pivot joint shaft, and the other one of the first pivot joint position and the second pivot joint position is a first pivot joint hole.
As a preferred embodiment: the bottom of the swing plate is provided with a rotating fulcrum, and the rotating fulcrum is contacted with the protective door base, so that two sides of the swing plate can swing relative to the rotating fulcrum.
As a preferred embodiment: the protective door is characterized in that a rotary supporting position is arranged on the protective door base, and the rotary fulcrum is adapted to the rotary supporting position.
As a preferred embodiment: the limiting convex points are arranged on the protective door base, and the swing plate is provided with avoidance through holes; the swing plate is horizontally arranged, and the top of the limit salient point is flush with the top of the swing plate; any side of the swing plate is pressed downwards, and the limit salient point on the same side protrudes out of the upper end of the swing plate.
As a preferred embodiment: the size of the limiting convex point is smaller than that of the avoiding through hole, so that the limiting convex point and the avoiding through hole are arranged in a clearance mode.
As a preferred embodiment: the protective door base is provided with a limiting hole, and the swinging plate is provided with an avoiding window arranged corresponding to the limiting hole;
the limiting convex points are arranged on the bottom surface of the protective door and penetrate through the avoidance window, any side of the swinging plate is pressed downwards, and the limiting convex points on the same side are limited in the limiting holes.
As a preferred embodiment: the swing board is provided with a guide groove, and the protective door is provided with a guide convex point matched with the guide groove.
As a preferred embodiment: the protective door base is provided with a first mounting position, and the protective door is provided with a second mounting position; one end of the elastic reset piece is abutted against the first mounting position, and the other end of the elastic reset piece is abutted against the second mounting position.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has obvious advantages and beneficial effects, and specifically, the technical scheme includes that:
the protective doors can be movably arranged on the swing plate, if a single protective door can selectively press down the swing plate, the side surface of each protective door is limited by the limit salient point, and meanwhile, the two protective doors can selectively move to expose the second jacks; due to the structural arrangement, the movement of the protection door can be limited in a mode of up-and-down swinging of the swinging plate, and compared with a mode of limiting the specific position of the protection door by adopting a torsion spring in the prior art, the protection door has the advantages that the limited function cannot be lost due to insufficient elastic force, and the protection door is more reliable to use;
secondly, the movement of the protective door is limited by the up-and-down swinging of the swinging plate, so that the arrangement of a few torsion springs can be reduced, the integral structure of the protective door is simplified, and the assembly of the protective door is simpler;
and the protective door is respectively and independently provided with the elastic reset piece, so that the automatic reset capability of the protective door is controllable and reliable.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a specific structure of a preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, which is a protective door with simple structure and reliable use, and includes a protective door base 10, a swing plate 20, a protective door 30 and an elastic reset element 40.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the protective door base 10 is provided with at least two first insertion holes 11, and the two first insertion holes 11 are arranged at a left-right interval; the swing plate 20 can be vertically and swingably mounted on the protective door base 10, and the swing plate 20 is provided with two second insertion holes 21 exposed to the first insertion hole 11; the protective door 30 is arranged corresponding to the two second insertion holes 21 respectively, the protective door 30 is movably mounted on the swing plate 20, the protective door 30 has a guide surface 301, the elastic reset piece 40 acts on the protective door 30 to provide an elastic reset force to shield the protective door 30 outside the second insertion holes 21;
the protective door base 10 or the protective door 30 is provided with a limit salient point 12, when the guide surface 301 of the single protective door 30 is used for pressing down one side of the swinging plate 20, the protective door 30 swings downwards along with one side of the swinging plate 20 so that the limit salient point 12 limits the protective door 30 to not move outwards and expose the second jack 21; when the guide surfaces 301 of the two protection doors 30 are simultaneously acted, the protection doors 30 are moved outwards to expose the second insertion holes 21. Due to the structure, the movement of the protection door 30 can be limited in a mode of swinging the swinging plate 20 up and down, and compared with a mode of limiting the specific position of the protection door by adopting a torsion spring in the prior art, the limited function cannot be lost due to insufficient elastic force, so that the use is more reliable. As described above, the protective door base 10 may be provided with two-pole jacks and three-pole jacks as necessary, and the corresponding first jacks 11 may be arranged according to specifications of the two-pole jacks and the three-pole jacks. The corresponding swing plates can be increased as required.
