the verification node is used for receiving the resource issuing voucher synchronized with the request terminal and verifying the validity of the resource issuing voucher; and if the resource issuing voucher is verified to be illegal, feeding back feedback information indicating that the resource issuing voucher is illegal to the resource issuing node.
2. The resource issuing system according to claim 1, wherein the resource issuing node is specifically configured to issue the resource in at least one of the following manners:
distributing the resources corresponding to the resource distribution request based on the resource distribution address carried in the resource distribution request;
the resource corresponding to the resource issuing request is issued to the request end;
determining a credential source party corresponding to the resource issuing credential based on the resource issuing credential; and issuing the resource corresponding to the resource issuing request to the credential source party.
3. The resource issuing system according to claim 1, wherein the resource issuing node is further specifically configured to determine the resource corresponding to the resource issuing request by using at least one of the following manners:
determining resources corresponding to the resource issuing request according to the request resource quantity information carried in the resource issuing request;
and determining the resources corresponding to the resource issuing request according to the resource issuing voucher carried in the resource issuing request.
4. The resource distribution system according to claim 1, wherein for the first resource distribution request of the same event as the resource distribution request,
The resource issuing node is further configured to, after triggering the intelligent contract: generating a block corresponding to the current resource issuing request according to the resource issuing voucher and the issued resource and a preset encryption algorithm;
aiming at the non-first-time resource issuing request of which the resource issuing request is the same event,
the resource issuing node is further configured to, after triggering the intelligent contract: and generating a block corresponding to the current resource issuing request according to the resource issuing voucher, the issued resource and the block corresponding to the latest resource issuing request belonging to the same event and a preset encryption algorithm.
5. The resource issuing system according to claim 4, wherein the resource issuing node is further configured to synchronize the block corresponding to the current resource issuing request to each of the verification nodes.

The resource issuance system according to claim 1, wherein the resource issuance credential includes: one or more of a disease certification, an accident certification, a personal identification, a reimbursement certificate, a charging certificate, an asset transaction certificate, and an asset inventory.
7. The resource issuance system according to claim 1, wherein the resource issuance node is further configured to: and acquiring non-issued resources, and synchronizing resource information corresponding to the non-issued resources to each verification node.
8. A resource distribution method is characterized in that the resource distribution method is applied to a resource distribution node; the resource distribution node and the plurality of verification nodes form a block chain system; the resource distribution method comprises the following steps:
receiving a resource issuing request sent by a request end, and synchronizing a resource issuing voucher carried in the resource issuing request to each verification node;
and if the feedback information which is sent by any verification node and used for indicating that the resource issuing voucher is illegal is not received within the preset time, issuing the resource corresponding to the resource issuing request based on the triggered intelligent contract.
9. A resource distribution device is characterized in that the resource distribution device is applied to a resource distribution node; the resource distribution node and the plurality of verification nodes form a block chain system; the resource issuing apparatus includes:
