技术领域
本发明属于电缆技术领域,具体涉及一种便于维修的新型电力电缆。
背景技术
电力电缆是常用的配电设备,为了节约铺设成本,市容美化等目的,现有的电力电缆大多都铺设于地下管道内,这样如果电缆会出现损坏的情况,破损点往往难以精确定位,造成抢修不及时,由此会带来严重的经济损失。
大多数的损伤是缓慢出现的,因此如果在损伤出现能及时发现进行维修,就可以将损失降到最低,对于医院、国防等应用领域来说,能及时发现损伤尤为重要。
发明内容
为了满足上述要求,本发明提供一种新型电力电缆,该具有破损报警功能,快速定位破损处,使检修人员提早准备,将损失降到最低。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型电力电缆,包括电缆芯,所述电缆芯由若干导线组成,所述电缆芯外设有高强度尼龙布层,所述高强度尼龙布层外设有硅橡胶层,所述硅橡胶层表面径向设有若干隔条,隔条两两之间设有阻水纱,阻水纱上设有潮解物,潮解物内设有软管,软管外套有弹簧管,软管内径向分成若干隔层,每个隔层内均设有压力传感器,每个压力传感器均与控制器相连,所述控制器与报警装置相连,所述硅橡胶层外设有陶瓷纤维层,所述陶瓷纤维层外设有高密度聚乙烯层,所述高密度聚乙烯层外设有聚氨酯护套层。
优选的,所述导线结构为:最里层为铜线,所述铜线外设有聚醚醚酮层,所述聚醚醚酮层外设有铝箔层。
优选的,所述潮解物为:无水氯化钙或氯化镁。
优选的,每根弹簧管的节距不小于1mm。
优选的,阻水纱内混有染色剂和荧光剂。
优选的,所述染色剂为果绿、靛蓝或胭脂红中任意一种。
潮解指的是某些物质从空气中吸收或者吸附水分,使得表面逐渐变得潮湿、滑润,最后物质就会从固体变为该物质的溶液的现象。
阻水纱的阻水功能是利用阻水纱纤维主体遇水时,可迅速膨胀形成体积很大的胶状物,而且该胶状物的保水能力相当强,能有效地阻止水树的增长,从而阻止水分继续渗入和扩散,达到阻水的目的。
压力传感器是能感受压力信号,并能按照一定的规律将压力信号转换成可用的输出的电信号的器件或装置。
当电缆出现损伤,潮解物就会暴露出来,潮解物不稳定,会大量吸收空气中的水,阻水纱吸水膨胀,变成胶状物,挤入弹簧管的间隙压迫胶管,对应隔层内的胶管内压力变高,被相应位置的压力传感器感应到,压力传感器进而将位置传给工作人员,并且阻水纱层还可以向外挤出染色剂,使损伤点染色,检修人员到达现场后,可以快速的确定损伤点,设有的荧光剂,可以在黑夜也可以方便看到破损点。
潮解物使电缆在干燥的地方也能快速报警,大大增加了该电力电缆的使用范围。
软管外套有弹簧管作用在于:1.弹簧管的径向是具有支撑性的,防止电缆在生产过程中压坏压力传感器,以及正常使用中的压迫导致误报;2.弹簧管的纵向是柔软的,不会阻碍电缆正常收卷和铺设。
硅橡胶形成的隔层作用在于:1.使阻水纱只在有限的空间内膨胀,对软管产生更大的压迫性;2.潮解物形成的水溶液不会扩散的很大,方便维修。
本发明的有益效果是:通过内部结构的设计和利用材料特性,采用双重定位,可以极为精确的定位出电缆任意点上的破损,快速定位破损处,使检修人员提早准备,将损失降到最低。
