Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a technical scheme of an information system for industry qualification management and approval. The technical scheme comprises the following steps: the application subsystem faces to the applicant user and realizes the related functions of the item application; the examination and approval subsystem faces to an approver user and processes the related functions of item examination and approval; applying for an information transmission channel to realize data transmission from an external network to an internal network; and the examination and approval information transmission channel realizes the data transmission from the internal network to the external network. Through the technical scheme, the data volume transmitted between the external network and the internal network can be effectively reduced, so that the system efficiency is improved, and network resources and storage space are saved.

Technical Field

Background
The current electronic government information systems related to online transaction are based on B/S or C/S system architecture, an applicant opens an application page through a Web browser or App, filled information and materials are uploaded to a server, an approver also opens an approval page through the Web browser or App, and the application information and the materials are obtained from the server to be examined and approved item by item.
Along with the construction of an internet and government affair service system, a network is gradually isolated into an external network and an internal network, information cannot be freely exchanged between the external network and the internal network, an applicant submits an application on the external network, an approver approves the application on the internal network, and a system architecture based on B/S or C/S cannot simultaneously realize two operations of application and approval. The prior known solution is that application and approval are respectively completed by two different systems, application information and materials of an outer network system are pushed to an inner network through a system docking mechanism, and after the inner network system completes approval, an approval result is sent to the outer network system through another channel.

The approval information transmission channel includes: the examination and approval information export module is used for exporting information from the examination and approval subsystem; and the approval information import module imports the information into the application subsystem.

As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a set of application subsystems is deployed in an external network, a set of approval subsystems is deployed in an internal network, and the two subsystems exchange data through an application information transmission channel and an approval information transmission channel. The application information transmission channel is a unidirectional data transmission channel based on a computer network, and the approval information transmission channel is a unidirectional data transmission channel based on off-line transmission. The applicant user is connected with the application subsystem through the external network terminal to manage the relevant information and materials of the applicant and perform the relevant operation of the matter application. Information and materials submitted by the applicant are transmitted to the approval subsystem through the application information transmission channel. And the approver user is connected with the approval subsystem through the intranet terminal to carry out item approval related operations. And the approval result is transmitted to the application subsystem through the approval information transmission channel.

The applicant information database is shown in fig. 3 and includes: the system comprises an applicant information 1 table and an applicant information 2 table, wherein the applicant information 1 table and the applicant information 2 table are used for storing relevant information of applicants, each applicant has a unique ID by taking an applicant ID as a main key, and an update time field is the last update time of a corresponding record; the applicant material table is used for recording information such as name, type and storage position of applicant materials, the material ID is used as a main key, each material has a unique ID, the applicant ID represents an applicant to which the corresponding material belongs, and the uploading time field is the uploading time of the corresponding material; and the application record table is used for recording information such as the name, item type, submission time, approval state, approval time, approval result and the like of the application, and taking the application ID as a main key, wherein each application has a unique ID, and the applicant ID represents the applicant submitting the application.
The applicant information 1 table and the applicant information 2 table are updated independently, the information update of one table does not affect the other table, for example, the information 1-1 of the applicant with the ID 1 is changed, only the record with the applicant ID 1 in the applicant information 1 table needs to be updated, and the record with the applicant ID 1 in the applicant information 1 table is not changed. Storing applicants' information in multiple tables can reduce the amount of data that needs to be updated due to changes in the information.
The applicant material storage system stores the related materials uploaded by the users in a file form. Optionally, the relevant material for each applicant is stored under the same path for access to the search. Optionally, different storage paths are established according to the type of the applicant, so as to facilitate access searching and improve access efficiency.

The applicant historical information 1 table, the applicant historical information 2 table and the applicant historical material table are used, when the same applicant updates information and materials for multiple times and submits the information and the materials, a new record is generated for the submitted information every time, and the original record is not updated.
