The network device may include, but is not limited to, a network host, a single network server, a plurality of network server sets, or a computer set based on Cloud Computing, wherein a Cloud is composed of a large number of hosts or network servers based on Cloud Computing (Cloud Computing), wherein Cloud Computing is one type of distributed Computing, and a virtual computer is composed of a group of loosely coupled computer sets. A server application program with a reading class can be run in the network device to complete corresponding processing and interaction logic with the user device.
Fig. 2 shows an interactive processing flow of the user device 110 and the network device 120 when implementing the pay-for-e-book unlocking method, and the user device 110 may include a user device 111 of a first user and a user device 112 of a second user, where the first user is a user who creates a chat group, and the second user is a user who joins after the chat group is created. In the interaction process, the method comprises the following processing steps:
in step S201, the user equipment 111 of the first user sends a creation request to the network device.
In step S202, the network device 120 obtains a creation request sent by the first user. The first user is a user corresponding to the user equipment that sends the creation request, for example, when the user a sends the creation request to the network equipment by using a mobile phone, the user a is the first user in the current interaction processing process.
The creation request is for requesting the network device to create a reading group for the paid electronic book. The creation request may be based on a preset group creation entry, for example, in some embodiments of the present application, the network device may set a group creation entry for the paid electronic book, and the user device may display the group creation entry for the paid electronic book, at this time, the user may view the group creation entry through the user device, and the user device sends the creation request to the network device according to an input operation of the user based on the group creation entry. For example, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a display interface of a group creation portal, in which a plurality of alternative pay ebooks are displayed, and a user can control a user device to send a creation request to the network device by clicking on a desired pay ebook.
In an actual scene, according to the scheme of the embodiment of the application, an entrance can be created by setting a group for a specific electronic book for payment, so that the exposure rates of different electronic books for payment are controlled to a certain extent, and popularization of specific resources is realized. For example, if the reading application can provide the reading resources of 100 paid electronic books for the user, when 5 paid electronic books need to be pushed, a group creation entry may be set for only the 5 paid electronic books, and at this time, the user may unlock the paid electronic books for free by reading the group, so as to increase the reading amount of the books and realize the popularization of specific resources.
Step S203, the network device creates a reading group of the paid electronic book according to the creation request, and joins the first user to the reading group. The reading group represents a social relationship group established based on the paid electronic book, and after the reading group is established, a group interface of the reading group can be displayed in the user equipment so as to realize related functions corresponding to the group. For example, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a group interface of a reading group displayed in a user device, which includes an invitation operation area 410, a chat content display area 420 and a chat input area 430.
The invitation operation area 410 is used for displaying users included in the reading group and providing the users with invitation operation, and the users in the reading group in fig. 4 can send invitation information to other users by clicking a "+" or "invite friend" button in the invitation operation area 410. The invitation information may be sent to other users in a form of a link through a currently used reading application program or other application programs with a communication function, or may also be sent directly to friend users in the currently used reading application program in a form of an in-application message, where fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an invitation message sending interface in an embodiment of the present application.
The chat content display area 420 is used for displaying messages in the reading group, and may include system messages of the application program and/or chat messages sent by users in the reading group, for example, "reading room creation is successful", "user B enters into chat room" in fig. 6 is a system message, "welcome user B enters, and quick start trial reading bar" is a chat message sent by an initiator, i.e., the first user, who creates the chat group.
The chat input area 430 is an operation area for inputting specific content of a chat message, and similar to an input area in an instant messaging application, may be used to input text, pictures, videos, emoticons and other types of chat messages, so as to implement user interaction in a reading group.
In step S204, the user device 112 of the second user may receive invitation information from other users. In an actual scenario, the invitation message may be sent by any user that has joined the reading group, for example, the first user may create the reading group, or another second user that has joined the reading group before.
In step S205, the user equipment 112 of the second user sends a join request based on the received invitation information.
Step S206, the network device obtains the join request sent by the second user. Wherein, the role of the join request is to request the network device to join the user who sends the request into the created reading group.
Step S207, the network device joins the second user to the reading group according to the joining request. For example, if the join request is sent to the network device by the user B through the mobile phone used by the user B, the network device may join the user B into the reading group after receiving the join request, and fig. 6 is a schematic view of a group interface after the user B joins the reading group by sending the join request after receiving the invitation information from the user a.
Step S208, for the user who joins the reading group, the network device unlocks the trial reading content of the paid electronic book for the user in the reading group. The trial reading content is a part of the content of the paid electronic book, for example, the content of the top 10 chapters of the electronic book, so that a user who joins any reading group can read a part of the content of the paid electronic book free of charge.
Step S209, when detecting that the reading progress of the users in the reading group exceeding the number threshold with respect to the trial reading content reaches the progress threshold, the network device unlocks the complete content of the paid electronic book for the users in the reading group.
The progress threshold may be set according to the requirement of the actual scene, for example, may be set to 100%, 50%, and the like, and respectively indicate that the user in the reading group has read the trial reading content, or has read half of the trial reading content, and the like. Similarly, the number threshold may be set to 6, 10, 20, etc. according to the actual requirements of the scene, thereby indicating that at least 6, 10, 20, etc. users who need to read the group and meet the requirement of the progress threshold are needed. Alternatively, the number of users may be set according to the upper limit of the number of users in the reading group, for example, 100%, 80%, or the like of the upper limit of the number of users in the reading group. Thus, if the upper limit of the number of users in the reading group is 10, when the number threshold is set to 80% of the upper limit of the number of users in the reading group, the corresponding number threshold is 8.
Because contained the requirement to user's quantity and to the requirement of reading the progress in the unblock condition, consequently can be under the prerequisite of ensureing that the user introduces, guide the user to reading type APP's in-service use, under the condition that does not influence user normal use, cultivate user's use habit, reduce the drain rate of introducing the user, promote user's retention degree. Moreover, by adjusting the quantity threshold and the progress threshold, the unlocking condition can be adjusted to meet the requirements of actual scenes, for example, if the value of the electronic books for payment is high, the progress threshold and the quantity threshold can be set to be large values to improve the acquisition difficulty, otherwise, the progress threshold and the quantity threshold can be set to be relatively small values, and the flexibility of actual use is greatly improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to ensure that the user can have a deeper reading experience for the reading-type application used and the electronic book being read on trial, the unlocking condition may be set to that the users in the reading group who exceed the number threshold have read the content on trial, i.e. the progress threshold is set to 100%. Thus, the network device unlocks the complete content of the paid electronic book for the users in the reading group upon detecting that the users in the reading group who exceed the number threshold have read the read-trial content.
Step S210, after the network device unlocks the complete content of the paid electronic book for the user, the user device used by the corresponding user may display unlocking information of the complete content of the paid electronic book. For example, the unlocking condition of the pay electronic book1 is that it needs 6 users to read the trial reading content of the first n chapters, the user a invites another 5 users to join the reading group after creating the reading room "of the book 1" of the reading group corresponding to the book1, and after all 6 users in the reading group complete reading of the trial reading content, the network device unlocks the complete content of the pay book1 for the users, and at this time, the user devices corresponding to the users display unlocking information, for example, the system message 700 displayed in the chat content display area 420 in fig. 7 is the unlocking information.
In other embodiments of the present application, when detecting that the reading progress of the users in the reading group exceeding the number threshold with respect to the trial reading content reaches the progress threshold, the network device may create a friend relationship between the users in the reading group, in addition to unlocking the complete content of the paid electronic book for the users in the reading group. For example, for the aforementioned reading room of the reading group "book 1", the network device may create a friend relationship between the 6 users while unlocking the complete content of the book1 for the users in the reading group, so that the 6 users become friends with each other two by two.
Correspondingly, the user equipment corresponding to the users in the reading group can also display the creation information of the friend relationship among the users in the reading group. For example, in this embodiment of the present application, the creation information may be a message that "user B, user C, … …, and user F have been added as friends" and "all book friends have become friends of each other" displayed in the chat content display area of the group interface.
In an actual scene, for users who do not have an interest in the actual content of the electronic book, all or most of the trial reading contents cannot be read consistently, so that users who can read the trial reading contents of the same electronic book are likely to have similar reading preferences, and therefore the possibility that the interests of the users are the same is high. Therefore, after the unlocking condition is achieved, friends are added to the users in the reading group, the social relations with the same interests can be expanded for the users, and the social experience of the users is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to enable a user to know the reading progress of each user in a reading group at any time, the network device detects the reading progress of the user in the reading group, determines progress information, and may then provide the progress information to the user in the reading group. Therefore, the user equipment used by the users can acquire the progress information of the users in the reading group from the network equipment and display the reading progress of the users according to the progress information. At the moment, the users in the reading group can check the reading progress of other users at any time, and the user experience is improved.
The display form of the reading progress can adopt a progress bar in an image form, the user equipment can determine the length of the reading progress bar corresponding to the user according to the progress information, for example, the upper limit of the length of the reading progress bar can be set to 1, and the actual length of the reading progress bar is determined according to the ratio according to the reading progress represented by the progress information. If the progress information of the user is that the user has read 50%, the length of the reading progress bar is 0.5.
After the length is determined, a reading progress bar with a corresponding length may be displayed at the avatar frame of the user, for example, the scenario shown in fig. 6, where the reading progress bar is disposed on the circumference of the circular avatar frame of the user, and the circumference length is the total length of the reading progress bar. For the two current users in the reading group, the user a has read 3/4 of the trial reading content at the moment and the user B has read 1/4 of the trial reading content at the moment according to the proportion of the reading progress bar in the whole circle.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific manner for displaying the reading progress of the user according to the progress information is only an example, and other forms existing or coming from the future based on similar principles should be included in the scope of protection of the present application if applicable to the present application, and are included by reference. For example, besides the length of the progress bar, information such as text, graphic area, color, and the like may be used to indicate the reading progress.
In other embodiments of the present application, the user in the reading group may also be reminded when the reading progress of any one user in the reading group reaches the progress threshold, so that the user in the reading group can know whether the other user has completed the progress requirement in the unlocking condition at any time, thereby better improving the use experience of the user. In such an embodiment, the network device may generate progress completion information when detecting that the reading progress of the users in the reading group about the trial reading content reaches a progress threshold, and then provide the progress completion information to the users, so that the user devices used by the users may obtain the progress completion information from the network device and display completion prompt information according to the progress completion information.
The display mode of the progress completion information may be that the user equipment sends a message that the reading of the trial reading content is completed in the chat interface of the reading group according to the progress completion information. For example, fig. 8 is an interface schematic diagram of a reading group after the user B completes reading the trial reading content, where after the user B completes reading the trial reading content, the network device may detect that the user B has completed reading the trial reading content, and at this time, the network device may generate progress completion information about the user B and provide the progress completion information to the user B. The user equipment used by the user B may receive the progress completion information, and then send a message that the reading of the trial reading content is completed in the chat interface of the reading group according to the progress completion information, that is, the message sent by the user B in fig. 8 indicates that "i have completed the trial reading |)! "is received.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific manner of displaying the completion hint information described above is merely exemplary, and that other forms, now known or later developed, based on similar principles, are also intended to be encompassed within the scope of the present application and are hereby incorporated by reference. For example, in addition to a message for prompting sent by the corresponding user, other prompting words or images may be displayed in the interface as the completion prompting information.
For a reading type APP using the unlocking scheme in the embodiment of the present application, the unlocking function of the reading type APP is described as follows:
1. after the user enters the group creation portal, an interface such as that shown in FIG. 3 may be displayed. From which the user may select a pay-as-you-go ebook to create a reading room (i.e., reading group) for the pay-as-you-go ebook.
