The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
An indoor unit address matching method, an indoor unit address matching device, and an air conditioning system according to embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an address matching method of an indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the indoor unit address matching method is applied to an air conditioning system having an air conditioning humidifier. As shown in fig. 2, the air conditioner humidifier includes N water tanks (e.g., 1#, 2#, … …, N #), the water tanks are connected to the indoor unit through a humidification pipe, and N is a positive integer.
As shown in fig. 1, the address matching method for an indoor unit according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
and S1, receiving the addressing command sent by the indoor unit.
And S2, adjusting the water tank temperature of the N water tanks, and acquiring the operation monitoring parameters of the indoor unit after the water tank temperature is adjusted.
And S3, performing address matching on the indoor unit and each water tank according to the operation monitoring parameters.
Specifically, an indoor unit in the air conditioning system sends an addressing instruction to an air conditioning humidifier, the air conditioning humidifier receiving the addressing instruction controls at least one of N water tanks to be heated, so that the temperature of the water tanks is adjusted, and operation monitoring parameters of the indoor unit after the temperature of the water tanks is adjusted are obtained, such as the temperature of an upper spray pipe of a humidification pipeline connected with the indoor unit and/or the return air humidity and the outlet air humidity of the indoor unit, and the like, the accurate address automatic matching between the indoor unit and each water tank is realized according to the temperature of the upper spray pipe of the humidification pipeline connected with the indoor unit and/or the return air humidity and the outlet air humidity of the indoor unit, the normal communication accuracy of the indoor unit and the humidifier is ensured, the situation that the use effect is reduced due to control disorder caused by address matching.
The address matching method of the indoor unit is specifically described below with reference to the first to third embodiments.
The first embodiment is as follows:
it should be noted that, in this embodiment, it is necessary to provide a temperature sensor on the nozzles of the humidification ducts of all the indoor units, and the temperature sensor is used for acquiring the temperature of the nozzles on the humidification ducts of the indoor units.
In a first embodiment of the present invention, when the operation monitoring parameter includes a first nozzle temperature of the indoor unit, the step S2 includes: controlling the mth water tank of the air-conditioning humidifier to be started for heating, wherein m is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N; and starting timing, and monitoring the temperature of the spray pipe on the humidifying pipeline of the indoor unit within a set first timing duration to obtain the temperature of the first spray pipe of the indoor unit.
Further, the step S3 includes: if the temperature of a first spray pipe of the indoor unit is monitored to be greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, the address matching between the indoor unit and the mth water tank is determined to be successful; and if the temperature of the first spray pipe of the indoor unit is monitored to be lower than the first preset temperature, determining that the address matching between the indoor unit and the mth water tank fails.
Specifically, an indoor unit in the air conditioning system sends an addressing instruction to an air conditioner humidifier, and the air conditioner humidifier receiving the addressing instruction sequentially starts a water tank to operate. For example, firstly, a 1 st (1#) water tank is opened, timing is started, the temperature of a spray pipe of each indoor unit is detected in real time within a set first timing duration to serve as the first spray pipe temperature of the indoor unit, if the first spray pipe temperature of one indoor unit is detected to be greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, the address matching between the indoor unit and the 1 st water tank is judged to be successful, at the moment, the 1 st water tank is closed, and the next water tank is directly entered to be matched with the address of the indoor unit; if the first spray pipe temperature of the indoor unit is not monitored to be greater than or equal to the first preset temperature after the first timing duration is set (namely, the first spray pipe temperature of each indoor unit is less than the first preset temperature), the water tank is judged not to be connected with the indoor unit (namely, the address matching between the 1 st water tank and the indoor unit fails), and the next water tank is accessed for address matching.
Then, 2 nd (2#), 3 rd (3#), … … th and nth (N #) water tanks are started to operate in the same way, timing is started, the temperature of a first spray pipe of the indoor unit is detected in real time within a set first timing duration, and address matching of the residual water tanks and the indoor unit is completed in sequence.
Based on the first embodiment, in order to simplify the operation process of automatically matching the addresses of the indoor unit and the water tanks, after determining that the address matching between the indoor unit and the mth water tank is successful, the method further includes: and controlling the indoor unit and the mth water tank which are successfully matched in address, and not participating in address matching of the rest indoor units and the rest water tanks. That is to say, the air conditioning system controls the matched indoor unit to shield and monitor the temperature of the spray pipe, and does not participate in the address matching process of the rest indoor units and the rest water tanks.
Therefore, according to the embodiment of the invention, the temperature of one water tank is increased, the temperature of the spray pipe of the indoor unit is acquired, and the accurate address automatic matching between the indoor unit and each water tank is realized according to the temperature of the spray pipe, so that the accuracy of normal communication between the indoor unit and the humidifier is ensured, the control disorder caused by address matching errors is avoided, and the reliability of the air conditioning system is improved.
Example two:
it should be noted that, in this embodiment, it is necessary to provide a temperature sensor on the nozzles of the humidification ducts of all the indoor units, and the temperature sensor is used for acquiring the temperature of the nozzles on the humidification ducts of the indoor units.
In a second embodiment of the present invention, when the operation monitoring parameter includes a second nozzle temperature of the indoor unit, the step S2 includes: controlling N water tanks of the air conditioner humidifier to be started and heated until the temperature of a spray pipe on a humidifying pipeline is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature, and controlling an mth water tank to be closed, wherein m is greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N; and starting timing, and monitoring the temperature of the spray pipe on the humidifying pipeline of the indoor unit within a set second timing duration to obtain the temperature of the second spray pipe of the indoor unit.
