At present, label printers are increasingly used by enterprises, such as TSC label printers, in the actual scene of using the label printers, laboratories and process support teams need to use the TSC label printers to print labels with different specifications and sizes in a plurality of business links such as sample collection, pathological handover, sample box distribution and the like, but because the printers use fixed printing software provided by printer manufacturers, the special printing requirements required by the enterprises cannot be supported in the actual scene of printing, and the limitation of the printing software in the actual use process and the problem of data management with the internal business systems of the enterprises are also not caused.

In many services, when a label corresponding to a target service type needs to be printed, as shown in fig. 2, a user may perform a print requirement operation on a print operation interface according to different print requirements, and in step S12, the client terminal obtains print requirement information in response to the print requirement operation of the user on the print operation interface, where the print requirement information includes the target service type and corresponding requirement parameter information.
The print request operation includes an input operation of inputting the target service type and corresponding print quantity, print content and other request parameter related information, and a selection operation of at least one preset print button corresponding to the target service type, such as selecting a preset barcode print format or selecting a two-dimensional barcode print format, and the like, so that the target service type and the request parameter information corresponding to the user needing to print the label can be analyzed and obtained according to the print request operation of the user on the print operation interface, so as to obtain the print request.
As shown in fig. 3, step S13, calling the httpclient through a system interface of an enterprise informatization management system MES, and inquiring and acquiring a target tag and printing parameter information thereof corresponding to the printing requirement information from the enterprise informatization management system; here, the printing parameter information includes, but is not limited to, information such as a printing format, a printing size, a printing typesetting, and a printing number of the target label, where the printing format includes a barcode format, a serial number format, an image code format, and a graphic code including a service identifier of the target service type, and the image code format includes, but is not limited to, a two-dimensional code format, where labels with different presentation effects may be printed by different printing formats and printing typesetting, as shown in fig. 4, 5, and 6.
Step S14, the printer driver is called to send a label printing instruction to a corresponding label printer through a printing interface, the label printing instruction comprises the printing parameter information so as to control the label printer to print the target label corresponding to the printing parameter information, so that the label printing requirement of the service corresponding to the target service type is met through the printing interface, and in the label printing process, the complicated installation and debugging work is not needed, and the customized printing of the target label corresponding to the target service type required by the enterprise can be completed only by installing the printer driver and calling httpclient of the enterprise informatization management system.
In this embodiment, label generation rules corresponding to different service types are set in the enterprise informatization management system, where step S13 calls, through a system interface, the httpclient to query and obtain, from the enterprise informatization management system, a target label corresponding to the print requirement information and print parameter information thereof, and includes: calling the httpclient to initiate a label request to the enterprise informatization management system through the system interface, wherein the label request comprises the printing requirement information, so that the enterprise informatization management system queries in the label generation rule and generates a target label and printing parameter information thereof corresponding to the printing requirement information; and acquiring information of the target label and printing parameters of the target label from the enterprise informatization management system.
For example, after a user performs a print requirement operation on a print operation interface, the httpclient is called to initiate a label request to the enterprise informatization management system through the system interface, the label request includes the print requirement information, so that the enterprise informatization management system in the background queries in a label generation rule corresponding to each of the different service types and generates a target label corresponding to the print requirement information and print parameter information thereof, and the generated target label corresponding to the target service type and print parameter information thereof are acquired from the enterprise informatization management system, so that a label printing instruction is sent to a corresponding TSC label printer through a TSC printing interface, and the label printing instruction includes the print parameter information to control the TSC label printer to print the target label corresponding to the print parameter information, as shown in fig. 3.
In an actual application scenario of a label printing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, an actual application structure diagram of the label printing method includes a printing software interface (i.e. a printing operation interface), a background service logic, an MES system interface of an enterprise informatization management system, and a TSC printing interface, where the printing software interface is a printing operation interface presented to a user needing to perform a printing operation, and the user may input a requirement parameter of a service needing to be printed and a parameter value thereof through the printing software interface, or may select different preset printing buttons, so as to obtain different printing requirement parameter information according to the printing operation interface of the user, thereby printing labels meeting different printing requirements, and may query a historical printing record; the background service logic refers to service logic and code blocks of a program background corresponding to a label printing method for processing a user printing request, such as detection packet barcode generation logic, product printing logic, two-dimensional code generation logic, label typesetting logic and the like, wherein the detection packet barcode generation logic needs to call a system interface of an enterprise informatization management system MES, and is compared and inquired with a label generation rule in the enterprise informatization management system MES to obtain a barcode set and an inquiry result which can be used for generating labels and printing parameter information corresponding to a service needing to be printed, the product printing logic calls a printer driver program TSCLIB of a TSC label printer through a TSC printing interface to send a label printing instruction to the TSC label printer, and the label printing instruction comprises printing parameter information corresponding to the service needing to be printed by a user, so that the label printing requirement of customization of the service needing to be printed is realized through the TSC printing interface, the label printing method in the application does not need to well solve the problem of data association between the label printer and the enterprise informatization management system, and when in use, the label printing method is required to install and work in a complex mode, a client terminal (such as a client is required to be connected with a wireless communication terminal through a wireless communication line or a wireless communication terminal, a wireless communication terminal is required to be realized, and a wireless communication terminal is not limited to be connected with a client terminal or a wireless communication terminal, and a wireless communication terminal is required to be realized, and a wireless communication terminal is not connected with a communication terminal is required to be connected with a wireless communication terminal, but is required to be connected by a wireless communication terminal or a communication terminal is required.
