It should be noted that this is only a list of comparison and is not limiting.
In the embodiment of the invention, the final evaluation result can be obtained through score and skill score.
For example, the score: each keyword corresponds to a score, and the score/total score of the completed keyword is 100, so as to obtain a score percentage.

According to the method for evaluating the questioning and examining body based on the simulated patient, the simulated patient is set, and the first preset word stock and the second preset word stock are preset, so that a user can directly conduct questioning and examining body with a system, whether the user is aimed at target case information is judged according to dialogue between the user and the simulated patient, and questions and flows of the first preset word stock and the second preset word stock are questioned and examined, and evaluation is conducted. The evaluation is objectively, fairly and correctly given to the user, the workload of manual evaluation is reduced, the evaluation is careful, each evaluation item can be traced back, the achievement of the user can be saved, and meanwhile, the user can find the weak aspect of the user. Based on the real simulated patient diagnosis and treatment scene acquisition data, a user can more easily accept and adapt to investigation in a real scene, and the due level is exerted.
Based on a general inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a query examination evaluation system based on the simulated patient.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a system for evaluating a patient-based questioning and examining system according to an embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 3, a system provided by an embodiment of the present invention may include the following structures: a receiving module 1, an acquiring module 2 and a processing module 3;
a receiving module 1, configured to receive a selection instruction;
an acquisition module 2, configured to acquire at least one item of target inquiry diagnosis information based on the target case information and the simulated patient;
the processing module 3 is used for determining target case information in a preset case library according to the selection instruction; the method comprises the steps of judging the matching degree of each item of standard inquiry diagnosis information and a first preset word stock; if the target inquiry and query body information contains a matching item in a first preset word stock, evaluating the target inquiry and query body information according to a first evaluation rule corresponding to the matching item to obtain a first evaluation result; if the target inquiry and examination body information does not contain the matching item in the first preset word stock, judging the matching degree of the target inquiry and examination body information and the second preset word stock; if the target inquiry and examination information contains the matching item in the second preset word stock, evaluating the target inquiry and examination information according to a second evaluation rule corresponding to the matching item, and obtaining a second evaluation result; and the final evaluation result of the target inquiry body information is obtained according to the first evaluation result, the second evaluation result and the preset evaluation standard after the end information is obtained.
The specific manner in which the various modules perform the operations in the apparatus of the above embodiments have been described in detail in connection with the embodiments of the method, and will not be described in detail herein.
Based on one general inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a system for evaluating a questionnaire based on a simulated patient.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of another system for evaluating a patient-based inquiry and examination according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 to 4, and the receiving module is a display 1A; the acquisition module is a sound device 2A; the processing module is a controller 3A.
Optionally, the number of the sound devices is 2; the 2 sound devices are respectively arranged at the simulated patient side and the user side by a microphone array technology.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of sound collection in fig. 4, referring to fig. 4-5, the sound device may be a microphone, and the microphone array technology is respectively disposed at the patient side and the user side, and the difference between phases of the sound waves received by the two microphones is used to filter the sound waves, so that the environmental background sound is removed to the maximum extent, and only the required sound waves remain. For devices employing this configuration in a noisy environment, the listener can be made to sound very clear and free of noise. The controller processes the sound without going, converts the sound into characters, and displays the characters on the display, wherein the characters are analyzed and compared by the first record and the second record.
Referring to fig. 4, an examiner or a person to be evaluated can establish a preset case library, a flow chart of a consultation body and scoring rules, upload the rules to a server, and use the rules.
The case data in the preset case library may include: difficulty: from low to high C- > B- > a- > S.
Department: medical, surgical, first aid, gynecological, pediatric …
Question type: major problem, minor problem, heavy spot investigation …
The forbidden vocabulary is created to store the software locally, including terms that should not be mentioned during the consultation.
Disabling the vocabulary includes:
referring to fig. 4, a camera 4 may be further included for acquiring limb information of the subject to be evaluated, and the like.
The specific manner in which the various modules perform the operations in the apparatus of the above embodiments have been described in detail in connection with the embodiments of the method, and will not be described in detail herein.
According to the patient-based query evaluation system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first preset word stock and the second preset word stock are preset by setting the simulated patient, so that a user can directly conduct query with the system, whether the user aims at target case information or not is judged according to the dialogue between the user and the simulated patient, and questions and flows of the first preset word stock and the second preset word stock are queried, so that evaluation is conducted. The evaluation is objectively, fairly and correctly given to the user, the workload of manual evaluation is reduced, the evaluation is careful, each evaluation item can be traced back, the achievement of the user can be saved, and meanwhile, the user can find the weak aspect of the user. Based on the real simulated patient diagnosis and treatment scene acquisition data, a user can more easily accept and adapt to investigation in a real scene, and the due level is exerted.
Based on one general inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a query examination evaluation device based on the simulated patient.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a diagnostic test evaluation device based on a simulated patient according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 6, the diagnostic test evaluation device based on a simulated patient according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a processor 61, and a memory 62 connected to the processor.
The memory 62 is used for storing a computer program at least for the method for evaluating a patient-based interview based on a simulation of any of the above embodiments;
the processor 61 is used to call and execute the computer program in memory.