Further, the step S3 includes: if the temperature of a second spray pipe of the indoor unit is monitored to be less than or equal to a third preset temperature, the address matching between the indoor unit and the mth water tank is determined to be successful; and if the temperature of the second spray pipe of the indoor unit is monitored to be higher than the third preset temperature, determining that the address matching between the mth water tank and the indoor unit fails.
Specifically, an indoor unit in the air conditioning system sends an addressing instruction to an air conditioner humidifier, and the air conditioner humidifier receiving the addressing instruction starts a process of matching the address of a water tank and the address of the indoor unit. For example, all water tanks are heated firstly, after the temperature of the spray pipes on the humidifying pipelines of all indoor units is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature, the 1 st (1#) water tank is closed, timing is started, the temperature of the spray pipe on the humidifying pipeline of each indoor unit is detected within a set second timing duration and is recorded as a second spray pipe temperature, if the temperature of the second spray pipe of one indoor unit is detected to be less than or equal to a third preset temperature, the address matching between the indoor unit and the 1 st water tank is judged to be successful, and the next water tank is entered to be matched with the address of the indoor unit; if the temperature of the second spray pipe of the indoor unit is detected to be higher than the third preset temperature within the set second timing duration, the water tank is judged not to be connected with the indoor unit (namely, the address matching of the 1 st water tank and the indoor unit fails), and the next water tank is matched with the address of the indoor unit.
And then, sequentially closing the 2 nd (2#), the 3 rd (3#), … … th and the Nth (N #) water tanks in the same way, starting timing, detecting the temperature of a second spray pipe of the indoor unit within a set second timing duration, and sequentially completing address matching of the residual water tanks and the indoor unit.
Based on the second embodiment, in order to simplify the operation process of automatically matching the addresses of the indoor unit and the water tanks, after determining that the address matching between the indoor unit and the mth water tank is successful, the method further includes: and controlling the indoor unit and the mth water tank which are successfully matched in address, and not participating in address matching of the rest indoor units and the rest water tanks. That is to say, the air conditioning system controls the matched indoor unit to shield and monitor the temperature of the spray pipe, and does not participate in the address matching process of the rest indoor units and the rest water tanks.
Therefore, the second embodiment of the invention firstly increases the temperature of all the water tanks and then decreases the temperature of a certain water tank, then obtains the temperature of the spray pipe of the indoor unit, and realizes accurate address automatic matching between the indoor unit and each water tank according to the temperature of the spray pipe, thereby ensuring the accuracy of normal communication between the indoor unit and the humidifier, avoiding control confusion caused by address matching errors, and improving the reliability of the air conditioning system.
Example three:
it should be noted that, in this embodiment, it is necessary to set one humidity sensor at each of the return air inlets and the air outlets of all the indoor units, so as to respectively obtain the humidity of the return air inlets and the humidity of the air outlets of the indoor units.
In a third embodiment of the present invention, when the operation monitoring parameter includes a return air humidity and an outlet air humidity of the indoor unit, the step S2 includes: controlling the mth water tank of the air-conditioning humidifier to be started for heating, wherein m is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N; and starting timing, and monitoring the humidity of the air return inlet and the air outlet of the indoor unit within a set third timing duration to obtain the air return humidity and the air outlet humidity of the indoor unit.
Further, the step S3 includes: calculating the humidity difference between the outlet air humidity and the return air humidity of the indoor unit; if the humidity difference value is greater than or equal to the preset humidity difference value, the address matching of the indoor unit and the mth water tank is determined to be successful; and if the monitored humidity difference value is smaller than the preset humidity difference value, determining that the address matching of the indoor unit and the mth water tank fails. The preset humidity difference value is a value obtained according to multiple tests.
Specifically, an indoor unit in the air conditioning system sends an addressing instruction to an air conditioner humidifier, and the air conditioner humidifier receiving the addressing instruction sequentially starts a water tank to operate. For example, the 1 st (1#) water tank is started and timing is started, and the return air humidity W1 and the outlet air humidity W2 of each indoor unit are detected in real time within a set third timing period. Then, calculating the humidity difference (namely W2-W1) between the outlet air humidity W2 and the return air humidity W1 of each indoor unit, if the humidity difference of a certain indoor unit is greater than or equal to the preset humidity difference, the address matching of the indoor unit and the 1 st water tank is successful, at the moment, the 1 st water tank is closed, and the indoor unit directly enters the next water tank to be matched with the address of the indoor unit; if the humidity difference value of the indoor unit is not detected to be larger than or equal to the preset humidity difference value (namely, the humidity difference value of each indoor unit is larger than the damaged humidity difference value) after the third timing period is set, the water tank is judged not to be connected with the indoor unit (namely, the address matching between the 1 st water tank and the indoor unit fails), and the next water tank is accessed for address matching.
Then, 2 nd (2#), 3 rd (3#), … … th and nth (N #) water tanks are started to operate in the same way, timing is started, and within a third timing duration, the return air humidity W1 and the outlet air humidity W2 of each indoor unit are monitored, and address matching of the residual water tanks and the indoor units is completed in sequence.
On the basis of the third embodiment, in order to further improve the accuracy of the automatic address matching between the indoor unit and each water tank, before the mth water tank of the air conditioner humidifier is controlled to be heated, the method further includes: and controlling a fan of the indoor unit to operate at a preset wind gear. The preset wind gear can be selected according to actual needs.
That is to say, after the indoor units in the air conditioning system send addressing instructions to the air conditioning humidifier, the fans of all the indoor units are controlled to operate in a preset wind gear, the outdoor compressor does not operate, and then the mth water tank of the air conditioning humidifier is controlled to be started to heat.
