In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a leather processing device which has higher automation, can cut leather rapidly, improves the efficiency of leather processing, can cut the leather accurately, improves the utilization rate of the leather, and can automatically clean a cutting blade after cutting is finished so as to avoid adhesion.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme that the leather processing equipment comprises a base and a machine body, wherein one side of the base is fixedly provided with a first hydraulic cylinder, the output end of the first hydraulic cylinder is fixedly arranged on the machine body, a mounting groove is formed in the machine body, a second hydraulic cylinder is fixedly arranged in the mounting groove, the output end of the second hydraulic cylinder is fixedly provided with a first motor, the output end of the first motor is fixedly provided with a rotating frame, a plurality of spring telescopic rods are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the rotating frame, a plurality of first sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the inner wall of the mounting groove, a first sliding block is slidably arranged in each sliding groove, one ends of the spring telescopic rods, far away from the rotating frame, are hinged on the symmetrically arranged first sliding blocks, lifting grooves are symmetrically formed in the inner wall of the mounting groove and positioned above the first sliding grooves, the bottoms of the lifting grooves are communicated with the first sliding groove;
the bottom of the machine body is provided with a second sliding chute with a shape like a Chinese character 'hui', the second sliding chute penetrates through the machine body and is communicated with the first sliding chute, a plurality of second sliding blocks are symmetrically and slidably arranged in the second sliding groove, the second sliding blocks are fixedly arranged on the first sliding blocks which are symmetrically arranged, cutting blades are inserted into the second sliding block, the bottoms of the cutting blades penetrate through the second sliding block, the cutting blades are fixedly arranged at one ends inserted in the second sliding blocks, the bottoms of the limiting blocks are symmetrically and fixedly provided with springs, one end of the spring, which is far away from the limiting block, is fixedly arranged in the second sliding block, a second motor is fixedly arranged in the second sliding block, the output of No. two motors is equal fixed mounting has the eccentric wheel, the eccentric wheel all with the stopper contacts.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the leather cutting machine has higher automation, can quickly cut leather, improves the leather processing efficiency, can accurately cut the leather, improves the utilization rate of the leather, and can automatically clean the cutting blade after the cutting is finished to avoid adhesion.
2. The leather cutting machine is provided with the second sliding block, the second sliding block is driven by the first sliding block to slide in the second sliding groove in a reciprocating mode, leather can be cut by matching with a cutting blade, meanwhile, the second motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate and matches with the limiting block and the spring to lift the cutting blade in a reciprocating mode, and the cutting effect of the cutting blade is improved.
3. The machine body is designed, the first hydraulic cylinder can press the machine body on the base, the leather can be pressed on the base through the machine body, and the machine body can tighten the leather in cooperation with the roller, so that the leather is prevented from shrinking during cutting.
4. The sponge cushion is designed, the sponge cushion can wipe the cutting blade, the steel wires in the sponge cushion can improve the toughness of the sponge cushion, and grease and fur adhered on the cutting blade can be scraped, so that the cleaning effect is improved.

All seted up tooth's socket 53 on the gyro wheel 5, the equal fixed mounting in the below that the both ends of base 1 and lie in gyro wheel 5 has No. three motors 54, and the equal fixed mounting of output of No. three motors 54 has drive gear 55, and drive gear 55 all sets up and meshes mutually with tooth's socket 53 symmetry, and No. three motors 54 drive gear 55 rotatory, and drive gear 55 cooperation tooth's socket 53 can realize gyro wheel 5's rotation.
In addition, the invention also provides a leather processing method which is mainly completed by matching the leather processing equipment and comprises the following steps:
1. before starting the leather processing equipment, checking the equipment;
2. leather is placed on the base 1, two ends of the leather are fixed on the rollers 5 through the pressing plates 52, and the rollers are driven to rotate in opposite directions through the third motor 54 and the transmission gear 55 to tighten the leather;
3. the operation machine body 2 presses the position to be cut on the leather on the base 1, the second hydraulic cylinder 22 is operated to drive the rotating frame 24 to descend, the rotating frame 24 synchronously drives the first sliding block 27 and the second sliding block 31 to descend, the first sliding block 27 is separated from the lifting groove 28 and enters the first sliding groove 26, and meanwhile, the second sliding block 31 drives the cutting blade to penetrate through the leather and enter the cutting groove 13;
4. the first motor 23 is operated to rotate to drive the first sliding block 27 and the second sliding block 31 to slide in the first sliding groove 26 and the second sliding groove 3, meanwhile, the second motor 35 rotates the eccentric wheel 36 to rotate to press the limiting block 33 in a reciprocating mode, the cutting blade 32 can be lifted in a reciprocating mode by matching with the spring 34, and the leather can be cut by matching with the movement of the second sliding block 31;
5. after the cutting is accomplished, operation slider 27 and No. two sliders 31 return, operation No. two pneumatic cylinders 22 make slider 27 rise to get into and go up and down, drive cutting blade 32 and rise, get into No. two spout 3, break away from the leather, when cutting blade 32 rose, foam-rubber cushion 4 can clear up cutting blade 32, and the shrink of No. three pneumatic cylinder 14 of simultaneous operation makes one side decline of bottom plate 12, makes bottom plate 12 be the tilt state, can collect the leather that cuts off.