Claims (9)

1. A method for evaluating a patient-based questioning and examination, comprising:
receiving a selection instruction, and determining target case information in a preset case library according to the selection instruction;
acquiring at least one item of target inquiry examination information based on the target case information and the simulated patient, and judging the matching degree of each item of target inquiry examination information and a first preset word stock; if the target inquiry and diagnosis information comprises the matching item in the first preset word stock, evaluating the target inquiry and diagnosis information according to a first evaluation rule corresponding to the matching item to obtain a first evaluation result;
if the target inquiry and diagnosis body information does not contain the matching item in the first preset word stock, judging the matching degree of the target inquiry and diagnosis body information and a second preset word stock; if the target inquiry and diagnosis information comprises the matching item in the second preset word stock, evaluating the target inquiry and diagnosis information according to a second evaluation rule corresponding to the matching item to obtain a second evaluation result; the step of evaluating the target inquiry and examination body information according to a second evaluation rule corresponding to the matching item to obtain a second evaluation result comprises the following steps: if the target inquiry and diagnosis information comprises a unique matching item in the second preset word stock, evaluating the target inquiry and diagnosis information according to a second evaluation rule corresponding to the unique matching item to obtain a second evaluation result; if the target inquiry and examination body information contains at least two matching items in the second preset word stock, evaluating the target inquiry and examination body information according to a second evaluation sub-rule corresponding to each matching item, and acquiring second evaluation sub-results with the same number as the matching items; acquiring a second evaluation result according to the second evaluation sub-result;
And acquiring a final evaluation result of the target inquiry body information according to the first evaluation result, the second evaluation result and a preset evaluation standard.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the target query information includes at least 2 matching items in the second preset word stock, further comprising:
and acquiring the unique matching item according to a preset rule.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the second evaluation rule comprises:
judging whether the unique matching item is matched with the second preset word stock for the first time, if so, evaluating according to the primary and secondary degree of the target inquiry body information;
and if the target query body information is not matched with the second preset word stock for the first time, evaluating the target query body information according to the primary and secondary degrees and the association relation between the target query body information and the previous item of target query body information.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein evaluating the target inquiry volume information according to the primary and secondary degrees and the association relation between the target inquiry volume information and the previous item of inquiry volume information comprises:
If the previous item of target inquiry volume information is a main problem, the target inquiry volume information is a secondary problem, and the target inquiry volume information is immediately adjacent to the previous item of target inquiry volume information, the target inquiry volume information is evaluated as possible; if the target inquiry body information is a main problem and the target inquiry body information is close to the previous item of target inquiry body information, evaluating the target inquiry body information to be very good; if the target inquiry volume information is a main problem and the target inquiry volume information is not connected with the previous item of target inquiry volume information, or if the target inquiry volume information is a secondary problem and the target inquiry volume information is not connected with the previous item of target inquiry volume information, evaluating that the target inquiry volume information is good;
if the previous item of target inquiry volume information is a secondary problem, the target inquiry volume information is a secondary problem, and the target inquiry volume information is close to the previous item of target inquiry volume information, the target inquiry volume information is evaluated as ok; if the target inquiry body information is a main problem and the target inquiry body information is close to the previous item of target inquiry body information, evaluating the target inquiry body information to be very good; and if the target inquiry body information is a main problem and the target inquiry body information is not connected with the previous item of target inquiry body information, or if the target inquiry body information is a secondary problem and the target inquiry body information is not connected with the previous item of target inquiry body information, evaluating that the target inquiry body information is good.
5. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
constructing a preset case library;
and respectively constructing a first preset word stock and a second preset word stock corresponding to the case information in the case stock according to the preset case stock.
6. A simulated patient based questionnaire evaluation system comprising: the device comprises a receiving module, an acquisition module and a processing module;
the receiving module is used for receiving a selection instruction and determining target case information in a preset case library according to the selection instruction;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring at least one item of target inquiry examination information based on the target case information and the simulated patient;
the processing module is used for judging the matching degree of each piece of target inquiry examination body information and the first preset word stock; if the target inquiry and diagnosis information comprises the matching item in the first preset word stock, evaluating the target inquiry and diagnosis information according to a first evaluation rule corresponding to the matching item to obtain a first evaluation result; if the target inquiry and diagnosis body information does not contain the matching item in the first preset word stock, judging the matching degree of the target inquiry and diagnosis body information and a second preset word stock; if the target inquiry and diagnosis information comprises the matching item in the second preset word stock, evaluating the target inquiry and diagnosis information according to a second evaluation rule corresponding to the matching item to obtain a second evaluation result; the step of evaluating the target inquiry and examination body information according to a second evaluation rule corresponding to the matching item to obtain a second evaluation result comprises the following steps: if the target inquiry and diagnosis information comprises a unique matching item in the second preset word stock, evaluating the target inquiry and diagnosis information according to a second evaluation rule corresponding to the unique matching item to obtain a second evaluation result; if the target inquiry and examination body information contains at least two matching items in the second preset word stock, evaluating the target inquiry and examination body information according to a second evaluation sub-rule corresponding to each matching item, and acquiring second evaluation sub-results with the same number as the matching items; acquiring a second evaluation result according to the second evaluation sub-result; and acquiring a final evaluation result of the target inquiry body information according to the first evaluation result, the second evaluation result and a preset evaluation standard.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the receiving module is a display; the acquisition module is sound equipment; the processing module is a controller.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the number of sound devices is 2; the 2 sound devices are respectively arranged at the simulated patient side and the user side through a microphone array technology.
9. A simulated patient based questionnaire evaluation device comprising: a processor, and a memory coupled to the processor;
the memory is used for storing a computer program, and the computer program is at least used for executing the method for evaluating the questionnaire based on the simulated patient according to any one of claims 1-5;
the processor is configured to invoke and execute the computer program in the memory.