In more detail, the protective door base 10 is provided with a first pivot location 13, and the swing plate 20 is provided with a second pivot location 22 matching the first pivot location 13. Preferably, the first pivot position 13 is a first pivot shaft, the second pivot position 22 is a first pivot hole, and the first pivot shaft is inserted into the first pivot hole to completely mount the swing plate 20. In addition, the positions of the first pivot shaft and the first pivot hole can be replaced mutually; for example, the first pivot position 13 is a first pivot hole, and the second pivot position 22 is a first pivot axis.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the swing plate 20 is provided at the bottom thereof with a rotation fulcrum 23, and the rotation fulcrum 23 is in contact with the protective door base 10 such that both sides of the swing plate 20 can swing with respect to the rotation fulcrum 23. Specifically, the protective door base 10 is provided with a rotation support portion 14, and the rotation fulcrum 23 is fitted in the rotation support portion 14. Preferably, the rotation support 14 is a first rotation groove, and the rotation fulcrum 23 is a first rotation rib, and the first rotation rib is limited in the first rotation groove. After the swing plate 20 is installed, the swing of the swing plate can be completed by the structure of the first rotation groove and the first rotation rib; of course, the rotation support portion 14 may be a first rotation rib, and the rotation fulcrum 23 may be a first rotation groove, as long as both sides of the swing plate 20 can swing with respect to the rotation fulcrum 23. The structure of the rotation support portion 14 and the rotation fulcrum 23 may be used as an alternative to the structure of the first pivot position 13 and the second pivot position 22, or two structures may be provided at the same time.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the limit bumps 12 are disposed on the protective door base 10 and beside the first insertion holes 11; the swing plate 20 is provided with an avoiding through hole 24, and the limit salient point 12 is positioned in the avoiding through hole 24; specifically, the swing plate 20 is horizontally placed, and the top of the limit salient point 12 is flush with the top of the swing plate 20; any side of the swing plate 20 is pressed downwards, and the limit salient points 12 on the same side protrude out of the upper end of the swing plate 20. Thus, when the guide surfaces 301 of the two protection doors 30 act simultaneously, the protection doors 30 are moved outwards to expose the second insertion holes 21; when only one guide surface 301 of the protection door 30 is acted, the swing plate 20 is pressed downwards, so that the limit salient point 12 protrudes out of the upper end of the swing plate 20 to prevent the limited protection door from moving outwards to expose the second insertion hole 21. Preferably, the size of the limit salient point 12 is smaller than that of the avoiding through hole 24, so that the limit salient point 12 and the avoiding through hole 24 are arranged in a clearance mode. The swing plate 20 is provided with a guide groove 25, and the protection door 30 is provided with a guide protrusion 31 fitted to the guide groove 25; by means of the structure that the guide convex points 31 are matched with the guide grooves 25, the protective door 30 can be guaranteed to move more reliably, and the structure is simple and easy to manufacture and assemble subsequently.
Besides, the limit salient point 12 can be arranged on the bottom surface of the protective door 30; a limiting hole is formed in the protective door base 10, an avoiding window for avoiding the limiting convex point 12 is formed in the swing plate 20, the avoiding window is arranged corresponding to the limiting hole, and the limiting convex point extends downwards and protrudes out of the lower portion of the swing plate 20; when only acting on single shutter 30, the swing board pushes down thereupon, makes spacing bump 12 insert in the spacing hole so that shutter 30 can not outwards remove and show second jack 21, and when two shutters 30 of simultaneous action, the swing board level sets up so that spacing bump does not insert spacing hole to can act on shutter 30 and outwards remove and show the second jack.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the protective door chassis 10 is provided with a first mounting location 15 and the protective door 30 is provided with a second mounting location 32; one end of the elastic reset piece 40 is abutted against the first mounting position 15, and the other end is abutted against the second mounting position 32; the elastic restoring member 40 is preferably a spring, but may be any one of a torsion spring, a spring plate, and a compression spring, and is not limited to the spring of the embodiment. Preferably, the first mounting location 15 is a first mounting post, and the second mounting location 32 is a first mounting hole; one end of the spring is sleeved on the first mounting column, and the other end of the spring is inserted into the first mounting hole to complete mounting. In addition, the specific arrangement of the first mounting post and the first mounting hole can be changed as required; for example, the first mounting location 32 is a first mounting hole and the second mounting location 15 is a first mounting post.
