Before formally explaining the invention, the prior art is briefly explained, a shaft 00 is made of concrete, a submersible pump 02 is used for pumping water, and a water pipe 03 is communicated with a water outlet end of the submersible pump 02.
The use method of the submersible pump downhole auxiliary equipment comprises a rack 10, a handle 20, supporting feet 30 and a directional roller 40;
the rack 10 is barrel-shaped, and an inner cavity of the rack is used for placing a submersible pump 02; the bottom of the frame 10 is provided with a plurality of water inlets 101.
The handle 20 is used for binding a rope; the handles 20 are fixedly arranged at the upper part of the side surface of the frame 10, and a plurality of the handles 20 are uniformly arranged around the axis of the frame 10 in the circumferential direction, so that the rope can uniformly apply force to the frame 10.
The supporting legs 30 are rod-shaped, one ends of the supporting legs 30 are fixedly arranged on the side surface of the rack 10, and the rack 10 is uniformly provided with four supporting legs 30 at the same horizontal height along the circumferential direction of the axis of the rack 10; the supporting legs 30 are provided with an upper layer and a lower layer on the side surface of the frame 10, and each layer is provided with four supporting legs 30.
The directional roller 40 is fixedly arranged at the free end of the supporting foot 30, and the directional roller 40 is used for rolling along the shaft 00.
The submersible pump 02 is put into a well and comprises the following steps:
1) placing the submersible pump 02 in the inner cavity of the frame 10;
2) the handle 20 is fastened by a rope, the water outlet of the submersible pump 02 is connected to the water outlet pipe, and the submersible pump is connected with a power supply;
3) placing the frame 10 into a well, and manually pulling a rope outside the well;
4) slowly loosening the rope into the bottom of the well, so that the submersible pump 02 and the machine frame 10 are submerged into the bottom of the well;
5) and fixing one free end of the rope on the wellhead, specifically, crossing a wooden stick on the wellhead, and bolting one free end of the rope on the wooden stick.
The directional roller 40 descends along the shaft, and at the same time, the directional roller 40 on the rack 10 is supported on the inner wall of the shaft 00, so that the rack 10 cannot shake along with the rope in the radial direction of the shaft 00, and the rack 10 only moves in the vertical direction, thereby preventing the submersible pump 02 from colliding with the shaft 00.
And when the submersible pump 02 works, the submersible pump 02 shakes, so that the submersible pump 02 collides with the inner wall of the rack 10, the submersible pump 02 is prevented from colliding with the rack 10, and the equipment is further improved.
The using method of the submersible pump downhole auxiliary equipment further comprises an anti-collision component, wherein the submersible pump 02 is prevented from colliding with the rack 10;
the first scheme is as follows: the anti-collision assembly comprises bolts 90, the bolts 90 are in threaded connection with the side wall of the rack 10, and four bolts 90 are uniformly arranged on the rack 10 in the circumferential direction around the axis of the rack 10;
the step 1) further comprises: the bolts 90 are adjusted so that the tail ends of the four bolts 90 are pressed against and fix the submersible pump 02.
Scheme II: the anti-collision assembly comprises a fixed bag 100 and a fixed bag tube 110;
the fixing bags 100 are fixed in an inner cavity of the rack 10, the rack 10 is uniformly provided with a plurality of fixing bags 100 on the inner side wall around the axis of the rack 10, the fixing bags 100 are enclosed into a circle, and the fixing bag tubes 110 are used for communicating the fixing bags 100;
the step 1) further comprises: by filling the fixed bag tube 110 with water, the fixed bag tube 110 is inflated and the submersible pump 02 is fixed.
In the process of actually testing the performance of the equipment, the diameters of the shafts 00 of different water wells are different, and the diameters of the different shafts of the same water well are slightly different, so that the directional roller 40 is required to be always in contact with the inner wall of the shaft 00 regardless of the diameter of the shaft, and the supporting legs 30 are further improved to be telescopic.
The supporting leg 30 comprises an inner bar 301, an outer bar 303 and a spring 304;
one end of the inner rod 301 is fixed on the outer side wall of the rack 10, the baffle 302 is circular, the diameter of the baffle 3011 is larger than that of the inner rod 301, and one end of the baffle 3011 is fixed at the free end of the inner rod 301;
the outer rod 303 is cylindrical, a cylindrical cavity 3031 is arranged in the outer rod 303, an end hole 3032 is arranged at one end of the outer rod 303, and the end hole 3032 is coaxial with and communicated with the cavity 3031;
the baffle 302 is slidably sleeved in the bore 3031 through the end hole 3032, and the baffle 302 can axially slide along the bore 3031;
the spring 304 is sleeved outside the inner rod 301, one end of the spring 304 is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the frame 10, and the other end of the spring 301 is fixedly arranged at one end of the outer rod 303 with an end hole 3032.
Since the relative positions of the inner rod 301 and the outer rod 303 can be changed by the elastic force of the spring 304, the length of the support leg 30 can be changed.
Because the length of the supporting foot 30 is changed elastically, when the submersible pump 02 works, the supporting foot 30 is driven to be frequently lengthened or shortened (reciprocating motion), the rack 10 can swing in the radial direction of the shaft 00, so a rope tied on the rack 10 can swing in the radial direction of the shaft 00, the rope and the inner wall of the shaft 00 rub at high frequency when the submersible pump 02 works, the rope is easy to break seriously, even the submersible pump 02 falls to the bottom of the well, and manual labor is needed for fishing. Because the diameters of different wellholes of the same water well have a little difference, the length of the supporting leg 30 can be elastically changed when the submersible pump 02 goes into the well or goes out of the well; however, the support feet 30 are of a fixed length (rigid) when the submersible pump 02 is in operation.

the positioning assembly 50 comprises a countersunk head 51, a bottom rod 52 and a floating ball 53,
the lower end of the countersunk head 51 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the bottom rod 52, and the lower end of the bottom rod 52 is fixedly provided with a floating ball 53;
the bottom rod 52 is slidably sleeved in the bottom hole 30332, the diameter of the counter sink 51 is larger than that of the bottom hole 30332 but smaller than that of the counter sink 30331, that is, the positioning assembly 50 cannot slip out of the positioning hole 3033, and the buoyancy of the floating ball 53 in water is completely larger than the sum of the weights of the floating ball 53, the bottom rod 52 and the counter sink 51.
The principle is as follows: when the submersible pump 02 is manually fed into a well and completely enters water, the floating ball 53 receives the buoyancy of the water, so that the positioning assembly 50 is lifted, and the two floating positioning assemblies 50 can position the baffle plate 302, namely, the supporting leg 30 is not lengthened or shortened due to the vibration of the submersible pump 02, namely, the supporting leg 30 is changed from elasticity to rigidity; the rope tied to the frame 10 is not shaken by the vibration of the submersible pump 02.
When the submersible pump 02 lifts the water surface, the floating ball 53 threshes the water surface without buoyancy, the counter sink 51 is positioned in the counter sink hole 30331, and the supporting legs 30 can change according to the diameter of the shaft 00, so that the directional roller 40 is always contacted with the shaft 00.
The second solution is:
