The ice crusher further comprises an ice storage box 20 movably arranged on the bracket 10, an ice outlet 18 is arranged on the bracket 10, and the ice storage box 20 can be driven to move along a direction vertical to the axis, so that ice cubes in the ice storage box 20 fall into the ice blade assembly 14 through the ice outlet 18.
In the preferred embodiment, since the ice bank 20 is movably disposed on the stand 10, ice cubes in the ice bank 20 can fall into the ice blade assembly 14 through the ice outlet 18 only when the ice bank 20 is drivingly moved in a direction perpendicular to the axis. Therefore, the ice cubes can orderly fall into the ice blade assembly 14, the ice cubes are prevented from being stuck due to the excessive ice cubes, and the ice crushing effect is good.
The ice blade assembly 14 includes a movable ice blade 22 fixedly disposed on the rotating shaft 12 and a fixed ice blade 24 fixedly disposed on the ice outlet baffle 16, and the fixed ice blade 24 is rotatably sleeved on the rotating shaft 12. The fixed blade 24 and the movable blade 22 are spaced apart from each other in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 12.
The ice outlet baffle 16 has an upward ice outlet 26, the ice outlet 26 discharges crushed ice when the rotating shaft 12 drives the movable blade 22 to rotate in a first direction, and the ice outlet 26 discharges whole ice when the rotating shaft 12 drives the movable blade 22 to rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
When a user needs to crush ice, the motor drives the rotating shaft 12 to rotate around the first direction, and at the same time, the movable ice blade 22 rotates clockwise, so that the movable ice blade 22 pushes the ice to the fixed ice blade 24 to crush the ice, and the crushed ice is discharged from a gap between the movable ice blade 22 and the fixed ice blade 24 through one side of the ice discharge port 26 and finally enters an ice taking container of the user through the ice channel. The ice outlet baffle 16 is also provided with a stop member 28, a spring 29 is arranged between the stop member 28 and the ice outlet baffle 16, and when the crushed ice is taken out, the spring 29 urges the stop member 28 to reset so as to prevent the whole ice blocks from falling out. When a user needs to make a whole ice, the motor drives the rotating shaft 12 to rotate around the second direction, at this time, the movable ice blade 22 rotates counterclockwise, the movable ice blade 22 pushes the whole ice onto the stop member 28, the spring 29 is twisted under the pushing force of the whole ice, the stop member 28 rotates to open the other side of the ice discharge opening 26, and the whole ice enters the container of the user through the ice passage.
The support 10 defines a receiving cavity in which at least a portion of the ice bank 20 is located, the hinge 12 is located in the receiving cavity, and the hinge 12 is located between the ice bank 20 and the support 10. In particular, the housing defined by the support 10 is square. The receiving cavity may also have other shapes. The stand 10 includes a bottom wall 30, a first sidewall 32, a second sidewall 34, a third sidewall 36, and a fourth sidewall 38 each extending from the bottom wall 30, wherein the first sidewall 32 and the second sidewall 34 are opposite, the third sidewall 36 and the fourth sidewall 38 are opposite, and the first sidewall 32, the third sidewall 36, the second sidewall 34, and the fourth sidewall 38 are connected in sequence. The ice outlet 18 is disposed on the first sidewall 32, and the second sidewall 34 is provided with a through hole 40. The ice outlet baffle 16 is located outside the accommodating cavity, the ice outlet baffle 16 comprises an end plate 42 and a peripheral plate 44 extending from the end plate 42 to one side of the end plate 42, the peripheral plate 44 is wrapped on the periphery of the ice blade assembly 14, the ice discharging port 26 is arranged on the peripheral plate 44, the ice blade assembly 14 is located outside the accommodating cavity, and the ice blade assembly 14 is located between the end plate 42 and the first side wall 32.
The ice bank 20 includes a bottom 46, a first side 48, a second side 50, a third side 52, and a fourth side 54, each extending from the bottom 46, wherein the first side 48 and the second side 50 are opposite, the third side 52 and the fourth side 54 are opposite, and the first side 48, the third side 52, the second side 50, and the fourth side 54 are sequentially connected. The first side portion 48 faces the first side wall 32, and the first side portion 48 is provided with an opening 56 communicating with the ice outlet 18, so that when the ice bank 20 moves, ice cubes enter the ice outlet 18 through the opening 56 and fall into the ice blade assembly 14 through the ice outlet 18.
The ice crusher further includes a drivingly rotatable cam member 58, the cam member 58 mating with the ice bank 20 to facilitate movement of the ice bank 20. The ice bank 20 is provided with a mating part 60 mating with the cam member 58, and the cam member 58 is rotated to cause the ice bank 20 to move up and down with respect to the stand 10 in a direction perpendicular to the axis. The cam member 58 has a cam surface 62, and the mating portion 60 is mated with the cam surface 62.
In this embodiment, the ice bank 20 is driven by the motor driving the rotation of the rotation shaft 12 to move in a direction perpendicular to the axis. The mating part 60 extends toward the outside of the ice bank 20, and the mating part 60 is provided in an arc shape.
